The area of ??Rejang Lebong Regency in Selupu Rejang District is the business of the sugar palm business called UD Sari Aren. Granular palm sugar processing business has been running for more than fifteen years. Because UD Sari Aren is the only sugar granular palm industry the researchers are interested in seeing business feasibility through a profitability approach which is a comparison between earnings and capital. This study aims to determine the value of profitability and profit of UD Sari Aren granular palm sugar. This research uses census method, and profitability ratio analysis tool. Purposive sampling technique, with the criteria for one of the businesses that has been in existence for more than twelve years. The results of the study, the production costs incurred by UD. Sari Aren amounted to Rp 2,550,000,000 per year. The production value of this business is IDR 3,360,000,000 / year with a production of 96,000 kg / year. The selling price is IDR 35,000 / kg. the profit obtained is Rp. 810,000,000.- / year. The profitability value from the ratio of profit and capital is 31.76 percent. It can be interpreted that the business gets a profit far greater than the prevailing interest rate which is 18 percent per year Keywords: granular palm sugar, value of production, capital, profit, profitability

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji (1) faktor-faktor dominan (perilaku konsumen) dalam keputusan pembelian Sale Pisang (2) Bagaimana Strategi Pemasaran Yang Digunakan Pedagang Dalam Memasarkan pisang sale. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pedagang pisang sale di Sentra Oleh-Oleh 12 SAUDARA yaitu strategi dalam memasarkan pisang salenya kurang efektif. Dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi para pedagang pisang sale di sentra oleh-oleh 12 SAUDARA curup kabupaten rejang lebong tersebut, tentu pedagang pisang sale harus memiliki strategi untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut agar dapat menarik minat beli konsumen. Daerah penelitian ditentukan secara purposive yakni Sentra Oleh-Oleh “12 Saudara” Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah tersebut merupakan sentra penjualan pisang sale dan ramai pengunjung. Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pedagang Pisang di Kios Oleh-Oleh. Data sekunder berasal dari instansi- instansi terkait dengan penelitian antara lain Dinas Pertanian, Badan Pusat Statistik serta sumber-sumber lain. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Desember 2019. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 responden pisang sale pisang di Sentra Kios Oleh-Oleh “12 Saudara”.

The aim of this research was to analyze palm sugar business income in Cawang Lama Vilage, Rejang Lebong Regency. The location was chosen purposively because this area is a large producer of palm sugar and runs its business sustainably. This research method was obtained from quantitative data and questionnaires from research respondents. This research was carried out purposively in Cawang Lama Village. The things analyzed in this research are income and efficiency values. The results of the analysis showed that the income obtained was IDR1,093,383.-. This is influenced by the amount of revenue and production costs incurred each month. This income is relatively small but helps the family's economy, because palm sugar in this area is mostly produced only as a side job. Due to limited raw materials and the area of oil palm plantations owned. On average, they work as coffee farmers and rice farmers as their main job. The palm sugar business in one of the largest palm sugar producing villages in Selupu Rejang District has an efficiency value of 1.56, which means the business is feasible to run. It can be concluded that the palm sugar business in Cawang Lama Village, Rejang Lebong Regency has good business feasibility, and every unit of costs incurred in this business can be returned 1.56 times.

Penelitian Analisis Perbandingan Petani Kopi Petik Merah Sebelum dan Sesudah Covid-19 di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah Covid-19 yang ada di Kabupaten Kepahiang. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada bulan Maret tahun 2022 di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang dengan kelompok tani kopi yang terdapat di Kawasan Kabawetan. Analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t untuk sampel berpasangan atau dengan istilah Paired Sampels T Test yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata diantara dua sampel yang berpasangan. Uji Paired Sampels T Test ini digunakan terhadap 61 responden petani kopi yang ada di Kawasan Kabawetan.Berdasarkan uji paired sample t-tes dapat di lihat bahwa data variabel dari pendatan sebelum Covid-19 memiliki rata-rata 29.597.639,3607, standar deviasi 15.846.300,94802, standar kesalahan rata-rata 2.028.910,93186. Banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 61. Pendapatan sesudah Covid-19 memiliki rata-rata 29.751.864,0164, standar deviasi 14.713.442,37945, standar kesalahan rata-rata 1.883.863,25534. Banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 61. Hasil uji beda rata-rata menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 adalah sebesar 0,822 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 : ditolak dan H1: diterima. Dan bisa di simpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19.

The study of the Social and Economic Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Fruit Traders in Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, aims to analyze the social impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fruit traders and analyze the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fruit traders in Curup District. This research was conducted in February - March 2022 in Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, with the consideration that in Curup District is part of the livelihood as a livelihood and includes quite a lot of fruit traders. The analytical method used in this study is the Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis method, using the SPSS Statistics for windows software as a tool. Processed using excel software. The results showed that the impact of changes in social behavior and maintaining cleanliness that occurred to traders in Curup District, it has been tested that the indicator variables before and before the covid-19 pandemic on changes in attitude and maintaining cleanliness experienced a significant decrease from 0.05, meaning that there was a change between before and before the COVID-19 pandemic. The economic impact has been tested on indicators of changes in income before and before the covid-19 pandemic, the value of which is small from 0.05, which means there is a change, the covid-19 pandemic situation has a negative impact on economic traders causing a decrease in the monthly average

The aims of this research are (1) To determine farmers' income from crystal guava farming. (2) To find out whether or not the Crystal guava farming business is feasible or not. One of the national fruit commodities that has great opportunities to be developed is crystal guava. Crystal guava is a fruit plant that is classified in the guava group. Guava itself is a plant that lives in tropical and sub-tropical areas, so this plant is widely cultivated in many countries, including Indonesia.Based on the table, it can be seen that the production obtained by crystal guava farmers in Air Bang sub-district during one production period is 500kg/arapan/production period or 2 tonnes/arapan/year. with a selling price of Rp. 20,000/kg. So it can be seen that the gross income obtained by crystal guava farmers in Air Bang sub-district is 10,000,000/farm/production period or IDR 40,000,000/year. The net income obtained by crystal guava farmers in the Air Bang sub-district is IDR 6,059,184 /Garapan/period or IDR 24,236,744 /Garapan/year. Bank Rakyat Indonesia's interest rate is 10%, the NVP value obtained is 28.5%. This shows that Crystal guava farming is in the Air Bang sub-district, Curup Tengah District, Rejang Lebong Regency. feasible to run NPV is positive or NPV is greater than zero (NPV > 0).

In the Rejang Lebong Regency area, one of the areas in Selupu Rejang District is that there is a Ground Coffee business called Cap Dua Putra which makes processed robusta coffee into ground coffee. The Cap Dua Putra ground coffee processing business has been running for more than twelve years. With the criteria of length of business and the number of competitors in the coffee processing industry. Researchers are interested in looking at business feasibility through a profitability approach, which is a comparison between profit and capital. This research aims to determine the profitability and profit value of Cap Dua Putra ground coffee. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data, namely annual data on ground coffee production in 2022. This data comes from field questionnaires. This research was carried out at the Cap Dua Putra Ground Coffee business, the research period was from April to completion. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with the criteria being a business that has been established for more than twelve years. Results and research show that the production costs incurred in the Cap Dua Putra ground coffee business are IDR. 163,235,000,-/year. The production value of this business is IDR. 228,000,000/year with production of 4200 kg/year. The selling price is Rp. 60,000,-/kg. the profit obtained is Rp. 63,407,000,-/year. The profitability value from the comparison of profit and capital is 38.84 percent. This means that the business makes profits that are much greater than the prevailing interest rates.

This study aims to develop a Java Server Pages (JSP) and MySQL-based SMS Pooling system for PT. Radio Gema Karang Putih Padang uses the Agile Development method. Agile was chosen because of its iterative nature, flexibility to change, and direct user involvement in every stage of development. The research process includes literature study, data collection, sprint planning, gradual development, and functional testing. The research results show that the system is capable of managing incoming and outgoing SMS messages in real-time with stable performance (average reception time of 1.2 seconds, average transmission time of 1.5 seconds). User evaluations revealed high satisfaction levels, with scores of 93% for ease of use, 87% for management speed, 90% for interface design, 95% for developer team response speed, and 92% for feature suitability. These findings indicate that the Agile method is effective in producing a system that is responsive to user needs and ready for further development. Keywords—java, server, sms, polling, agile

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of epic pens in mathematics education 2 courses. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study are 26 students of the Elementary Education Study Program (PGSD) Semester five of the Open University. The instrument used was 8 questions. The results of the study obtained an average score on a scale of five, which was 4.37. These results when consulted with the Weighted Means Score (WMS) table in the range of 4.01 - 5.00 indicate a very effective category. So it can be concluded that the epic pen is very effective in the mathematics education course 2 PGSD semester five of the Open University. Keywords: Effectiveness, Epic Pen, Mathematics, Education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pemanfaatan epic pen pada mata kuliah pendidikan matematika 2. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 26 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dasar (PGSD) Semester lima Universitar Terbuka. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu 8 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian perolehan skor rata-rata pada skala lima yaitu 4,37. Hasil tersebut jika dikonsultasikan dengan tabel Weighted Means Score (WMS) pada rentang 4,01 - 5,00 menunjukkan kategori sangat efektif. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa epic pen sangat efektif digunakan pada mata kuliah pendidikan matematika 2 PGSD semester lima Universitas Terbuka. Mathematics learning at the elementary school level plays a strategic role in developing students' logical, creative, and critical thinking skills. However, many students still face difficulties in understanding number concepts and performing basic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Domino Puzzle-based learning media in improving the arithmetic skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 51 Bengkulu. This research used a pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test on 30 students using 10 evaluation questions. Data were analyzed using the N-Gain formula. The results show an average N-Gain score of 0.81, which falls into the high category, indicating that this learning media is effective in enhancing students' arithmetic skills. This media not only improves calculation skills but also supports students' motivation, engagement, and conceptual understanding. Therefore, the sustainable application of Domino Puzzle media is recommended to strengthen mathematics learning achievement in elementary schools. Abstrak: Pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar memegang peran strategis dalam membentuk keterampilan berpikir logis, kreatif, dan kritis siswa. Namun, banyak siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep bilangan dan melakukan operasi dasar seperti penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis Domino Puzzle dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa kelas V SD Negeri 51 Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test pada 30 siswa, menggunakan 10 soal evaluasi kemampuan berhitung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan rumus N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,81, termasuk kategori tinggi, yang menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa. Media ini tidak hanya memperkuat keterampilan berhitung, tetapi juga mendukung motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Oleh karena itu, penerapan media Domino Puzzle secara berkelanjutan dianjurkan untuk memperkuat pencapaian pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.
