Abstract

ABSTRAKMengatasi tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh penduduk pedesaan adalah topik yang sangat menarik bagi pemasar, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti. Namun, hanya ada sedikit penelitian tentang bagaimana penduduk pedesaan menerima atau menolak teknologi digital baru. Dengan perubahan kekuatan ekonomi dan tingkat adopsi ketika komunitas digital tumbuh antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan, menjadi semakin penting bagi pemasar untuk memahami bagaimana mereka menggunakan teknologi dan bagaimana mereka menggunakan saluran digital. Agar pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan memahami sepenuhnya bentuk masa depan masyarakat digital berbasis data, penelitian perlu lebih mempertimbangkan dampaknya terhadap kelompok generasi yang berbeda dalam hal adopsi dan penggunaan teknologi digital oleh konsumen di daerah pedesaan.Melalui tinjauan multidisiplin literatur tentang orang-orang tradisional menggunakan lensa teoritis kelompok geografis, penulis mengidentifikasi tantangan penelitian utama, peluang, dan dampak bagi pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan. Kata Kunci : pemasaran digital; kebijakan publik; kesenjangan demografis; generasi; kesenjangan digital ABSTRACTAddressing the challenges posed by rural populations is a topic of great interest to marketers, policymakers, and researchers. However, there is little research on how rural residents accept or reject new digital technologies. With changing economic power and adoption rates as digital communities grow between urban and rural areas, it is becoming increasingly important for marketers to understand how they use technology and digital channels. For marketers and policymakers to fully understand the future shape of a data-driven digital society, research needs to consider its impact on different generational groups in terms of consumer adoption and use of digital technology in rural areas. Through a multidisciplinary review of the literature on traditional people using a theoretical lens geographical group, the authors identify key research challenges, opportunities, and impacts for marketers and policymakers. Keywords : digital marketing; public policy; demographic gap; generation; digital gap

Abstract

The scientific writing training and assistance is intended for the teachers of SMPN 3 Minasa Tene in Pangkep Regency in 2019 and concerns with the central role of teacher academic landscape at the school. Its primary objective is to provide insights into the many fundamentals of developing skills for scientific paper particularly those that make up the process of composing text for classroom action research. While there is a growing consensus among the teachers that it is important to articulate the standards, knowledge and skills for scientific writing to navigate toward career and professional growth, there remains a significant lack of the rudiments of scientific writing among the teachers. To tackle this, training methodology entails a myriad of instructional approaches including lecturing, questions and answers, discussions, brainstorming, demonstrations and practices of writing classroom action research papers. The results are favorable in the areas that call for substantial improvement in scientific writing skills; 1. A set of activities is set and proceeds to the detailed planning stages according to the objectives and targets; 2. The training captures participants’ attention and productive participation, and ultimately garners favorable responses; 3. Approaches to the training have positive influences on the development of expertise and competent performance of scientific writing for classroom action research; 4. The training consists of a group of Natural Sciences, a group of Mathematics and a group of Indonesian Language, with each presenting one systematic scientific paper of classroom research; and 5. It provides training material course for teacher professional development. These commendable results not only suggest that the training is a good path to improving academic writing skills but also tap into the understanding of how and under which specific conditions academic writing performance is effective. This also calls for future effort into teacher assessment training that concerns with teacher competence to design standardized questions and tests for educational assessment out of concern that the potential educational benefits of student assessment be fully realized.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kelelahan belajar dan motivasi berprestasi memengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam tutorial online di Universitas Terbuka Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelelahan belajar dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar tutorial online mahasiswa universitas Terbuka Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 200 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang berisi pertanyaan dalam skala Likert 1-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelelahan belajar memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai T statistik sebesar 2,983 (lebih besar dari nilai kritis 1,96) dan nilai P sebesar 0,003 (lebih kecil dari 0,005). Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kelelahan belajar mahasiswa, semakin rendah hasil belajar yang dicapai, meskipun pengaruhnya kecil. Sebaliknya, motivasi berprestasi memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,636, nilai T statistik sebesar 13,983 (jauh di atas nilai kritis 1,96), dan nilai P sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,005). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi adalah faktor penting yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar.
