Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan salah satu bentuk proses interaksi peserta didik dengan pendidikan dan sumber belajar di dalam suatu lingkungan pembelajaran. Tanpa adanya sumber belajar proses pembelajaran tidak berlangsung secara efektif, sumber belajar itu bisa berupa daya, data, orang, dan lingkungan serta wujud tertentu yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses terjadinya pembelajaran. Namun, sesuai observasi di sekolah SMP IT Al-Munadi, masih banyak pendidik kurang mampu dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar, apalagi bahan ajar yang interaktif. Maka dari itu, dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMP IT Al-Munadi. Materi pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pihak sekolah SMP IT Al-Munadi Medan untuk meningkatkan SDM dan kesadaran sosial bagi pendidik. Selanjutnya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diharapkan dapat berperan di dalam meningkatkan SDM Guru di sekolah SMP IT Al-Munadi Medan. Pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif melalui pembelajaran daring yang telah dilaksanakan di SMP IT Al-Munadi dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktif yang digunakan di dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring dengan lebih mudah dan efektif.

Abstract

Government agencies, of course, have honorary staff. The honorary staff in its development aims to assist the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) where civil servants are already overwhelmed in carrying out the functions of the local government, one of which is in public services. Civil servants and honorary staff have an important role for the community in providing maximum public services, especially in the Deli Serdang Regency Education Office. In the process of realizing these services, the Education Office analyzes the performance of the honorary staff. The scopes to be analyzed include attendance, work discipline, cooperation, public services and other supporting factors. In the assessment process, an effective system is needed to see the results of the performance of the honorary staff, so a Decision Support System is needed to see these results. In this study the author uses a Decision Support System for Performance Analysis of Honorary Personnel at the Education Office of Deli Serdang Regency by applying the Weighted Product (WP) method. In this study, the authors also ranked the sample of honorary workers through the criteria listed to determine honorary workers who are entitled to an extension of their tenure.

Abstract

The General Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) is an election management institution that is tasked with overseeing the implementation of elections throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Members of the General Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) are those who have the ability to supervise and are not members of political parties. It is hoped that an effective recruitment process can attract BAWASLU members who really meet their needs. BAWASLU often faces difficulties in selection because it still uses a manual system. Therefore, it is necessary to make a decision support system so that the Chairperson of BAWASLU can give an assessment to each new BAWASLU member. The research carried out is to create a system that can provide consideration in making decisions about the selection of Bawaslu members. By using the Entropy method used to calculate the weighting of the criteria, and produce the reject rate as the main criterion, the Entropy method investigates the harmony in discrimination between a set of alternative value data on certain criteria described in the Decision Matrix (DM). While the COPRAS method is used for ranking, the effect of maximizing and minimizing the criteria on the evaluation results is considered separately. The selection of the best alternative is based on considering the ideal and anti-ideal solutions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the activities and learning outcomes of students by applying the problem-based learning model in the Education Administration course at Budi Darma University. This research belongs to the type of classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) with the research subjects being students of the Information Technology Education study program with a total of 12 students, this research was conducted in two cycles and at the end of each cycle, there was a reflection on the actions that had been given. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning by applying the problem-based learning model can improve student activities and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the activeness of students in the first cycle with an average value of 62% and increased in the second cycle with an average value of 80%. Then from the results of student learning before applying the problem-based learning (pre-cycle) learning model with an average score of 12 students with 1 student who completed, after taking action in the first cycle with an average score of 39 with 5 students who completed, and after taking action in the second cycle with an average value of 73 with students who completed as many as 10 students. Judging from the activities and student learning outcomes, it is evident that the application of the problem-based learning model can improve student activities and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Saat ini Corona menjadi pembicaraan yang hangat, di belahan bumi manapun, corona masih mendominasi ruang publik. Beberapa pemerintah daerah menerapkan kebijakan untuk meliburkan mahasiswa dan mulai menerapkan metode belajar menggunakan sistem daring atau online. Sistem pembelajaran daring merupakan sistem pembelajaran tanpa tatap muka secara langsung antara dosen dengan mahasiswa, tetapi semua dilakukan secara online menggunakan jaringan internet. Dosen harus memastikan kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap berjalan meskipun mahasiswa berada di rumah. Dosen dituntut dapat mendesain media pembelajaran sebagai inovasi dengan memanfaatkan media daring, salah satu pemanfaatan media daring yaitu pembuatan media pembelajaran atau bahan ajar elektronik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran kalkulus adalah belum tersedianya bahan ajar yang dapat diakses secara online serta belum mempunyai kemampuan analisis untuk menghubungkan antara kalkulus yang diperoleh dengan permasalahan yang ada lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-modul interaktif berbasis problem based learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan Four-D (4-D) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Di dalam penelitian ini hanya menggunakan 2 tahap saja karena keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan e-modul interaktif berbasis problem based learning yang bisa membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

The location of the Laundry business is a means of building a business, namely the place where the business is founded. Competition in this Laundry business causes many things to be considered in choosing a Laundry business location because if you don't choose the right location for a Laundry business, it can cause many losses such as bankruptcy for business owners. For this reason, business owners need foresight when setting up their Laundry business. To assist entrepreneurs in making decisions regarding the selection of a Laundry business location, there is a system that can be used, namely SPK. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are the steps or stages in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. There are 2 methods used in this study, namely the MOORA and WASPAS methods. The MOORA method is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. While the WASPAS method is to find the priority of the most suitable location choice by using weighting. Where the results of research using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, that which meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location is alternative A1, namely Jalan Setia Budi with a value of 0.2780 as the first rank. Meanwhile, based on the WASPAS method that meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location, alternative A7 is Jalan Gatot Subroto with a value of 0.8407 as the first rank.

Abstract

This e-module was developed based on problems that occur during the learning process, the teaching materials used are still not optimal and some materials are not following the characteristics of students and learning objectives. Students are also less active in participating in the learning process and cannot collaborate in solving a problem, so it is necessary to develop relevant and innovative Project-Based Learning-Based Interactive E-Modules to help students more easily understand learning materials, be active in the learning process, and improve independence in learning. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) by adopting the 4D (Four-D) development model which includes 4 steps, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. By definition five activities must be carried out, namely: 1) Initial analysis, 2) Student analysis, 3) Task analysis, 4) Concept analysis and 5) Formulation of learning objectives. In the design four activities must be carried out, namely: 1) Preparation of test standards, 2) Selection of media, 3) Selection of formats, and 4) Initial design. In development two steps must be done, namely: 1) Expert assessment, and 2) Development trial. And the last is dissemination, this stage is the dissemination stage to promote the product developed so that it is accepted by users, individuals, groups, and systems. The results of the research and development of project-based learning-based interactive e-modules can be seen from the validity tests of both media and materials that have been carried out with an average media validity value of 0.86 (valid), and an average material validity value of 0.78 (valid).

Abstract

State Junior High School 1 Datuk Fifty is a public school located at Simpang Dolok Batu Bara. So far, the selection of the best teachers is still experiencing problems, namely the frequent occurrence of nepotism. In addition, the selection of the best teachers is still done manually. So that errors often occur in the assessment of the selection of the best teacher. Not only that, even the school still chooses only the closest people who will be the best teachers. So that in the assessment of the best teacher, it is necessary to do how to teach students well, improve the quality of teaching work in the room and have the motivation to become the best teacher. So to overcome these problems a decision support system is needed in selecting the best teachers by applying the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method in the ranking process, and the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method to produce weight values. According to the results of the ranking which was carried out using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, the one who obtained the highest score would be selected as the best teacher at Datuk Fifty Public Middle School (SMP) 1.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan e-Modul interaktif berbasis problem-based learning pada mata kuliah evaluasi pembelajaran, mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan e-modul interaktif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar, mampu dalam memecahkan masalah serta aktif berkolaborasi antar mahasiswa, kemudian mengetahui tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan e-modul pada mata kuliah evaluasi pembelajaran. E-modul ini dikembangkan berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi di saat proses pembelajaran, bahan ajar yang digunakan masih kurang optimal dan terdapat beberapa materi yang belum sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa dan tujuan pembelajaran. Mahasiswa juga kurang aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan tidak bisa berkolaborasi dalam memecahkan sebuah masalah, sehingga perlu melakukan Pengembangan E-Modul Interaktif Berbasis Problem-Based Learning yang relevan dan inovatif untuk membantu mahasiswa lebih mudah memahami materi pembelajaran, aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, mampu memecahkan masalah, dan meningkatkan kemandirian dalam belajar. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D) dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan 4-D (Four-D) yang meliputi 4 langkah, yaitu: define, design, develop, disseminate. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Aiken V. Uji validitas dilakukan oleh 4 orang dosen dan 2 orang dosen Mata Kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran. Uji praktikalitas dilakukan oleh 2 orang dosen dan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi. Hasil analisis angket validitas, praktikalitas dosen dan praktikalitas mahasiswa berturut-turut adalah 0,83; 0,81 dan 0,81 dengan kategori Sangat Tinggi. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa e-modul interaktif berbasis problem-based learning sudah valid dan praktis.

Abstract

In a company or agency, employees are one of the keys to success in achieving certain goals in the company. However, getting the right IT staff and in accordance with what the company or agency wants is certainly not easy. Therefore, to get employees who meet expectations and fulfill all stages carried out by the company, it is necessary to select the right employee candidates so that later it will produce competent IT staff in their fields. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method is a method for solving multi-criteria decision making (MCDM). This method is useful when there is a conflict in determining the relative importance between attributes. From the results of the study, it was obtained that alternative A9 was the best alternative to be chosen as the company's IT staff with the highest score of 0.9624
