Abstract

The purpose of the socialization of cricket was increased the knowledge of physical education students about the development of cricket in Indonesia and improved the skills of physical education students in playing cricket. The socialization activity was carried out in the physical education study program, University of Bengkulu. Partners in this activity were second semester physical education students, totaling 35 students. This activity was carried out on March 14-15 2020. The forms of activities carried out were socialization and practicum. This activity was carried out with a model of small group discussion, lectures and demonstrations. The stages carried out in this activity consist of three stages, namely: socialization, practicum, and evaluation. Based on the results of the activities and the results of the evaluation, it can be concluded that the socialization of cricket to physical education students increased knowledge about cricket and skills in playing cricket.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet putra di klub bola voli Panorama hanya melatih teknik teknik dan fisik tanpa memperhatikan faktor psikologis atlet, maka dari itu latihan imagery dapat menjadi solusi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan imagery terhadap kepercayaan diri atlet putra di klub bola voli Panorama. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Peneliti melakukan perlakuan dengan memberikan latihan imagery selam delapan pertemuan. Teknik dan instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket kepercayaan diri yang sudah divalidasi oleh dua ahli. Sampel dalam penelitian dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 atlet. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa thitung = 9,132 > ttabel 2,093. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan diri atlet berada pada kategori baik dengan presentase sebesar 45%, sedangkan hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapa peningkatan kepercayaan diri atlet dengan presentase sebesar 60%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan mental imagery terhadap kepercayaan diri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the interpersonal communication built by Bengkulu athletes to their coaches in the preparation period for PON Papua 2021. Quantitative descriptive research methods were used in this study. The study population was 83 Bengkulu athletes who were prepared to participate in PON Papua 2021. Sampling in this study was a total sampling so that all athletes became a sample of 83 athletes. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the instrument used was the coach-athlete relationship questionnaire. The research instrument consists of three aspects, namely: closeness, orientation, and complementarity. The validity of the instrument used was 0.463-0.721 and the reliability was 0.92. The research data were processed using the mean ideal and standard deviation ideal. The results of the study stated that the interpersonal communication between Bengkulu athletes and their coaches had a score of 41.40-46.00 in the very good category, so it was concluded that the interpersonal communication of Bengkulu athletes to the coach towards Pon Papua 2021 was in the very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in the human anatomy course for Penas students with the Implementation of Discovery Learning based on Sensory Data Insane Artificial Intelligence (AI). The specific objective of this study is to improve students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills through technological developments. The method in this study is a 2-cycle classroom action research method with the research procedure used in this study consisting of planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. This study uses qualitative descriptive, where the practice of implementing the Discovery Learning learning approach based on Sensory Data Insane Artificial Intelligence (AI) is explained in each context. Where data collection is carried out through test and non-test techniques. As a result, the achievement target was achieved in cycle II with the following details; 16 students or 44% obtained category A, 18 students or 50% obtained category B, 2 students or 6% obtained category C, and none or 0 students obtained category D. The results of the response questionnaire issued to students showed a final score of 24.71 or an average of 4.2, which means that the category most often chosen by students is agree. The results show that the implementation of Discovery Learning based on Sensory Data Insane Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Semester I students of the Physical Education Study Program, FKIP, Bengkulu University is of interest to students. It not only covers the aspect of knowledge implementation but also increases students' creativity and interest in learning activities.

Abstract

Challenges in the era of disruption require individuals to possess not only intellectual intelligence but also emotional intelligence to navigate problems and challenges effectively. Emotionally intelligent individuals can handle difficulties in learning processes and manage stress when facing real-life problems. Physical Education serves as a medium to develop students' social and emotional skills through its curriculum. This review aims to understand how Physical Education in Indonesia contributes to the development of students' emotional intelligence over the past ten years. The study employs a literature review method, collecting articles through search engines such as Google Scholar. The selection criteria include articles published from 2013 to 2022. The findings indicate a positive correlation between Physical Education and emotional intelligence in developing essential 21st-century skills. This study emphasizes that emotional intelligence can be fostered through affective learning in Physical Education, explicitly designed to build students' character and emotional intelligence in facing 21st-century challenges. Furthermore, emotional intelligence predicts students' ability to develop 21st-century skills, such as teamwork, effective communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

Abstract

Study aims to determine the level of understanding of physical education students in Bengkulu City towards the game of handball. The main problem in this study is that there is no data that describes the level of understanding of physical education students in Bengkulu City regarding the game. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were physical education students in Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that 3.7% (2 respondents) of the students had an understanding in the very high category, 55.55% (30 respondents) were in the high category, 40.74% (22 respondents) were in the medium category, while there were no students in the low or very low category (0%). From these results, it can be concluded that students of physical education programs in Bengkulu City have a relatively high level of understanding of handball games

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of epic pens in mathematics education 2 courses. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study are 26 students of the Elementary Education Study Program (PGSD) Semester five of the Open University. The instrument used was 8 questions. The results of the study obtained an average score on a scale of five, which was 4.37. These results when consulted with the Weighted Means Score (WMS) table in the range of 4.01 - 5.00 indicate a very effective category. So it can be concluded that the epic pen is very effective in the mathematics education course 2 PGSD semester five of the Open University. Keywords: Effectiveness, Epic Pen, Mathematics, Education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pemanfaatan epic pen pada mata kuliah pendidikan matematika 2. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 26 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dasar (PGSD) Semester lima Universitar Terbuka. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu 8 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian perolehan skor rata-rata pada skala lima yaitu 4,37. Hasil tersebut jika dikonsultasikan dengan tabel Weighted Means Score (WMS) pada rentang 4,01 - 5,00 menunjukkan kategori sangat efektif. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa epic pen sangat efektif digunakan pada mata kuliah pendidikan matematika 2 PGSD semester lima Universitas Terbuka. Abstract

Mathematics learning at the elementary school level plays a strategic role in developing students' logical, creative, and critical thinking skills. However, many students still face difficulties in understanding number concepts and performing basic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Domino Puzzle-based learning media in improving the arithmetic skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 51 Bengkulu. This research used a pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test on 30 students using 10 evaluation questions. Data were analyzed using the N-Gain formula. The results show an average N-Gain score of 0.81, which falls into the high category, indicating that this learning media is effective in enhancing students' arithmetic skills. This media not only improves calculation skills but also supports students' motivation, engagement, and conceptual understanding. Therefore, the sustainable application of Domino Puzzle media is recommended to strengthen mathematics learning achievement in elementary schools. Abstrak: Pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar memegang peran strategis dalam membentuk keterampilan berpikir logis, kreatif, dan kritis siswa. Namun, banyak siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep bilangan dan melakukan operasi dasar seperti penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis Domino Puzzle dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa kelas V SD Negeri 51 Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test pada 30 siswa, menggunakan 10 soal evaluasi kemampuan berhitung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan rumus N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,81, termasuk kategori tinggi, yang menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa. Media ini tidak hanya memperkuat keterampilan berhitung, tetapi juga mendukung motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Oleh karena itu, penerapan media Domino Puzzle secara berkelanjutan dianjurkan untuk memperkuat pencapaian pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.
