Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeksripsikan dinamika tingkat pengangguran dan kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi dan menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat pengangguran dan kemiskinan yang terjadi di Provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang searah (negatif) antara pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Dimana ketika terjadi penurunan tingkat pengangguran maka akan menurunkan jumlah kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jambi, dengan tujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis berapa besar pengaruh upah dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja yang ada di provinsi Jambi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuaantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder, dan menggunakan model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial dan simultan upah dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di provinsi Jambi

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is an effort to help teachers of the Jauharul Iman Kindergarten Senaung Village, Jambi Outer City District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province, to find, create and apply English learning materials according to the age of the children. To achieve this goal, the PKM activity carried out is SITOGA (Sing, Story and Games) for kindergarten teachers. This activity takes place during the month of April to May 2022, where the first month is focused on deepening material on the principles of teaching English for Young Learners, introducing learning resources, and learning methods and techniques. The next second month becomes an opportunity for participants (kindergarten teachers) in making learning resources and implementing or practicing learning. The results of PKM activities include participants being able to understand theories of teaching English in kindergarten, teachers being able to recognize several English songs, combining songs and movements in English, making simple English teaching media, designing learning activities with fun activities, and getting to know and practice different types of games

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze developments in per capita income, inflation and household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province. To determine and analyze the influence of per capita income and inflation on household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province. The research method used is secondary data analysis with the research objective being a quantitative descriptive analysis method to answer the first objective, to see the development of per capita income, inflation and household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province during the 2008-2022 period using the development formula. Meanwhile, to see the effect of per capita income and inflation on household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province, multiple linear regression was used with the help of the SPSS software application analysis tool. The results of the analysis carried out concluded, firstly, that the development of per capita income, inflation and household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province for the 2008-2022 period was relatively increasing. Kudua, namely that partially the per capita income variable has a significant effect on household consumption expenditure, while inflation has no significant effect on household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province. However, simultaneously per capita income and inflation have a significant effect on household consumption expenditure with an R-square value of 91.90 percent during the 2008-2022 period.
