Abstract

Carrefour is a company engaged in the field of trade. Carrefour during this procedure uses only the standard recommends employees per Division to include in the determination of the best employees. The assessment is done to determine the best employees of the company must comply with aspects such as mastery of insight into carrefour, mastery of the insight into the activities of the shops, the mastery of an insight into the management of the store, the ability to respond to and answer questions. The company is sometimes difficult in making a decision, especially if some of the existing employees have skills that are not much different the existing problems on the determination of the best employees. Therefore required a decision support system in the determination of the best employees. This research method using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) are often also known the term weighted summation method. The concept of the method is to find a weighted summation of the SAW of rating performance on any alternative on all attributes. The method of matrix the normalization process requires SAW decision (x) to a scale that can be compared with all the alternative rating. Development of a system that used to use the waterfall. The results of this research in the form of a system that will help employees admin section in performing data processing employees, can automate the penginputan employees and can provide solutions for the employee admin section. Keywords:Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Assessment, Waterfall

Abstract

RSUD Kraton Pekalongan Central Java is one of the Public Service Board which is engaged in health care, especially for society in pekalongan and the surrounding counties. One of the existing service is outpatient treatment services which operationally has many obstacles due to the large volume of patient visits without any supported by tools such as computer-based information sistems. This study tries to provide an alternative model of outpatient administration by using the information sistem of architecture client/server applications which can connect several parts involved in outpatient operations. by this administration sistem of patient registration, action and the use of medical devices and prescription services can be assisted by using the sistem, then the entire bill of patient can be easily displayed through the cashier menu as billing patients attending for treatment in outpatient installation.Keywords: Outpatient, Client/Server, RSUD Kraton

Abstract

Mathali'ul Falah Pati Islamic Education in Central Java is the institution of education elementary school level (Islamic elementary schools) to high school (Madrasah Aliyah). In the daily operations of a lot of conventional process is done, one of which is the administration of absentee / attendance. The main difficulty encountered is in the data summary attendance / attendance either daily, weekly or monthly due to having to browse the files one by one absentee. The purpose of this research is to develop an information system attendance using a structured system development model. With the help of a specialized information system to facilitate the attendance data processing administrative data processing and report absences. From the research conducted it can be seen that attendance information system can accommodate the needs of users in managing attendance and presenting summary reports periodically.

Abstract

STMIK PalComTech Palembang is one of the efforts in the field of education. For a growing company such as PalComTech, as a company engaged in the field of education certainly requires a system of procurement of goods or materials that can provide more accurate information for the company itself which in penginputan procurement data or incoming and outgoing material still use the checkout process into a card or sheet form, for the production of reports is done by way of entering data from the procurement form to a Microsoft Excel form. These companies also often have problems in calculating the amount of the procurement of goods that enter a day, a week, even a month. The methods used in this research is a method of structured systems analysis and design (Structured Systems Analysis And Design). This method is included in the classification of Data Oriented Methodologies that highlight the characteristics of the data to be processed. Generally, the method of structured systems analysis and design based on the resolution of the system elements into modules based on the type of data elements and behavior logic the modules in the system.The system is more effective and efficient in processing data procurement, budgeting and realization so as not to require a long time to do data processing as well as easily in search data and the required report because it has been stored in a database.

Abstract

Accreditation is a method of evaluating programs and policies of a college to ensure that the program of study at a college meet certain criteria, which are usually set by the institution / agency accreditation. The problem that often arises is the lack of information that provides a neatly arranged accreditation forms of data compilation. This research is important to do, because it helps reduce data recording repeated in the preparation of the accreditation forms and can speed up the process of preparing the accreditation forms by providing a data center that is packed in an information system. The results showed that the presence of information systems data center accreditation forms can correct accreditation forms of data processing and documentation neat. With the help of the form of office automation system can produce output in the form of a Microsoft Excel file that will facilitate in developing the necessary data in the preparation of the accreditation forms.

Abstract

Student administration archiving system of STMIK PalComTech Palembang, mostly still concentrated in the BAAK (Administrative Bureau of Academic Affairs). And without realizing it, will affect to the performance of administrative staff which finally can cause the service to the academic community to be slow.With the information technology, expected part of the burden of administration staff in providing information services contributed. So that activities that should be the duties and responsibilities of administrative staff can be carried out optimally.For this reason, student administration archiving system created digitally (e-archive), using OCR system (Optical Character Recognition) and string search methods (String Matching). For analysis and design, we use PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database.This study aims to develop a digital archiving system (e-archive) with the help of the shelter database as the data, thus making the performance of administrative staff, especially BAAK getting better and professional in service quality

Abstract

Usaha untuk mendeteksi dampak dari adanya hambatan studi yang sering dialami oleh mahasiswa perlu mendapat perhatian. Banyak kondisi yang tidak pasti sebagai gejala yang muncul dan sering mengganggu mahasiswa dalam melaksan studinya. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan adalah menggunakan teori dempster-shafer untuk mendeteksi dampak sebagai akibat dari adanya gejala-gejala yang sering ditemui oleh mahasiswa. Teori dempster-shafer dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam ruang ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini menyajikan lima gejala yaitu larut dalam urusan cinta, factor  ekonomi, menemui masalah atau konflik dengan pihak kampus, adanya hambatan internal dan terlalu sibuk dengan kegiatan ekstra. Sebagai dampak dari gejala tersebut dimunculkan indikasi mahasiswa mengalami cuti, drop out, terlalu lama studi atau terlambat lulus, dan tidak jelas atau tanpa keterangan. Hasil yang diperoleh didapatkan bahwa teori dempster-shafer dapat mengidentifikasi dampak terburuk yang dialami mahasiswa dengan mendapatkan nilai densitas yang paling tinggi, nilai ini didapatkan dari berbagai kemungkinan nilai belief dan plausibility sebagai hasil dari identifikasi yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi dan teknologi saat ini telah berkembang dengan cepat dan memberikan dampak kedalam semua aspek kehidupan. Kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang didukung dengan teknologi mulai dirasakan oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah kalangan masyarakat yang bergerak di dunia bisnis dan usaha, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, setiap orang yang bergerak di dunia usaha dapat memperkenalkan produk mereka dengan menggunakan media internet, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pemasarannya, sedangkan pada media penjualan dagangan yang dijajakan masih secara konvensional, yaitu langsung bertatap muka dengan pelanggan untuk melihat maupun melakukan pembelian produk, dimana pelanggan terlebih dahulu menuju toko yang diinginkan, tapi dengan adanya sebuah website E-Mall ini, pelanggan bisa menemukan apa yang dicari tanpa harus mengunjungi toko tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode RUP (Rational Unifed Process) yang menggunakan konsep object oriented, dengan aktifitas yang berfokus pada pengembangan model dengan menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML). Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah website yang dapat membantu dalam bisnis perdagangan pakaian online.
