Abstract

The large amount of air pollution that occurs in the community is caused by the increase in the number of motorized vehicles and human activities, as well as the limited sense of sight and smell of humans so that they cannot feel the presence of pollutant gases that are harmful to health, so we need a tool that can detect and monitor pollutant gases so they don't exceed the threshold. In this study, a monitoring system and air pollution detection using the fuzzy Sugeno method based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is designed. In this system the MQ-7, MQ-135 and MQ-131 sensors are used to detect CO, CO2 and Ozone gases, while the Sharp GP2Y1010AU0F sensor functions to detect dust. The results of these sensor readings are processed by the Arduino Uno and NodeMCU microcontrollers to be displayed on the P10 panel and sent to the Antares IoT Cloud server which can be accessed in real time. The results of this study have an accuracy rate of approximately 97% for gas sensors, both CO, CO2, and Ozone gas sensors. As for the dust sensor, the accuracy rate is 93.83%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a game-based learning method for computer network courses. This method is used to increase the Army Polytechnic non-commissioned officers understanding on network topology topic. This game is called POINTER, contains an innovative game-based learning method that has adopted rules from the monopoly game. This game-based innovative learning method has been tested on student non-commissioned officers who are taking computer network courses. Educational games are one of the learning tools that can make students interested in learning and help understand lecture material. Besides studying, student non-commissioned officers play. The research method used is research and development (research and development), that aim to develop interactive learning multimedia based on educational games with instructional games models on network topology material, computer network courses. By using this learning method, student non-commissioned officers understand more about computer network topology because learning is more interesting.

Abstract

— Indoor air conditioning and conditioning systems are used to maintain indoor air temperature. Equipment in the air conditioning system (Air Conditioner), functions to regulate room temperature and regulate air humidity. The purpose of this research and development is to understand how it works along with its characteristics and to find out the performance produced from the AC (Air Conditioner) teaching aid system that has been made. Besides that, the making of this teaching aid is also used as a learning medium on AC system electricity material in a real form which is applied as a practicum medium so that it has a high level of effectiveness. The research method used was to carry out the preparatory stage by searching for literature and field studies, then designing the model and assembling the test equipment. An air conditioning machine with a vapor compression cycle has several main components, namely a compressor, condenser, capillary tube, evaporator and filter. The AC trainer model with an inverter type with a capacity of 0.5 PK is rectangular in shape with dimensions of 90 cm x 180 cm and a width of 70 cm. Tool testing was carried out at the Electrical Laboratory of Trunojoyo University for 180 minutes. While the process of collecting data from the test results is carried out every 5 minutes, so as to get a total of 36 data. The data that can be taken in testing the tool is working pressure, temperature in the pipe, voltage, and working current. Analysis of the test results in the form of compressor work (Wk), heat released by the condenser (Qout), heat absorbed by the evaporator (Qin), Coefficient of Performance (COP), Power (P), and efficiency. The average values ​​obtained from the results of data calculations include: the value of the compressor work is 17.11 kJ/kg, the heat released by the condenser is 180.71 kJ/kg, the heat absorbed by the evaporator is 163.57 kJ/kg, the value COP of 9.56, apparent power and active power of 430.29 VA and 395.86 Watt, and an efficiency value of 12.26. The results of the analysis obtained from testing the props and the data calculation process can be concluded that the air conditioning machine is able to work optimally and has a good efficiency value in accordance with the unit specifications

Abstract

UNBK (Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer) yang diselenggarakan di sekolah Darul Hadist desa Klapayan kabupaten Bangkalan. Pada saat dilakukan ujian berlangsung sering terjadi gangguan karena daya tangkap sinyal lemah. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dirancang sebuah antena penguat sinyal, yang digunakan untuk menguatkan daya tangkap sinyal pada modem GSM ( Global System for Mobile Communications) sehingga dapat memaksimalkan kecepatan dan konektifitas jaringan. Pada penelitian ini telah dirancang antena helix yang bekerja pada frekuensi 1.8 GHZ. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dengan perangkat lunak CST studio 2018 menunjukkan VSWR = 1,41, return loss = -15,32 dan gain = -7,83 dB. Hasil uji VNA (vector network analyzer)menunjukkan VSWR = 1,47, return loss = - 14,31 dan impedansi bernilai 47,38 Ω. Artinya, antena ini layak digunakan pada frekuensi 1.8 GHZ dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diharapkan. Dalam meningkatkan sinyal di desa klapayan antena ini mampu meningkatkan sinyal 4G rata– rata sebesar -7 dBm, dan sinyal 3G rata – rata -11 dBm. Dalam pelaksanaan UNBK tahun ini lebih baik daripada tahun kemarin, dengan nilai error sebesar 1.96% dalam ketepatan penyusunan jadwal dan realisasi pengerjaan soal, dibandingkan UNBK tahun kemarin dengan nilai error sebesar 11,18%.
