Abstract

The research objective is to prove the effect of 1). Budaya Corporate (X), Against the Employee Commitment (Z1), Job Satisfaction (Z2) and Employee Performance (Y2),2).Job Satisfaction (Z2) Agaiant Commitment (Z1) and EmployeePerformance (3).Employee Commitment (Z1) on employee performance (Y). The study population were all employees of the 100 people with a total sample of 94 employees chosen by proportional random sampling. Gathering data using questionnaires designed using a Likert scale levels 1-5. Analysis of data using the structural model SmartPLS.The test results prove 1).Corporate culture (X), a significant effect on Employee Commitment (Z1) and job satisfaction (Z2), with much influence respectively 38.95% and 48.82%, but no significant effect on employee performance (Y2) with the influence 6.7%. 2).Job Satisfaction (Z2) significantly affects Employee l Commitment (Z1) with a 38.67% and did not influence significantly influence employee performance (Y) with great effect (-13.55%), 3). Employee Commitment (Z1) Significantly the Employee Performance (Y) with the influence 56.72%.Keywords:Corporate Culture, Employee Commitment, Job SatisfactionAnd Employee Performance

Abstract

Employee contribution become important if done effectively and right in implemented. Not only in amount of business but also direction of business. Attitudes, effort or intention to work and several organizations supports means a lot in the success of employee performance.The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of leadership style and corporate culture toward increase employee performance. Using these variables results , for instance Peter Lok (2004), Rini (2010), Julitriarsa, Djati (2012), Rani Mariam (2009).The study was conducted at Daily Newspaper Barito Post , the sample size is about 113 employee, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show the effect of leadership style toward increase employee performance is positive significant; The effect of corporate culture toward increase employee performance is positive significant; The effect of corporate culture style toward leadership style is positiveThe empiric finding, indicated that to increase employees performance at Daily Newspaper Barito Post need to pay attention to factors that influencing employees performance such as leadership style and organizational culture. Because by given the referable the relation, influence to design strategy utilize improvement of employees performance.Keywords: leadership style, corporate culture, and employee Performance

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine andnalyze the promotion mix (promotion mix) which is a tool of marketing mix that includes all activities of the company to communicate and to promote their products to the target market. As applied by Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya in promoting the brand of car oil that they sell to their consumers at this time. This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix which consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, direct marketing, and internet marketing to Decision of Car Oil Brand Selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya. This study applies quantitative approach with explanatory research type and 115 people who are the consumers of Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya are chosen as respondents by using accidental sampling method. Data collection has been done by using questionnaires, the data has been analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, the F test is used to test the effect of simultaneous and t test is used to test the effect of partial at the 0.05 level.The results of this study proves that the promotion mix which consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, direct marketing, and internet marketing simultaneously has positive and significant effect on decision of car oil brand selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya. Partially, the variable of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and internet marketing have a significant effect towards the decision of car oil brand selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya while publicity variable and direct marketing give no significant effect decision of car oil brand selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya.Keywords: Promotion Mix, Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Publicity, Direct Marketing, Internet Marketing, Decision of Brand Selection.

Abstract

Implementation of ISM Code in PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa Banjarmasin intended to raise and maintain the safety culture in the operation of the vessel with the aim of preventing accidents that can cause loss of life, damage to the vessel and material losses. This study aims to determine the extent of the application of the ISM Code in the safety management operation of the vessel as vessel accident prevention efforts. Method approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results showed that the problems that arise in the implementation of the ISM code in PT. MBP is related to the ability of Human Resources knowledge in understanding and implementing ISM code, lack of supervision, especially in terms of enforcing regulations firmness felt ISM code is less strict, so that creates a culture of ignoring the rules that have been set by the company through the ISM code.Therefore it is necessary to improve human resource capacity, especially in terms of language mastery and competence of seamanship, increased support for companies, especially monitoring and increased coordination between the ship and the company in PT. MBP.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to identify and analyze the influence of product to parent’s decisions in choosing school 2) to identify and analyze the influence of promotion to parent’s decisions in choosing school 3) to identify and analyze the influence of people to parent’s decisions in choosing school 4) to identify and analyze the influence of process to parent’s decisions in choosing school and 5) to identify and analyze the influence of product, promotion, people, and process simultaneously to parent’s decisions in choosing school.The research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 177 respondents of parents whose children are currently studying in SMA GIBS. This study uses multiple regression analysis model and uses Statistical Packed for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0 to analyze the data.The results of this study indicate that 1) the product does not significantly influence the parent’s decision in choosing school 2) the promotion significantly influences the parent’s decision in choosing school 3) the people significantly influence the parent’s decision in choosing school 4) the process significantly influences the parent’s decision in choosing school and 5) the product, promotion, people and process simultaneously have significant influence to parent’s decision in choosing school.Keywords: Product, promotion, people, process, and decisions.

Abstract

This research is focussing on knowing the influence of corporate culture such as service excellent, enthusiasm, prudence, professional, integrity and team work (thiese six variables called independent variables) to the employee performance (as dependent variable) in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan Main Branch Banjarmasin.The research uses a quantitative approach by using 100 employees of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan Main Branch Banjarmasin as samples. Measurement variables by using a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5 scale. Data analysis using statistical techniques and a multiple linear regression to test the significant level using a t test with SPSSThe result of this research show as that all variables of corporate culture such as service excellent, enthusiasm, prudence, professional, integrity and team work partially has significant and positive influence to the employee performance. The greatest influence or dominan variable is a professional with regression coefficients is 0.338 or 33.8% to the variable employee performance compared with the other five indenpendent variables.Keywords: Service Excellent, Enthusiasm, Prudence, Professional, Integrity, Teamwork, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture to increase employee performance. Organizational culture contains norms and values beliefs that guide the behavior of employees. Therefore, the company should have to provide a vehicle for employees to internalize the culture so  that they are able to apply them in work.The research  have been conducted at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan in the area of Banjarmasin. The method used a quantitative approach with a population of some 90 officials who have a Risk Management Certificate, using the survey method obtained sample size of 90 people. Data analysis using statistical techniques and a multiple linear regression to test the significant level using a t test with SPSS.The conclusion of this research is that communication and organizational culture variables have positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational cultural variables have the greatest influence to increase employee performance than other variables, with a regression coefficient of 0.437 or 43.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is test of the effect of product perceived quality on store image. Test of the effect of store image on purchase intention. Test of the effect of product perceived quality on purchase intention. Samples in this study are the buyer at Indomaret sample of 115 peoples. Analysis used data is PLS. These results showed that product perceived quality significant effect on store image the effect of 68,65%. Store image significant effect on purchase intention the effect of 27,67%. Product perceived quality not significant effect on purchase intention the effect 16,75%.Keywords: Product perceived quality, store image, purchase intention private label
