Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu, etos kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Sidrap. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu, etos kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Sidrap dan untuk menganalisis faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Sidrap. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan deskriptif dan pendekatan eksplanatori. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik karakteristik Individu akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata di kabupaten Sidrap. 2) Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Etos Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Etos Kerja yang diikuti akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata di kabupaten Sidrap. 3) Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin rendah beban Kerja akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata di Kabupaten Sidrap. 4) Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel karakteristik individu, Etos Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang berarti bahwa peningkatan Karakteristik Individu, Etos Kerja dan Beban Kerja akan mempengaruhi peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata di kabupaten Sidrap sebesar 90,6% This study aims to analyze the effect of individual characteristics, work ethic and workload partially affect the performance of employees at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Sidrap Regency. To analyze the influence of individual characteristics, work ethic and workload simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Sidrap Regency and to analyze the dominant factors affecting employee performance at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Sidrap Regency. This study uses two approaches, namely a descriptive approach and an explanatory approach. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially indicate that the Individual Characteristics variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the better the individual characteristics, the better the employee performance at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in Sidrap Regency. 2) Partially shows that the work ethic variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work ethic that is followed, the more employee performance at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in Sidrap district. 3) Partially shows that the workload variable has an effect on employee performance, this indicates that the lower the workload, the higher the employee performance at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in Sidrap Regency. 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of individual characteristics, work ethic and workload have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in individual characteristics, work ethic and workload will affect the increase in employee performance at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in Sidrap Regency by 90.6 %

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of competence, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. This study took a quantitative approach, utilizing procedures such as literature review, observation, interviews, and questionnaires to collect data. This study surveyed 45 individuals using a basic random selection procedure. The data analysis process will include instrument validation (validity and reliability testing), classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation testing), statistical analysis (multiple regression analysis), and hypothesis testing (test coefficient of determination and partial test). The findings indicated that competence had no discernible effect on the performance of employees at the South Sulawesi Province's Cooperatives and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Office. Meanwhile, job motivation and discipline have a substantial impact on employee performance at South Sulawesi Province's Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh budaya organisasi, beban kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, serta variable yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Maret 2022. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi R2 atau R Square adalah sebesar 0,687. Hasil ini berarti bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja dan Kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan dengan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebesar 68,7%, dan sisanya 31,3% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain diluar model. This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of organizational culture, workload and leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province, as well as the most dominant variables influencing the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of Sulawesi Province. South. This research approach uses quantitative research. This research was conducted at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province. The time of the research was carried out starting in March 2022. The types and sources of data used in this study were primary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture, Workload and Leadership on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province. This study resulted in the value of the coefficient of determination R2 or R Square was 0.687. These results mean that the variables of Organizational Culture, Workload and Leadership have a relationship with the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Social Service of South Sulawesi Province by 68.7%, and the remaining 31.3% is explained by other reasons outside the model.

Abstract

The MSME sector has a strategic role in the national economy but in its development there are still many obstacles. Therefore, this Community Service activity is directed to achieve the following objectives: 1) Providing insight or additional knowledge to MSME actors in Tappanjeng Village regarding good business governance, 2) Providing counseling on marketing techniques, financial management, developing business networks; 3) Provide insight into the importance of promoting using social media. After carrying out community service activities, several important points to be recommended are: 1) This training activity still needs to be continued in the form of mentoring to ensure the achievement of the overall service goals; 2) It takes the involvement of many parties in order to encourage the improvement of the managerial capabilities of MSME actors. Both the local government, banks, universities, and other non-governmental organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work culture and competence partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Matakali District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Matakali Subdistrict Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, amounting to 37 people. Because the population is less than 100 people, the sample is determined by using a saturated sampling technique (census). So that the sample used in this study were 37 people. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing show that the Fcount value is 12.398 and Ftable is 2.89. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that work discipline, work culture and competence simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Matakali District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. From the description of the t test, it is known that work discipline, work culture and competence partially each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Matakali District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. Furthermore, the work discipline variable is the most dominant influencing variable with a beta value of 0.519. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Culture, Competence and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompotensi, penempatan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pegawai di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang.Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Oktober-Desember 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai dalam lingkup pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 61 orang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling yakni pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa; 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) secara simultan (serempak) dari variabel Kompetensi, Penempatan dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 3) Tidak pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel Penempatan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 5) Variabel penempatan merupakan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of regional apparatus coordination and human resource capacity on the organizational commitment required to prepare the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). This study was conducted at the Office of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency of the Province of South Sulawesi. This study employs a quantitative strategy and survey methodology. In this study, 97 employees were selected through a non-probability sampling technique. Validation of data includes testing research instruments for validity and reliability and testing for classical assumptions and hypotheses. The analysis of data involved descriptive and inferential analysis—testing hypotheses with path analysis by examining direct and indirect effects. The t-test with a 5% tolerance determines the immediate impact, whereas the Sobel test determines the indirect impact. The study results indicate that direct coordination of regional apparatus, human resource capacity, and organizational commitment positively and significantly affect preparing the APBD. In contrast, indirect coordination of regional apparatus, human resource capacity, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the practice of the APBD. Regional apparatus coordination has the highest contribution between human resource capacity and organizational commitment, so prioritizing regional apparatus coordination will improve the optimization of APBD preparation. We recommend that the employees of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency of the Province of South Sulawesi enhance consistency in the preparation of activities to encourage the participation of all relevant parties in the ongoing monitoring of work stages. Leaders should focus on the level of work mastery of their employees by enhancing their technical knowledge through seminars, training, etc. so that their work objectives are more quantifiable. Consistently increasing employee awareness of personal and organizational goals enables employees to contribute optimally to achieving personal and organizational objectives.
