Abstract

Tracer Study is a study that can provide helpful information to evaluate higher education results and can then be used to improve and guarantee the quality of higher education institutions. This research uses a quantitative research approach with the type of survey research. The research population is graduates of the Educational Management Department who graduated in 2019 and 2020. The sample used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is a member of the sample. The study results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and extracted information about graduates, including the number of graduates. It includes who graduated, graduates employment status, waiting time for graduates, coverage of where graduates work, and other descriptions are required by Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (i.e., BAN-PT). BAN-PT is an accreditation organization in Indonesia, where accreditation and input for curriculum development of Educational Management Department. The result showed that Educational Management graduates could be survived as employees or entrepreneurs that focus on Educational Management scope.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren dengan keanekaragamannya termasuk lembaga atau organisasi pendidikan yang unik dari segi manajemen pendidikan. Baik itu dari sisi kepemimpinan, pengelolaan pendidikan yang menggunakan prinsip Islami, hingga kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren memiliki kekhasan tersendiri. Pelatihan ini akan diberikan kepada seluruh pengelola Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Fathul Huda Blitar. Pondok Pesantren ini menjadi mitra kegiatan PKM karena Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Fathul Huda Blitar memiliki potensi yang baik dan mampu disaingkan dengan Pondok Pesantren lainnya, namun SDM yang dimiliki masih memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang keilmuan manajemen pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstrak Untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat khusunya dalam bidang pendidikan, tentunya membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang menguntungkan bagi terselenggaranya pendidikan yang efektif. Peningkatan mutu sekolah dalam mencapai standar kualifikasi memerlukan dukungan dari  banyak pihak pendukung, antara lain Kepala Sekolah dan tenaga pendidik profesional. Kunci terpenting untuk merancang manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di sekolah adalah manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik karena didalamnya terdapat proses seleksi calon tenaga pendidik.Tujuan penelitian ini memperoleh deskripsi mengenai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan analisis data kualitatif model interaktif melalui pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan uji keabsahan data diantaranya uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas dan uji konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kegiatan perencanaan rekrutmen analisis kebutuhan guru, pembentukan tim, koordinasi standar kualifikasi. pengorganisasian rekrutmen tenaga pendidik ini menggunakan sistem desentralisasi. pelaksanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik ini dilakukan oleh tim rekrutmen tenaga pendidik.  pengawasan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik ini dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah beserta waka yang tidak bertugas sebagai tim rekrutmen. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil dari tingkat kepuasan kerja guru, gambaran tingkat komitmen organisasi, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru sekolah dasar. Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan kurangnya komitmen organisasional guru dalam mengajar di sekolah, grand theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori kepuasan kerja guru dari Jason A. Collquit dan teori komitmen organisasional dari Natalie J. Allen dan John P. Meyer. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengunakan statistik parametrik Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui hasil angket kuisioner menggunakan skala likert yang Respondennya merupakan Bapak/Ibu Guru sekolah dasar swasta yang terdapat pada surabaya barat meliputi kecamatan Tandes, Asemrowo, Sukomanunggal, Bonowo, Pakal, Lakarsantri, dan Sambikerep sebanyak 112 orang. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja guru SD di surabaya barat berada pada kategori sedang. (2) komitmen organisasional guru SD di surabaya barat berada pada kategori sedang. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional guru yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan kerja cukup berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi guru SD di Surabaya Barat. oleh karena itu, komitmen organisasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the results and validity of the development of a digital library website at SDN Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. This Research and Development is considered important because developments are needed in the operation of library services in an educational institution considering that currently technological advances cannot be avoided. For this reason, the development of digital libraries in schools must be carried out in order to improve the quality of services provided at an educational institution. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) method using the waterfall development model in its stages. In this case, to measure the validity of the website, research subjects are needed consisting of: design experts, material experts, and a sample of 30 people determined by cluster sampling from SDN Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distribution to validate the use of the website which then the results of the data are analyzed descriptively as statistics. The results showed that the percentage achievement of design experts was 72% with high validity criteria and material experts was 98% with very high validity criteria, so it was feasible to be tested. The results of the small group trial were 83.57% and the large group trial was 96.73% which can be concluded that most users were satisfied in using the digital library website.

Abstract

This study discusses the description of emotional intelligence and the organizational commitment of teachers at Private Elementary Schools in West Surabaya and the relationship between the variables of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment. This research is a type of descriptive and correlation research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 91 teachers from West Surabaya Private Elementary Schools. The location of this research was conducted at 19 private elementary schools in West Surabaya. Data collection used the emotional intelligence scale which has sub-variables recognizing self-emotions, managing self-emotions, motivating oneself with empathy, and forming relationships as well as the organizational commitment scale which has affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment sub-variables. Data analysis was carried out through frequency and TCR tests to determine the level of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment of teachers and through the Spearman correlation test to determine the magnitude of the relationship and the direction of the relationship between the two variables. The results of the study show that the level of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment of teachers is included in the good category and the relationship between the two variables is included in the strong and positive category.
