Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) yang terjadi belakangan ini menyebabkan perubahan dalam beberapa tatanan kehidupan masyarakat dan bentuk kegiatan publik, salah satunya adalah pameran seni rupa. Peralihan konsep dan cara pameran yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka kemudian menjadi virtual/daring tentunya hal ini dapat memengaruhi kualitas sebuah pameran, baik dari segi pelayanannya, konsep display maupun sistem informasi yang digunakan, sehingga pemangku kepentingan dalam pameran memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab untuk membuat suatu pameran tersebut tetap berkualitas dan memberikan pengalaman serta kepuasan kepada pengguna jasa meskipun pameran tersebut berbasis virtual. Pengujian kualitas pameran dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada tujuh orang narasumber pengguna jasa pameran virtual/daring dan diukur melalui lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, yaitu Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, dan Assurance. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, pameran secara virtual/daring memberikan pengalaman yang baru bagi para pengguna jasa yang belum pernah mereka rasakan sebelumnya. Meskipun mengalami situasi perubahan dari pameran secara tatap muka ke pameran secara virtual/daring, kualitas pameran masih sangat baik karena pemangku kepentingan memperhatikan tiap karya yang dipamerkan dari partisipan sebagai pengguna jasa. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dimensi tangible (bukti fisik), reliabilitiy (kehandalan), responsiveness (cepat tanggap), dan empati dalam pameran virtual memiliki kualitas yang baik dan secara positif memberikan dampak kepuasan terhadap pengguna jasa. Sedangkan pada dimensi assurance (jaminan), pemangku kepentingan tidak memengaruhi kepuasan terhadap pengguna jasa, karena kualitas assurance (jaminan) berasal dari kesadaran pengguna jasa dalam berkarya yang harus tetap mengikuti pameran walaupun dengan situasi yang berbeda. Participants’ Perceptions of the Virtual Agency of Art Exhibition Quality in the Covid-19 Pandemic Situation ABSTRACT The Corona Virus Disease Pandemic (Covid-19) that has occurred recently has caused changes in various structures of community life and forms of community activities, one of which is an art exhibition. The transfer of the concept and mode of the exhibition that was previously carried out face-to-face to virtual/daring, of course, can affect the quality of an exhibition, both in terms of service, display concept and information system used, so that stakeholders in the exhibition have roles and responsibilities. responsible for realizing exhibitions that remain of high quality and provide experience and satisfaction to service users even though the exhibition is virtually based. Exhibition quality testing is carried out by conducting semi-structured interviews with seven speakers using virtual/daring exhibition services and measured through five dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Assurance. Based on the results of the research conducted, virtual/daring exhibitions provide new experiences for service users that they have never experienced before. Although the situation has changed from face-to-face exhibition to virtual/daring exhibition, the quality of the exhibition is still very good because stakeholders pay attention to every work on display from participants as service users. This shows that the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy in virtual exhibitions have good quality and have a positive effect on service user satisfaction. Whereas in the dimension of assurance, stakeholders do not affect service user satisfaction, because quality assurance comes from the awareness of service users in their work who must continue to participate in exhibitions even in different situations.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKesetiaan anggota pada organisasi nirlaba dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan serta sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin. Hal tersebut juga dapat berpengaruh pada produktivitas dalam sebuah komunitas. Produktivitas ini berupa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, seperti pameran, residensi, dan banyak hal lainnya seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh Komunitas Serbuk Kayu. Gaya kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin, selain berpengaruh pada pengelolaan organisasi, juga dapat memengaruhi efisiensi pada kegiatan yang mereka selenggarakan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Gaya kepemimpinan transformational leadership yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin Komunitas Serbuk Kayu dapat mewujudkan event yang melibatkan banyak orang dengan pengelolaan yang efisien. Analysis of The Leadership Style of A Non-Governmental Organization to Efficient EventABSTRACTThe loyalty of members in non-profit organizations is influenced by the leadership style and work system adopted by the leader. It can also affect productivity in a community. This productivity is in the form of activities carried out, such as exhibitions, residencies, and many other things like those that have been done by the Serbuk Kayu Community. The leadership style of a leader, apart from having an effect on organizational management, can also affect the efficiency of the activities they carry out. This study uses qualitative research methods with data obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The transformational leadership style adopted by the Serbuk Kayu Community leaders can create events that involve a lot of people with efficient management.

Abstract

Komunitas Guru Seni dan Seniman Pasuruan (KGSP) is a community that serves as a forum for its members with art as the main element. KGSP has various concepts and goals in the field of art that require them to continue to develop in the community, so there is a need for strategic management as a form of effective development plan. To be able to carry out development, SWOT analysis can be used as an analysis in determining internal and external factors. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations and surveys. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the strategies that can be used by KGSP are generic expansion strategies and variations of strategies, namely concentric diversification, market penetration, product development and backward integration

Abstract

In today's digital society, journalistic skills are an important asset in building a critical and information-aware community. This community service activity aims to improve the journalistic capacity of youth in Randupitu Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. Through structured journalism training and a participatory approach, this program equips participants with news writing skills, understanding journalistic ethics, and the use of digital tools in the production and distribution of information. This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers from across study programs at Nahdlatul Ulama University, Pasuruan, in collaboration with the KIM Gempar Randupitu community. The results of the program showed an increase in participants' understanding of journalistic techniques, as well as practical skills that began to be applied in the form of community digital content. This program is a model for youth involvement in strengthening inclusive and sustainable community-based media literacy.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kesehatan gigi anak merupakan aspek penting dari perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, namun masih banyak siswa sekolah dasar yang kurang sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan gigi. Hal ini memotivasi perlunya media edukatif yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran tersebut. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konsep, proses, dan bentuk akhir dari buku cerita bergambar sebagai media edukatif untuk menjaga kesehatan gigi siswa kelas 1–2 di MI Darul Ulum Blandongan, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode: Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang melibatkan dua validator (ahli media dan ahli materi) serta siswa kelas 1 dan 2 sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket validasi serta tanggapan siswa. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku dirancang dengan prinsip edukatif dan komunikatif, menggunakan bahasa sederhana dan ilustrasi menarik. Proses pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga media siap pakai. Bentuk akhir buku dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli media dan materi (100%) serta mendapat tanggapan positif dari siswa (94,57%). Kesimpulan: Buku ini terbukti efektif sebagai media edukatif dalam menanamkan kebiasaan menjaga kesehatan gigi sejak dini.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed youth learning patterns, particularly among Generation Z and Alpha who prefer visual and interactive media. However, scout education in Indonesia still mainly applies conventional methods. This study aims to design a prototype of a mobile scouting application as an alternative learning medium for scout members. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4P level 4 approach, the prototype includes features such as scouting materials, interactive quizzes, digital compass, maps, and e-books, all designed with visual communication principles. The prototype received positive feedback from target users.

Abstract

The Mecca Park in Pasuruan City is a religious tourism destination with strategic potential but faces the problem of a lack of adequate visual information systems. This study aims to design a comprehensive and effective Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) as an information medium to improve the quality of visual services and tourist experiences. The research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Sugiyono model simplified into 7 stages. The research subjects consisted of 10 respondents for the small-scale trial and 82 respondents for the large-scale trial. The design concept developed is "Islamic Heritage & Spiritual Elegance" which is in line with the religious characteristics of the destination. The EGD system includes five main components: directional signs, informational signs, regulatory signs, orientation signs, and identification signs using a black-gold-white color scheme, League Spartan and DM Sans typography, and weather-resistant Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) material. The results of the validation test by media experts and material experts showed a score of 93% with a "very feasible" category. The trial resulted in a feasibility level of 95% on a small scale and 89.2% on a large scale, both in the "very feasible" category. The implementation of EGD has successfully addressed the visual information issues in accordance with the Regulation of the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism No. 3 of 2018, and has contributed to improving the tourist experience and developing religious tourism destinations based on religious and cultural values.

Abstract

(Background) Time management is a significant challenge among college students, who often face heavy academic, work, and organizational workloads, triggering academic procrastination—the deliberate delay in completing assignments. This behavior directly negatively impacts the quality of learning and the achievement of academic goals, necessitating creative and relevant educational interventions. (Objective) This study aims to test the effectiveness and feasibility of the interactive comic titled "Besok Aja Deh" as a medium to increase time management awareness and reduce academic procrastination among college students. (Method) This development research used a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach through a simple Research and Development (R&D) method to design the comic media. Product trials were conducted on 54 students at Nahdlatul Ulama University, Pasuruan. (Results) The trial results showed that the comic "Besok Aja Deh" (Tomorrow) achieved a score of 88%, placing it in the "Very Good" category and deemed suitable for use as a medium. Respondents felt the comic improved their understanding of the importance of time management and the consequences of procrastination. (Conclusion) The interactive comic proved effective and suitable for use as a self-education strategy to improve students' self-regulation and time management skills. This media-based intervention significantly contributes to SDG 4: Quality Education by improving students' learning competencies and academic timeliness.
