Abstract

The implementation of transformational leadership, organizational culture and the influence of the working environment has not been carried out measurements both quantitatively and qualitativelyat the PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu.This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational  culture  and  work  environment  to  employees  performance  at  PT.  PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu simultaneously or partially.These samples included 67 respondents who were determined by sampling saturated. Data were collected by questionnaire and then the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The  results  showed  that  (1)  Partially,  transformational  leadership  variable  (X1) shows sig 0.812. Because sig> 0,05, then variable of transformational leadership style have not significant effect to employee performance variable of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon PurukCahu. (2) Partially, organizational culture variable (X2) shows sig 0,000. Because sig <0,05, hence organizational culture variable significantly influence to employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu. With the value of t arithmetic of 4.357 which this value is greater than the value of t arithmetic other variables, then the organizational culture variables become the most influential variable affecting the performance performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu. (3) Partially, the working environment variable (X3) shows sig 0.041. Because sig <0,05, then work environment variable significantly influence to employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu. (4) Simultaneously or together, transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture, and work environment in which the F test results show sig 0,000, since sig <0.05, the variables of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment significantly influence On the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The research objective is to prove the effect of 1). Budaya Corporate (X), Against the Employee Commitment (Z1), Job Satisfaction (Z2) and Employee Performance (Y2),2).Job Satisfaction (Z2) Agaiant Commitment (Z1) and EmployeePerformance (3).Employee Commitment (Z1) on employee performance (Y). The study population were all employees of the 100 people with a total sample of 94 employees chosen by proportional random sampling. Gathering data using questionnaires designed using a Likert scale levels 1-5. Analysis of data using the structural model SmartPLS.The test results prove 1).Corporate culture (X), a significant effect on Employee Commitment (Z1) and job satisfaction (Z2), with much influence respectively 38.95% and 48.82%, but no significant effect on employee performance (Y2) with the influence 6.7%. 2).Job Satisfaction (Z2) significantly affects Employee l Commitment (Z1) with a 38.67% and did not influence significantly influence employee performance (Y) with great effect (-13.55%), 3). Abstract

Restaurant Andina is one of the restaurants in Muara Teweh on monthly sales turnover and increase and decrease of sales in every month always decrease and increase. This study aims to determine whether there is influence Influence Products, Prices and Promotion Against Decision Purchase Through Quality Service employees either partially or simultaneously.The method used in this study is quantitative research that is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is the survey approach that is the research that takes the sample of 117 of the population and use the questionnaire as a basic data collection tool.The results of this study indicate that, the variable quality of service does not significantly influence the Quality of Service, the price significantly influence the Quality of Service, the promotion does not significantly affect the Quality of Service, product quality does not significantly affect the Quality of Service, Purchase Decision, service quality variable has no significant effect on Purchasing Decision, Price variable has significant effect to service quality and service quality has significant effect on purchasing decision. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction (X1) and Motivation (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) on the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Muara Teweh Kabupaten Barito Utara. Samples taken as many as 54 employees were selected with saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS. The test results prove job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance with large partially apengaruhnya 37.2% and Motivation significant effect on employee performance partially to great effect 57.3%, while simultaneously Job Satisfaction and Motivation significant effect on employee performance with great the effect of 26.7% while the remaining 73.3% is influenced by other variables.  Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Employee Performance
