Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times, at the same time the construction industry has also grown rapidly. Along with the development of that era, the technology and construction methods in the world are increasingly developing. This also applies in Indonesia, construction methods in Indonesia are also developing. One form of the development of construction methods in Indonesia is the precast construction method. This study aims to determine how much the costs and how long it takes to implement the Cast In Situ and Precast Methods of columns and beams. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using the calculation of SNI 7394: 2008 "concerning the procedure for calculating the unit price of concrete work for building and housing construction" and SNI 7832 - 2012 "concerning the procedure for calculating the unit price of precast concrete work for building construction. building".From the research results, it is found that the overall budget plan for the application of column and beam structures using conventional concrete methods is Rp. 973,127,521.20. And the overall budget plan for the application of column and beam structures using the Precast concrete method is Rp. 1,317,764,550. From the calculation results, it was found that the analysis of the duration of working on the column and beam structures on floors 1-3 with the conventional concrete method was 223 days, while for the analysis of the duration of working on the column and beam structure with the precast concrete method was 202 days. In this study, it can be concluded that the difference in price between the conventional concrete method and precast concrete is IDR 344,637,029.27 or the precast concrete method is 26% more expensive than the conventional concrete method, with a difference in processing time of 21 days, or implementation The precast method is 21 days faster than the conventional concrete method.

Abstract

The earth's surface has a fairly varied and irregular shape, consisting of high, low and water plains. As for the slopes, which are part of the highlands, because they are on the plateau, the slopes are an area where landslides often occur, this also does not escape the type of soil that is on the slopes, as happened on Jln. Salu-Dende axis Lembang Salu Sarre, Sopai District, where the landslide that occurred had an impact on the area because part of the road was also carried away by the landslide. To find out the cause of the landslide, an analysis was carried out at the landslide location, the analysis here was carried out by conducting soil research at the landslide location to determine the quality of the soil, the analysis was also carried out using 2 methods, namely the Fellenius method and the Rankine method to study further the condition of the landslide location so that it can determine the appropriate treatment. After conducting laboratory research, it was found that the soil at the landslide location was clay soil where clay soil had quite good adhesion between particles, and from the results of the analysis using the Fellenius method it was known that the FK value = 0,77 > 1,5 where the results were declared not safe. and from the results of the Rankine method analysis it is known that the value of Ka = 0.86 and Kp = 0.86 where these results are classified as cohesive soils, namely soils with high adhesion between particles. So that the countermeasures used are gabions, where gabions have elastic properties and are easy to apply. After carrying out a horizontal force analysis, the results obtained are ∑H = -0.7 < 0 and the results of the FS calculation = 1 where the results are declared safe.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the redevelopment of a 2-story church building with SRPMB located near the Ledo Buntao market. The parts that will be analyzed include the upper structure (columns, beams and floor plates) while the lower structure (foundation). The loads acting on the structure refer to SNI 1727:2013 and PPIUG 1983, while for earthquake loading refer to SNI 1726:2012. For detailed requirements for reinforced concrete building structures, refer to SNI 2847:2013. The structure of the Ledo Buntao Congregation Toraja Church building which will be explained is the structure of columns, beams and floor plates. Calculation analysis was carried out manually to determine the dimensions of the structure of columns, beams and floor plates in the building, using reinforced concrete SRPMB, to determine safe dimensions by carrying out moment calculations, and analysis of the footings. The results of the analysis on the construction of the Ledo Buntao Congregational Church building obtained column dimensions. 40 x 40 cm, main beam 30 x 60 and subsidiary beams 20 x 30 cm, and for the floor plate the thickness of 12 cm is used and for the lower structure a palm foundation is used.

Abstract

Abstract

The cultural history of the indigenous product 'Ale' a mat constructed from a plant analogous to rice, constitutes a significant aspect of the ancestral wisdom transmitted through generations within Toraja civilization. Nonetheless, throughout time, its preservation and maintenance encounter numerous obstacles, particularly in sustaining its viability in the digital age. This project seeks to discover solutions for managing the cultural legacy of 'Ale' products through proper documentation and the preservation of local wisdom. This research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing data collection approaches such as interviews, observations, and documentary analysis. The research findings indicate that digital technologies, including social media platforms and web-based applications, can effectively document and present 'Ale' items to a global audience. Moreover, collaboration among local communities, scholars, and the government is essential for preserving the sustainability of 'Ale' products and the indigenous knowledge they embody. This research advances the formulation of technology-driven solutions for the protection of cultural assets in the future.

Abstract

The cemetery as a place to store the body is a very important place for the Toraja community. In the past, the most widely used places as graves were in specially made stone burrows, in natural stone caves that were considered safe, in certain woods usually for the corpses of babies and partly buried in the ground. In modern times, many Toraja people choose to build a special place for burials called Patane with various considerations. Usually this place was built by one family and became a family cemetery. The size varies according to the wishes of the family concerned but on average is 4 x 6 m with a height of about 3 m. The location of the patane construction depends on the family's agreement and usually uses a place that is considered strategic or good. From the results of the research carried out, the growth of patane buildings is an average of two patane buildings built every year with an average building area of 33.63 m2 and using an average land area of 100.9 m2. The environmental impacts caused are: 1. Positive impacts, namely the location of a neat and well-organized patane building can become a tourist attraction and Because each patane building can accommodate many bodies, it can save land use for the cemetery (if all the bodies stored in the patane are buried in the ground). 2. Negative impact, namely the arrangement of the environment is not neat because the location of the patane development is not well organized because there are no rules about its construction and the reduction of productive strategic space of around 100.9 m2 every year. (compared to using stone burrows, erongs, and caves that use unproductive land).
