Abstract

Chlorella vulgaris merupakan salah satu jenis mikroalga yang mempunyai potensi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai antibakteri. Aktivitas antibakteri tersebut diketahui karena adanya kandungan asam lemak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri dari mikroalga Chlorella vulgaris terhadap bakteri Propionibacterium acnes. Chlorella vulgaris ditumbuhkan dalam medium Walne dan dikultivasi dengan kondisi suhu ruang (±25-27°C), fotoperiod 12:12 (gelap:terang), intensitas cahaya 10.000 lux dan aerasi selama 24 jam. Ekstraksi Chlorella vulgaris dilakukan dengan metode maserasi bertingkat menggunakan pelarut n-heksana, kloroform dan etanol. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode Broth Microdillution pada konsentrasi 65.536 µg/mL hingga diperoleh konsentrasi terkecil 64 µg/mL dengan pengenceran. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh nilai KHM pada konsentrasi 8.192 µg/mL dan KBM pada konsentrasi 16.384 µg/mL pada ekstrak n-heksana. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji bioautografi yang menunjukan senyawa aktif antibakteri berasal dari asam lemak galaktolipid. Aktivitas antibakteri Chlorella vulgaris terhadap bakteri P. acnes berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dalam bentuk sediaan emulgel. Hasil uji aktivitas sediaan emulgel pada konsentrasi 8% diperoleh diameter zona hambat 12,63 mm. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak dan sediaan emulgel dari mikrolaga Chlorella vulgaris mempunyai aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri Propionibacterium acnes. Abstract

The cutting tools used today are very traditional using a blade without a base. The Appropriate Technology recommended to the public is in the form of a meatball cutting tool to reduce work accidents such as cut hands. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to apply cutting tools using the right technology and increase knowledge about anticipating accidents while working. The methods used with partners are observation, interviews and outreach. Based on the results of interviews and joint discussions with UMKM actors, they really need cutting tools that can speed up the production process and provide safety to UMKM partners for workers. The conclusion from the effort to implement this meatball cutting tool is still the 75% expected by UMKM partners because the standard meatball size tool is too thin and for safety in terms of cutting tools this gets a percentage of 100% because with this tool there is little chance of a small cut.

Abstract

One part of the tridharma of higher education is community service. One example of community service activities is Student Work Lectures or KKM. In KKM activities, there are several work programs that must be carried out and divided into each sector. Like the religious sector, in realizing the work program in the religious sector, KKM Group 72 UNIBA held an open donation activity for compensation for orphans at Link. Sumur Jaya RT/RW 04/02 Tamansari Village. After the donations were collected, they were then handed over to the local Risma administrators to be given to them. to orphans.

Abstract

Victim of bullying are always associated with many problem, especially in terms of mental health, one of which is adolescent self-esteem. This research is motivated by the rise of bullying cases that occur among adolescent. Where bullying is an action taken by individuals or groups against other individuals who are considered weak. Bullying can take the form of physical aims to determine the forms of bullying. The causes of bullying, and the impect of bullying. The research subject are students. The data collection technique used was a correlational quantitative method using a sample of 98 students by filling out a questionaire to the perpetratorsvand vicktims of bullying. The method used in this study is Spearment analysis with the help of IBM SPSS application and, based on the result of processing the data, it was found that there was no significant correlation between bullying behavior and self esteem in adolescent among student at Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang. The results of the analysis show that the value of the correlation coeficient between the two variables is very low (0.063) and does nor reach the specifiend significance level (ρ < 0,05).
