Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga, konsep diri akademik dan regulasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa di Pokjar Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex post facto dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa PGSD Pokjar Tana Toraja berjumlah 457 mahasiswa. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah random sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 164 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji prasyarat analisis dan uji inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dukungan keluarga memberikan pengaruh sebesar 2,9% terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa; (2) konsep diri akademik memberikan pengaruh sebesar 20,5% terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa; (3) regulasi diri memberikan pengaruh sebesar 55,6% terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa; (4) dukungan keluarga, konsep diri akademik, dan regulasi diri secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 62,2% terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan sisanya 37,8%

Abstract

The scientific writing training and assistance is intended for the teachers of SMPN 3 Minasa Tene in Pangkep Regency in 2019 and concerns with the central role of teacher academic landscape at the school. Its primary objective is to provide insights into the many fundamentals of developing skills for scientific paper particularly those that make up the process of composing text for classroom action research. While there is a growing consensus among the teachers that it is important to articulate the standards, knowledge and skills for scientific writing to navigate toward career and professional growth, there remains a significant lack of the rudiments of scientific writing among the teachers. To tackle this, training methodology entails a myriad of instructional approaches including lecturing, questions and answers, discussions, brainstorming, demonstrations and practices of writing classroom action research papers. The results are favorable in the areas that call for substantial improvement in scientific writing skills; 1. A set of activities is set and proceeds to the detailed planning stages according to the objectives and targets; 2. The training captures participants’ attention and productive participation, and ultimately garners favorable responses; 3. Approaches to the training have positive influences on the development of expertise and competent performance of scientific writing for classroom action research; 4. The training consists of a group of Natural Sciences, a group of Mathematics and a group of Indonesian Language, with each presenting one systematic scientific paper of classroom research; and 5. It provides training material course for teacher professional development. These commendable results not only suggest that the training is a good path to improving academic writing skills but also tap into the understanding of how and under which specific conditions academic writing performance is effective. This also calls for future effort into teacher assessment training that concerns with teacher competence to design standardized questions and tests for educational assessment out of concern that the potential educational benefits of student assessment be fully realized.

Abstract

This study aims to (i) determine whether there is an effect of learning facilities on the student learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara; (ii) determine whether there is an effect of learning discipline on student achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara; (iii) determine whether there is an effect of learning facilities on student achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara through the learning process; (iv) determine whether there is an effect of learning discipline on student achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara through the learning process; and (v) determine whether there is an effect of tutor discipline and learning facilities on learning achievement through the learning process of the Luwu Utara Pokjar students. The research method uses a quantitative approach, and the type is correlational research with an ex-post facto design. The data collection technique is primary data that comes directly from the research subject. The population is 230 students at UPPJB-UT Makassar Pokjar Luwu Utara. The sampling technique used was random sampling so that 103 people were obtained. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, path analysis requirements test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the learning facilities had an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students; learning discipline has an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students; learning facilities have an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students through the learning process; learning discipline has an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students through the learning process; learning facilities have an effect on learning achievement through the learning process of the Pokjar Luwu Utara students.

Abstract

This study aims (i) to determine the effect of resilience of social support on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Study of Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; (ii) to determine the effect of self-confidence on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Study on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; (iii) knowing the effect of learning behavior on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; and (iv) knowing the effect of social support resilience, self-confidence and learning behavior simultaneously on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students. The research method uses a quantitative approach, and its type is correlational causality research. The technique of collecting data through a questionnaire. The population is UPPJB-UT Makassar students who study on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang students, totaling 667 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling in order to obtain 199 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, path analysis requirements test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the resilience of social support had a significant effect on the academic achievement of students at UPPJB-UT Makassar in the Study of Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; self-confidence (self-confidence) has a significant effect on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; Learning behavior has a significant effect on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; The resilience of social support, self-confidence and learning behavior simultaneously affects the academic achievement of students at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students.
