Abstract

Fraktur adalah suatu patahan yang terjadi di dalam kontinuitas struktur tulang. Fraktur dapat berupa retakan, pengisutan atau pecahnya korteks, bahkan patahan yang sempurna dimana fragmen tulang yang dihasilkan mungkin akan berada di tempatnya atau keluar dari tempatnya. Pasien fraktur merupakan kelompok beresiko yang dapat mengalami interaksi obat akibat penggunaan regimen kombinasi multiobat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi obat-obat potensial pada pasien fraktur di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Tarakan Jakarta tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan metode cross sectional dan pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder secara retrospektif dari rekam medis pasien. Data interaksi obat-obat potensial diidentifikasi menggunakan Drug Interaction Facts meliputi jenis mekanisme dan tingkat keparahan terjadinya interaksi obat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 123 pasien terdapat 85 pasien yang mengalami interaksi obat-obat potensial (69,1%) dengan jumlah kasus sebanyak 436 kasus. Kejadian interaksi obat-obat potensial terbanyak adalah mekanisme farmakodinamika sebanyak 345 kasus (79,1%) dan tingkat keparahan moderat sebanyak 255 kasus (58,5%). Interaksi obat-obat potensial yang paling banyak terjadi adalah asam mefenamat-ketorolak sebanyak 37 kasus (8,5%).

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus and cholesterol disorders are a lethal combination that places patients with diabetes 2-4 times more at risk for developing macrovascular and microvascular complications. Risk factors for Diabetes with Hyperlipidemia include age, sex, lifestyle, metabolic conditions that affect the metabolism of plasma lipoproteins, insulin deficiency. This study aims to know determine demographic data (age, sex, and length of stay), to know results of the laboratory tests and to know description of the therapy. The study was conducted descriptive with a cross sectional design, retrospective data collection methods from patients medical records of diabetic with hyperlipidemia at the hospital inpatient installation in January-December 2019, with 130 sample patients medical record. Result presented as a percentage table. The mean results of the study based on the highest patients demographics were at age 51-60 years as 40%, the highest gender was females 56%, based on the highest length of stay was 3 days 54%. Initial fasting glucose examination with the highest percentage >126 mg / dl of 78.5%. Total cholesterol examination with the highest percentage >200 mg / dl was 84.6%, triglycerides with the highest percentage >150 mg / dl was 15.4%, LDL with the highest percentage >100 mg / dl 79.3%. The highest use of oral antidiabetic was 52.30%, long-acting insulin was 40.70% and oral antihyperlipidemia was 77.60%. The statin class has been shown to have an effect in preventing complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Flu is an upper respiratory tract infection that is often treated with various flu medications on the market and promoted through various media, especially television. This research aims to understand people's preferences for flu medicine in Pondok Benda Pamulang, South Tangerang. Through group discussions and delivery of educational materials, this study found that price, quality, and brand trust factors influenced the choice of flu medication. The results show an increase in public knowledge about flu and its treatment. The attractiveness of flu medicine advertisements is important in influencing consumer behavior. The right use of endorsers and advertising frequency can increase the effectiveness of advertising in mass media. This study provides insight into the importance of education in forming wise health decisions and provides a better understanding of people's preferences for cold medicines.
