Abstract

Tembakau Madura mempunyai rasa serta aroma yang khas dan spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemangkasan tembakau setelah panen dan jarak tanam kacang tanah dalam tumpangsari terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tembakau dan kacang tanah, yang dilakukan di Desa Lobah Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan, dimulai sejak bulan September sampai November 2009. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) menggunakan faktor tunggal, diulang 3 kali dengan uji BNT dengan taraf 5%. Perlakuan terdiri atas 2 faktor yaitu: Pertama jarak tanam kacang tanah yang terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu: A1 = jarak tanam kacang tanah 20 × 20 cm, A2 = jarak tanam kacang tanah 30 × 20 cm, Kedua setelah panen tanaman tembakau dengan perlakuan pemangkasan dengan terdiri dari 4 taraf: B1 = Pangkasan 15, B2 = Pangkasan 20, B3 = Pangkasan 30, B4 = Tanpa pemangkasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemangkasan batang tanaman tembakau setelah panen (B2) tinggi 20 cm (A1) jarak tanam 20 × 20 cm cenderung memberikan memberikan nilai tertinggi terhadap luas daun sehingga berpengaruh terhadap bobot basah tanaman tembakau. Perlakuan pemangkasan dengan tanpa pemangkasan B4 pada umur 4 MST dan jarak tanam 30 × 20 memberikan nilai tertinggi terhadap jumlah tunas tanaman tembakau. Kata kunci: tembakau madura, tumpangsari, pemangkasan dan jarak tanam. AbstractsMadura Tobacco has a distinctive flavor and aroma and specific. This study aims to determine the influence of tobacco after harvest pruning and plant spacing on peanut intercropping on growth and yield of tobacco and peanuts, which is done in the Village District Lobah Pademawu Pamekasan District, starting from September to November 2009. Research using randomized block design using a single factor, repeated 3 times with LSD with a level 5%. Treatment are consists of 2 factors: First peanut spacing consisting of 2 levels: A1 = peanut spacing 20 × 20 cm, A2 = spacing of 30 × 20 cm peanuts, two after the harvest of tobacco plants by pruning treatment consisted of 4 levels: B1 = clipping 15, B2 = clipiing 20, B3 = clipping 30, B4 = without pruning. The results showed Trimming tobacco plant stems after harvest (B2) height 20 cm (A1) spacing of 20 × 20 cm tend to provide the highest value of leaf area and therefore contributes to the wet weight of tobacco plants. Treatment of pruning with no pruning at age 4 B4 MST and spacing of 30 × 20 gives the highest value of total tobacco plant shoots. Keywords: tobacco madura, intercropping, pruning and plant spacing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon tanaman tembakau rajangan madura (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varietas prancak-N2 terhadap pemberian dosis pupuk NPK. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (sederhana) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu P0 = Galat 0 g/tanaman, P1 = NPK 5 g/tanaman, P2 = NPK 7 g/tanaman, dan P3 = NPK 9 g/tanaman. Dengan parameter pengamatan Tinggi tanaman, Jumlah daun, Luas daun, Bobot segar bagian atas tanaman (g), Bobot segar bagian bawah tanaman (g), Bobot segar total tanaman (g), Bobot kering bagian atas tanaman (g), Bobot kering bagian bawah tanaman (g), Bobot kering total tanaman (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanaman tembakau rajangan Madura (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varietas prancak-N2 lebih efektif menggunakan dosis pemupukan NPK 7 g/tanaman dalam meningkatkan produksi yaitu pada luasan daun tembakau. Kata kunci: Tembakau Rajangan Madura, Nicotiana tabacum L, Dosis Pupuk NPK AbstractThe Aim of this research is to study the response of tobacco plants sliced madura (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varieties Prancak-N2 towards fertilizer dose of NPK. This research use randomized block design (simple) with 4 treatment and 3 replication are P0 = error 0g/plant, P1 = 5gNPK/plant, P2 = 7g NPK/plant and P3 = 9g NPK/plant. The observation parameters are plant height, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight of plant parts (g), lower plant fresh weight (g), total plant fresh weight (g), the top of the plant dry weight (g), dry weight parts bottom of the plant (g), total dry weight (g). The results showed that tobacco plants sliced Madurese (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varieties-N2 Prancak more effective use of NPK fertilizer dose of 7 g/plant in increasing the production of tobacco leaf in the area. Keywords: sliced Madura Tobacco, Nicotiana tabacum L, the dose of NPK

Abstract

Efforts are made to produce superior seeds and pest and disease resistance through variety assembly. Characterization produces information that is used in planning the creation of melon plants as desired. This study aims to determine the characteristics of six strains of orange flesh melon and determine the kinship relationship of six melon strains. This research was conducted in August-November 2024. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Group Design, with 6 treatments (strains 33, 51, 52, 53, 54, and 55) repeated 3 times. Qualitative data were analyzed in the form of descriptions referring to IPGRI descriptor guidelines (2003). Quantitative data were analyzed by ANOVA, if the results of the analysis were significantly different then further tested using DMRT at the 5% level. The character of leaf shape and leaf color in 6 strains is entire and colored Greyis Olive Green 137 A. The character of male and hermaphrodite flower crown color in G33, G51, G52, G54, and G55 is Vivid Yellow 12 A, G53 is Vivid Yellow 9 A. The character of fruit shape of G33, G51, G52, G53, and G54 is elliptical, while G55 is round. The color of the fruit flesh of G51, G53, and G55 is Strong Orange 25 B. The lowest percentage of senescence was observed in G54 (16.7%). G33, G51, G52, and G54 are closely related with a coefficient value of 83%.
