Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruhlatihan naik turun bangku dan lari kijang terhadap squat frog jump dalam pembelajaran Atletik Kids bagi siswa kelas v di sd negeri kalimati tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. jumlah populasi ini sebanyak 25 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 dengan menggunakan bantuan alat peraga latihan olahraga atletik kids. pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik probality sampeling jenis simple random sampeling . data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode tes psikomotorik dan dokumentasi . uji persayaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas , uji lineraritas dan uji validitas. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji T- tes experimen dan kontrol.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan menggunakan uji beda standar deviasi kedua kelompok= 2,6 t-hitung = -3,6271< dari t table (11,07) . (2) bahwa siswa kelas V dengan rentang usia 11-13 tahun sudah siap untuk di berikan latihan menggunakan kemampuan otot utuk mengatasi beban (Squat Frog Jump atau Lompat Katak ). (3) teradapat pengaruh yang sangat baik dari latihan naik turun bangku dan latihan lari kijang yang sangat menunjang terhadap lathan squat froog jump dengan berdasarkan hasil ujib validitas antara kelompok experimen dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 0,999 dan 0.998 dan homogenitasnya 7,77 dan 5,42 dari f-hitung tabel 1,43.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian sebagian besar siswa SD Negeri 3 Cipakem kurang menguasai teknik dasar dribbling dalam permainan sepakbola. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran direct instruction terhadap teknik dasar dribbling dalam permainan sepakbola. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, dan desain yang digunakan Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 174 siswa, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu tes menggiring bola. Hasil analisis uji independent samples test nilai sig. < α = 0,05 sebesar (0,004 dan 0,005) artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen (direct instruction) dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran direct instruction memberikan pengaruh terhadap teknik dasar dribbling dalam permainan sepakbola.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dany Ahmad Prasetyo (NIM: 182223031), with the title "INFLUENCE OF KID TSU CHU'S TRAINING MODEL ON THE SKILLS OF PLAYING CLUB PUTRA MAYANA KU-20 KADUGEDE". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training using the Kids Tsu Chu training model on the soccer playing skills of soccer players at Club Putra Mayana KU-20 Kadugede. This research method uses an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest research design with a population and a sample of 20 players of Club Putra Mayana KU-20 Kadugede, with a sampling technique using total sampling so as to obtain a sample of 20 people. The research method uses quantitative research methods. , the normality test of this data uses the Shapiro Whilk test with a significant value for the pretest and posttest data of 0.857 and 0.297 greater than 0.05 then the data is normally distributed. The significant value for the static lever is 0.646 > 0.05, then it is normally distributed. Furthermore, the value of Tcount obtained is -4.611 and for Ttable is 1.72913. because the value of Tcount > Ttable, it can be concluded that there is an effect of training using the Kids Tsu Chu training model on the soccer playing skills of Club Putra Mayana KU-20 Kadugede. Abstract

This research includes research objectives to evaluate the effect of the traditional game Gobak Sodor on improving gross motor skills. The research method used is a quantitative method with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The research population was class IV students at SDN 1 Cipedes, the sample used was a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 16 class IV students. Data collection techniques were carried out through pre-tests and post-tests regarding students' abilities in terms of running speed. The research instrument used was a running speed test with a distance of 30 meters. Before the posttest, the researcher will provide treatment in the form of practicing the game Gobak Sodor. After the pretest-posttest is carried out, the researcher will carry out data processing to determine the students' running speed after practicing the game Gobak Sodor.

Abstract

This research is based on the condition of football players in Indonesia who still have minimal attitude in terms of respect. Players often act unsportsmanlike, such as trying to injure opponents, not shaking hands after committing a violation, and protesting excessively to the referee.  This study aims to develop a soccer training model based on character education in order to improve life skills.  The pretest results of the life skills of SSB Putra Karamat students using the character education development model seen based on the aspects of emotional skills, problem solving and decision making, leadership, and respect showed a significant difference with the pretest results of the life skills of SSB Tesa students. Likewise, the posttest results of the life skills of SSB Putra Karamat students differed from SSB Tesa students in measuring the same aspects during the pretest, where the life skills of SSB Putra Karamat students looked better. The implementation of character education (tolerance, discipline, responsibility, and respect) in the soccer training program has a positive impact on the life skills of players. Players can better control their emotions during the match, players can solve problems and make the right decisions, have a leadership spirit, and have a respectful attitude towards other players, referees, officials, and everyone involved in the soccer game. The impact of implementing the character education model in football games provides new innovations to the development of sports education science. Football players need to be equipped with good characters, not only having good basic techniques, prime physical condition, and good playing tactics.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the direct teaching instruction learning model on student on volleyball passing at MTs Ciniru. This research is quantitative research with the design used is one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects f this research were class VIII students at MTS Ciniru, and the sample used was 15 students. The research instrument used was a test on students in carrying out upper passing learning. The research results obtained tcount of 23,196 and t tabel value of 1.753. Therefore, the value of tcount >ttabel means it can be concluded that the direct teaching instruction method can improve the upper passing ability of class VIII students at MTs Ciniru. The magnitude of the increase in upper passing ability, after being given direct teaching instruction training to class class VIII/A students at MTs Ciniru.

Abstract

Long jump is one of the branches of athletics. As we know, athletics involves physical activities or exercises that consist of natural movements such as walking, jumping, and throwing. Various methods in athletics have been practiced since the early history of humankind. History indicates that in ancient classical times, athletics was conducted in an organized and structured manner, and over time, its programs underwent changes and improvements based on healthy ideas. Today, athletics is a complex sport that includes various tests based on the requirements of its implementation. Observation results show that a long jump athlete is required to achieve maximum jumps (distance), which is measured from the take-off board to the nearest point of landing. Preliminary studies revealed that students were not achieving optimal results in long jump performances. The evident obstacles include a lack of facilities and infrastructure to support long jump training and a shortage of qualified teachers to instruct physical education. As a result, the training techniques used appear monotonous and boring for the students. Thus, the research question posed is: what is the effect of modifying the take-off board on the results of the squat-style long jump among students of SDN 06 Tegalsari, Ampelgading District, Pemalang Regency? The method used in this study is the experimental method. Theoretically, the definition of an experiment according to Umar (2018:161) is "a trial in which each step of the action has been defined in such a way that information related to or required for the problem being investigated can be collected.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the complaints that some students were less enthusiastic about learning about running. (2) Some female students tend to be less active, when they are learning sports they get bored quickly and just sit on the side of the field. (3) The lessons given have not been packaged in modifications so that students are found who are less enthusiastic, bored and lazy to move. (4) Facilities and infrastructure such as balls, there are only two standard balls, one of which is leaky and the other is very hard when kicked. (5) The field used is made of paving. For this reason, the problem formulation can be drawn: How does Interval Training influence the 100 meter running speed of Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Ampelgading? This research method is development research which refers to the development model from Borg & Gall. (1) carry out product analysis to be developed from the results of field observations and literature review. (2) developing the initial product form. (3) expert evaluation using one physical education expert and two junior high school physical education learning experts. (4) small group trials (10 students) using questionnaires and evaluation sheets which were then analyzed. (4) initial product revision. (5) large-scale trial (28 students). (6) revision of the final product after conducting large-scale field trials. (7) final results of the learning development model using interval techniques through revision of large-scale field trials. The data analysis technique uses the percentage description technique.

Abstract

Ramirez (NIM : 182223093), dengan judul “PENGARUH METODE LATIHAN AKSELERASI SPRINT TERHADAP KECEPATAN PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA DI SSB PESPA PABEDILAN KIDUL” Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari latihan akselerasi sprint terhadap kecepatan lari pemain sepakbola di SSB Pespa Pabedilan Kidul. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain penellitian One-Group Pretest-posttest dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 18 pemain SSB Pespa Pabedilan Kidul, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga memperoleh sampel sebanyak 18 orang, metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, uji normalitas data ini menggunakan uji Shapiro wilk dengan nilai signifikan untuk data pretest dan posttest 0,023 dan 0,323 lebih besar dari 0,05 maka data berdistribusi normal. Nilai signifikan untuk levene static 0,447 > 0,05, maka berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya nilai Thitung yang di dapat 27.206 dan untuk Ttabel sebesar 1.73961. Karena nilai Thitung > Ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari latihan akselerasi sprint terhadap kecepatan pemain sepakbola SSB Pespa Pabedilan Kidul Cirebon.
