Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Manajemen Peserta Didik di Angkatan 2019 (Kelas A dan B) melalui platform Google Classroom dan pengembangan bahan ajar mahasiswa untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi perkuliahan Manajemen Peserta Didik. Hal ini sangat penting karena dengan menggunakan platform Google Classroom dan didukung dengan bahan ajar dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam belajar dan diskusi meskipun tidak tatap muka secara langsung. Metode yang digunakan adalah ADD (Analysis, Design, Development) bahan ajar mahasiswa dan pemanfaatan platform Google Classroom untuk pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

In order to establish a successful school, prospective school principals' perceptions are crucial. Perception has an effect on school quality because it impacts reaction and decision-making. The aim of this study was to understand prospective school principals' perceptions of the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning the Appointment of Teachers as School Principals, which was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 77 prospective school principals from Central and East Java Provinces. The findings revealed that: the age of the prospective school principal does not have a significant effect on policy perceptions;  the length of work as a prospective school principal teacher has no significant effect on policy perceptions; there is a significant difference between the principal candidates for primary school, junior high school and senior high school/vocational high school in perceiving policies; there is no significant difference between male and female principal candidates in their perception of the policy; there is no significant difference between prospective school principals based on tank (from III b to IV b) in perceiving policies; there is a significant difference between prospective school principals with bachelor's and master's degrees in perceiving policies; there is no significant difference between prospective school principals who have not and have read Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 6 of 2018 in perceiving the policy; and that there is no significant difference between prospective school principals who have not and have specifically reviewed Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 6 of 2018 in perceiving the policy.

Abstract

Abstract: This study describes the factors of readiness of students to follow online learning during the covid-19 pandemic; and discover the factors that formed about the readiness of students to follow online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is quantitative-explorative approach with EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) model and factor analysis assumption test. The respondents to the study were students of the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya as of the 2019/2020 school year a total of 4,244 respondents. Sampling using sampling techniques is simple random sampling, quota sampling and a total of 221 respondents. This study concluded that there are 20 (twenty) indicator items identified based on the results of previous research and found 6 (six) factors of student readiness to follow online learning during the covid-19 pandemic formed from indicators. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan faktor kesiapan mahasiswa mengikuti pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19; dan menemukan faktor yang terbentuk tentang kesiapan mahasiswa mengikuti pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif-eksploratif dengan model EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) dan uji asumsi analisis faktor. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Surabaya per tahun ajaran 2019/2020 sejumlah 4.244 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling, quota sampling dan sejumlah 221 responden. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat 20 (dua puluh) butir indikator yang diidentifikasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu dan menemukan 6 (enam) faktor kesiapan mahasiswa mengikuti pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang terbentuk dari indikator-indikator.

Abstract

One of the phenomenon in the 20th century that is currently being discussed is about emerging and the development of many social networking media. The media is now a trend all over among the people regardless of age, it is because social networking media provides convenience services in communicating, in particular interact and share information between human. If associated in the context of education, then social networking media to be one of the means of communication that can be utilized in the process of education management and learning for teachers.Salah satu fenomena pada abad ke-20 yang saat ini sedang ramai diperbincangkan adalah tentang berkembangnya media jejaring sosial. Media tersebut kini menjadi trend di seluruh kalangan masyarakat tanpa memandang usia, hal itu dikarenakan media jejaring sosial memberikan kemudahan layanan dalam berkomunikasi, khususnya berinteraksi dan berbagi informasi antar manusia. Jika dikaitkan dalam konteks pendidikan, maka media jejaring sosial menjadi salah satu sarana komunikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses manajemen pendidikan dan pembelajaran bagi guru. Pemanfaatan media tersebut tentu memiliki dampak positif dan negatif yang dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

Abstract: The study described the perceptions-attitudes-innovations of educators' about social media utilization as an alternative media of learning; and the relationship between educator perceptions-attitudes of social media to the adoption of innovations for utilization in learning. The methods in this study used a quantitative-correlational-descriptive approach. The research respondent is an educator in SLTA Kota Malang. The study concluded that the educational perception-attitudes-innovation of educators about the utilization of social media in the category of 'moderate' is knowing and accepting social media as an alternative medium of learning; and there is a significant relationship between educators' perceptions-attitudes about social media towards adoption of innovations for utilization in learning. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi-sikap-inovasi pendidik tentang pendayagunaan media sosial sebagai media alternatif pembelajaran; dan hubungan antara persepsi-sikap pendidik tentang media sosial terhadap adopsi inovasi untuk pemanfaatan dalam pembelajaran. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional. Responden penelitian adalah pendidik di SLTA Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi-sikap-inovasi pendidik tentang pendayagunaan media sosial pada kategori ‘sedang’/cukup mengetahui dan menerima media sosial sebagai media alternatif pembelajaran; dan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara persepsi-sikap pendidik tentang media sosial terhadap adopsi inovasi untuk pemanfaatan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tracer Study is a study that can provide helpful information to evaluate higher education results and can then be used to improve and guarantee the quality of higher education institutions. This research uses a quantitative research approach with the type of survey research. The research population is graduates of the Educational Management Department who graduated in 2019 and 2020. The sample used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is a member of the sample. The study results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and extracted information about graduates, including the number of graduates. It includes who graduated, graduates employment status, waiting time for graduates, coverage of where graduates work, and other descriptions are required by Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (i.e., BAN-PT). BAN-PT is an accreditation organization in Indonesia, where accreditation and input for curriculum development of Educational Management Department. The result showed that Educational Management graduates could be survived as employees or entrepreneurs that focus on Educational Management scope.

Abstract

Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on Indonesian economy, corona impact is also experienced by people who work as shoes and sandal tailors around Mojokerto city. Their income has decreased because there are no buyers to buy their products. The purpose of this community service activity is to sharing knowledge to the community to be able to make 2 layers fabric masks, drive the community's economy and support the demand of mask commodities in the prevention of Covid-19. The method is to provide education and training in sewing 2-layer fabric masks. Their sewing skills that they have before make education and training process getting easy, they are previously sewed shoes and sandals now turn to sew cloth masks, cloth masks made from cotton fabrics consists of 2 layers. The supply of medical masks is quite rare and is intended for medical personnel so 2-layers fabric masks are considered capable of suppressing the spread of corona virus. From the results of education and training in sewing and producing masks, data and information were obtained that the people of Mojokerto were able to produce 2-layer fabric masks and run of their economy so that they did not experience significant losses.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pemahaman pengelola pendidikan terhadap penyusunan program rencana pengembangan sekolah berdasarkan hasil riset. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan (in job) dan pendampingan (on job) sejumlah 32 jam untuk Kepala Sekolah dan Tim Pengembangan Sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kegiatan pelatihan berjalan lancar dan kondusif serta memberikan manfaat bagi mitra, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan hasil riset dalam penyusunan program rencana pengembangan sekolah. Abstract

Abstract: The teaching and learning process is currently presented as online learning to answer challenges in developing the learning process in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and physical distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to develop virtual lectures during the physical distancing period in PAUD management courses. This type of research is development research. The method used in developing the product is the ADDIE model. The methods used in collecting data are observation and questionnaires. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. The technique used in analyzing the data is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that PAUD Management virtual lectures get “decent” assessment results with an average score of 4.0 from media experts, material experts and also from the results of the initial trials. It was concluded that virtual lectures during the physical distancing period in PAUD management courses were suitable for learning. Abstrak: Proses belajar mengajar saat ini disajikan dalam bentuk pembelajaran online untuk menjawab tantangan dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan juga physical distancing akibat pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perkuliahan vitual di masa physical distancing pada mata kuliah manjemen PAUD. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan produk yaitu model ADDIE. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkuliahan virtual Manajemen PAUD mendapatkan hasil penilaian yang “layak” dengan skor rata-rata 4,0 dari ahli media, ahli materi dan juga dari hasil uji coba tahap awal yang dilakukan. Disimpulkan bahwa perkuliahan vitual di masa physical distancing pada mata kuliah manjemen PAUD layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
