Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ditemukan lebih dari 200 juta anak di bawah 5 tahun tidak berkembang sesuai umur. Kebanyakan ditemukan di daerah Asia selatan dan Afrika bagian Sahara, yang dikarenakan oleh kemiskinan, nutrisi yangkurang, krisis kesehatan dan lingkungan yang tidak memadai. Deteksi dini tumbuh kembang di Kabupaten Bantulpada tahun 2008 belum mencapai 100%. Cakupan bayi yang diberi Air Susu Ibu (ASI) eksklusif di PuskesmasImogiri I sebesar 45,75% dan Puskesmas Imogiri II sebesar 19,59%, dan ditemukan keterlambatan perkembangantidak sesuai umur pada perkembangan motorik halusnya sebesar 3,8%.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian MP-ASI dengan gangguan perkembangan motorik halus padabayi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Imogiri I, Bantul, Yogyakarta.Metode: Jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah bayi usia0-12 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Imogiri I sebanyak 413 bayi dengan sampel 133 bayi menggunakan teknikquota sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah checklist dan lembar DDST II. Analisis data yang menggunakan ujistatistik multivariat yaitu chi square dengan signifcancy level 0,05.Hasil: Proporsi bayi yang diberi MP-ASI sebelum usia 6 bulan adalah 26,3% , bayi yang mengalami perkembangan motorik halus bayi sesuai dengan usianya sebanyak 73,3%. Besarnya risiko bayi yang mengalami gangguanperkembangan motorik halus pada bayi yang diberikan MP-ASI sebelum usia 6 bulan sebanyak 31, 4% dan besarnya risiko bayi yang mengalami gangguan perkembangan motorik halus pada bayi yang diberikan MP-ASI mulaisejak usia 6 bulan sebesar 6,1%.Simpulan: Hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai χ2 sebesar 14,815 pada df 1 dengan taraf signifkansi (p) 0,000bahwa ada hubungan antara pemberian MP-ASI pada bayi sebelum usia 6 bulan dengan kejadian gangguanperkembangan motorik halus bayi. Dan hasil perhitungan RR didapatkan bahwa pemberian MP-ASI sebelum usia6 bulan merupakan faktor risiko dari kejadian gangguan perkembangan motorik halus pada bayi (5,133). The subjects were 0-12 month-old babyat the PHC Imogiri I sample as many as 413 infants with 133 infants using a quota sampling technique. This is achecklist of research instruments and sheet DDST II. Analysis of data using multivariate statistical test that is chisquare with signifcancy 0,05 level.Results: The proportion of infants who were given complementary feeding before the age of 6 months was 26,3%,infants who experienced fne motor development according to age as much as 73,3%. The magnitude of risk infantsexperiencing fne motor developmental delay infants who were given complementary feeding before the age of 6months was 31,4% and the risk of infants experiencing fne motor developmental delay infants given complementary feeding 6 months starting from the age of 6,1%.Conclusion: The administration of the complementary feeding before the age of 6 months are risk factors of theoccurrence of fne motor development disorders in infants.

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescents is a period of the human development cycle, which is a transition between childhood and adulthood. In this transition many things must be considered one of them is the hygiene of reproductive organ. Hygiene of the reproductive organs, especially the external parts, is very closely related to prevent the reproductive organs from disease. Today is a digital era, most peoples activities used a smartphone including in finding and obtaining information. The use of smartphones at this time can affect the behavior of everyone, especially teenagers. One of them is the hygiene behavior of the reproductive organs. This research is to know the influence of smartphone application on the hygiene behavior of external reproductive organ female students of Seyegan Sleman Junior High School. Methods: This research used an experimental method with questionnaire-based survey (pre-test and post-test) was conducted in 90 teenage girls Results: The influence of source information variables, parent’s work and parent's income on behavior were significant (p <0.05). Clinically / practically for respondents exposed to electronic information sources, their behavior is higher at 3.57 compared to non-electronic ones. As for the status of parents who work privately, their behavior is higher by 2.69 compared to those of Civil Servant For the income of parents > = average minimum wage, the level of behavior is higher by 5.34 compared to the income of their parents < average minimum wage. The influence of the information source variable, the work of parents and parent'S income towards behavior is 15 percent. Conclusions: There is a significant difference between the pre and post effects of smartphone applications on the behavior and knowledge of teenage girl reproductive organs hygiene Seyegan Sleman 1 Junior High School

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Management of planning learning facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Al-I’anah Kosambi, Karawang Regency. 2) Management of the implementation of facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Al-I’anah Kosambi, Karawang Regency. 3) The evaluation of learning facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Al-I’anah Kosambi, Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach that focused on collecting data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data source used was selected purposively, and it was snowball sampling. While technical data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing descriptively.             From the research conducted, it was concluded that: first, management planning in MTs. Kosambi Al-I'anah Karawang regency is preceded by identifying the needs needed in the learning process starting from the types of facilities and infrastructure, size, quantity, quality and others. Selecting facilities and infrastructure needs according to priority scale. Inventory learning facilities and infrastructure. Estimating the price or budget needed. Determine the time and place of its procurement and appoint the person responsible for carrying out the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. Second, the implementation of facilities and learning infrastructure in improving the effectiveness of learning in MTs. Al-I'anah Kosambi Karawang Regency by regulating the use and utilization of learning facilities and infrastructure with the schedule for using facilities and infrastructure between the teacher and the class who need them in accordance with the lesson schedule. Third, Evaluation of facilities and infrastructure in improving the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education learning in MTs. Al-I'anah Kosambi Karawang Regency is conducted routinely every semester where educators and educators work together in optimizing the utilization of learning facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Setiap tahun sekitar 20 juta BBLR lahir di dunia dan 96.5% berada di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Prevalensi BBLR di RSUD Sleman meningkat dari tahun 2015 hingga 2016. Pada tahun 2015 ada 214 BBLR dan 241 BBLR pada tahun 2016. Prevalensi BBLR di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping meningkat yaitu ada 67 BBLR pada tahun 2015 dan 89 BBLR pada tahun 2016 Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pemberian ASI terhadap berat badan BBLR hari ke 10-14. Metode: Merupakan studi observasional dengan desain cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan bulan Mei-Juni 2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh bayi BBLR yang ikterus beserta ibunya yang dirawat di RSUD Sleman dan RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Sampel berjumlah 43 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Fisher. Hasil: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI dengan berat badan BBLR hari ke 10-14 (p=0.04). Faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan ASI terhadap berat badan BBLR hari ke 10-14 adalah pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan ASI terhadap berat badan BBLR hari ke 10-14.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of English learning outcomes through the implementation of the MURDER learning model for Class IX students of SMP N 7 Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. The research was conducted in October 2020 in Class IX SMP N 7 Mataram with two cycles of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Based on the research, it can be seen that the application of the MURDER learning model can improve the English learning outcomes of Class IX students at SMP N 7 Mataram. During the first cycle of CAR, 80.95% of students had completed and 19.05% of students had not completed it. There was an increase of 47.62% of students completing the first cycle (from 33.33% of students completing before the CAR to 80.95% of students completing the first cycle of CAR). During the second cycle of CAR, there were 90.48% of students who had completed it and 9.52% of the students had not completed it. There was an increase of 9.53% of students completing the second cycle (from 80.95% of students completing the first CAR to 90.48% of students completing the second cycle of CAR).

Abstract

One part of the tridharma of higher education is community service. One example of community service activities is Student Work Lectures or KKM. In KKM activities, there are several work programs that must be carried out and divided into each sector. Like the religious sector, in realizing the work program in the religious sector, KKM Group 72 UNIBA held an open donation activity for compensation for orphans at Link. Sumur Jaya RT/RW 04/02 Tamansari Village. After the donations were collected, they were then handed over to the local Risma administrators to be given to them. to orphans.

Abstract

This research discusses the choreography of Piring Gelas Dance which developed in Sanggar Kupek Beghaes, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. This dance is a traditional performance art that depicts the courage and determination of Musi Rawas women in maintaining religious and cultural values through the attraction of walking on a pile of plates and glasses. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the choreography of Glass Plate Dance consists of nine main elements: dancers, movements, music, costumes and makeup, floor patterns, performance venues, properties, lighting, and performance techniques. The main dancer must be a girl called dehe, and accompanied by two dayang dancers who are in charge of arranging a pyramid of plates and glasses. Core movements include greetings, glances, turns, transitions, and climbing the plate. The technique of walking on the plate pyramid requires great balance and poise. The main property is 16 glass plates and 6 glasses arranged into a two-level pyramid. This dance is performed in open and closed spaces and holds a deep philosophy of patience, precision, and female elegance. This research emphasizes the importance of preserving traditional dance as a local cultural heritage that is full of educational and aesthetic values.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the Piriang Pandai Sikek Dance in Pandai Sikek Village, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis. All data obtained, both written and field data, are described and then analyzed according to the proposed research problem. The theory used is the textual theory (form, technique, and style) proposed by Y. Sumandiyo Hadi, and the preservation theory proposed by Edi Sedyawati. The results indicate that the Piriang Pandai Sikek Dance is a traditional dance depicting the routines of animals and the farming habits of the Pandai Sikek community. This dance is a typical Pandai Sikek dance that can only be performed by the native Pandai Sikek community. To ensure this dance is not lost, preservation efforts are being carried out by providing training to the younger generation in Pandai Sikek Village.

Abstract

The development of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes to modern education. One prominent implementation is the use of ChatGPT as a teaching assistant capable of supporting the process of creating teaching materials and assessment questions more efficiently. This literature review aims to examine ChatGPT's potential in improving teacher effectiveness, particularly in the context of primary and secondary education. The study was conducted through a systematic review of various scientific publications published between 2022 and 2025 that discuss the application of generative AI in education. The analysis results indicate that ChatGPT can be used to generate learning material designs, automatically compile questions, and provide early feedback on student learning outcomes. The use of ChatGPT has been proven to save time in the learning design process, allowing teachers to focus more on pedagogical aspects and interactions with students. However, key challenges identified include the accuracy of the generated content, the potential for algorithmic bias, and issues of academic integrity, which require serious attention. Furthermore, clear institutional policies are needed, as well as improving digital literacy and ethical use of AI among educators. Based on the review results, it was concluded that ChatGPT has strategic potential as a teacher aid to support learning efficiency and innovation, as long as its use is directed wisely and accompanied by professional supervision to ensure it remains aligned with educational goals oriented toward character development and 21st-century competencies.
