Abstract

This study discusses The Influence of Managerial Leadership and New Public Management on Community Welfare in Kaimana Regency Mediated by Good Governance and Local Government Performance. The approach used with two research designs (mixed method), namely: explanatory (quantitative method) and exploratory (qualitative method). The research sample consisted of 241 people. The quantitative data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Amos program version 24.0 and qualitative analysis uses interactive models. The research results show that: (1) Managerial leadership has a positive and significant effect on good governance. (2) Managerial leadership directly and indirectly through good governance has a positive and significant effect on government performance. (3) Managerial leadership directly and indirectly through government performance has a positive and significant effect on people's welfare, while through good governance it is not significant. (4) New public management has a positive and significant effect on good governance. (5) New public management directly and indirectly through good governance has a positive and significant effect on government performance. (6) New public management directly has a positive and insignificant effect on people's welfare, while indirectly through good governance and government performance it has a positive and significant effect. (7) Good governance has a positive and significant effect on government performance. (8) Good governance directly has a positive and insignificant effect on community welfare, while indirectly through government performance it has a positive and significant effect. (9) Government performance has a positive and significant effect on community welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality on loyalty, mediated by satisfaction, image, and trust. It examines the direct and indirect influences of satisfaction on loyalty, as well as the direct and indirect impacts of image on loyalty through trust, and the direct effect of trust on loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach and is designed using quantitative and descriptive verificative methodologies. Data collection was conducted using a cross-sectional technique. The population of this study consists of all outpatient patients at the regional public hospital (RSUD) Jayapura across 17 clinics, totaling 33,156 individuals aged 17 and above. The sample size was determined using Slovin's method, resulting in 395 participants selected through probability sampling with the technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM analysis to test the validity and reliability of the research instruments, confirm the accuracy of the model, and examine the impact of one variable on another. The findings indicate that 1) Service quality, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction, image, and trust, has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty; 2) Satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through image and trust, has a positive and significant effect on loyalty; 3) Image directly has a positive and significant impact on loyalty, but indirectly through trust, it has a positive but not significant effect on patient loyalty; and 4) Trust directly has a positive and significant impact on patient loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims at the effect of implementing e-performance and performance allowances on performance in the mediation of work motivation in employees at the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center (BPTP) Papua. Research Objectives: 1. Effect of e-performance on work motivation, 2. Effect of performance allowances on employee motivation, 3. Effect of work motivation on employee performance, 4. Direct and indirect effects of e-performance through intervening work motivation on employee performance, 5. The direct and indirect effects of performance allowances through intervening work motivation on the performance of employees of the Papua Agricultural Technology Study Center. The number of samples is 41 people, the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Test the direct effect hypothesis and the Sobel test with SPSS 23. The results of the study: 1. E-performance has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at AIAT Papua. 2 Performance Allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at BPTP Papua. 3 Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4 E-Performance directly has no significant positive effect on employee performance, while indirectly e-Performance through Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at AIAT Papua. 5 Performance Allowances directly have a significant positive effect on BPTP Papua employee performance, while indirectly Performance Allowances through work motivation have a significant effect on BPTP Papua employee performance.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan belum mencapai target yang diharapkan sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Adapun pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan parameter skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan softwere SPSS untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Uji simultan dilakukan dengan hasil yang menunjukan Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah belum mencapai target yang diharapkan sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Adapun pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan parameter skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) Motivasi kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh Disiplin kerja, 7) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh Disiplin Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Jayapura Branch. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed with a total population of 110 employees, all of whom were included as the research sample (census sampling). Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that leadership, work environment, and motivation each have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 56.8% to employee performance, with work motivation emerging as the dominant factor. The results highlight the importance of implementing effective leadership, improving the work environment, and strengthening employee motivation as key strategies for enhancing organizational performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of experiential learning on digital mindset, the influence of social learning on digital mindset, the influence of formal learning on digital mindset, the influence of experiential learning directly and indirectly through digital mindset on employee performance, the influence of social learning directly and indirectly through digital mindset on performance employees, the influence of formal learning directly and indirectly through digital mindset on employee performance, the influence of digital mindset on employee performance. This research is a descriptive type with a quantitative analysis method. The sample in this study was 163 employees from the Parigi, Palu, Luwuk and Tolitoli branch offices. The research instrument was tested using validity tests and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, regression analysis and path analysis which were arranged in structural equation modeling (SEM) using the smart PLS application. The research results showthat; 1) experiential learning has a significant effect on digital mindset; 2) Social learning has a significant effect on digital mindset. 3) formal learning has a significant effect on digital mindset; 4) experiential learning directly has a significant effect on performance and experiential learning indirectly through digital mindset has a significant effect on performance; 5) social learning has a significant effect on performance and social learning indirectly through digital mindset has a significant effect on performance, 6) formal learning has no significant effect on performance and formal learning indirectly through digital mindset has a significant effect on performance; 7) digital mindset has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variable mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Setda Provinsi Papua yang berjenis kelamin wanita yang berjumlah 56 orang. Sedangkan untuk penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik sensus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Namun sebelum analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji outer model melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya melakukan uji Inner Model melalui uji R-Square (Coefficient of determination), dan F-Square (f2 effect size). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa konflik peran ganda dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, selanjutnya diketahui pula konflik peran ganda berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian dari pengaruh tidak langsung diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja mampu memediasi konflik peran ganda dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Setda Provinsi Papua.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of internal supervision and compensation on employee performance, to examine and analyze the influence of internal supervision and compensation on work discipline, to examine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of internal supervision and compensation on employee performance through work discipline, and to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Hospital Jayapura with a sample size of 161. The data were tested using validity, reliability, normality, and multicollinearity tests, direct hypothesis testing, and indirect hypothesis testing. Data analysis was carried out using inferential statistics, specifically path analysis. The results show that internal supervision directly and indirectly through work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Compensation, both directly and indirectly through work discipline, also has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Internal supervision has a significant and positive effect on work discipline. Compensation has a significant and positive effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee work discipline, mediated by work motivation, as well as examine the relationships among these variables. This research employs a quantitative method with a population consisting of employees working in the Bureau of General Affairs and Leadership Administration of Papua Province. The sample consists of 158 employees selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods include observation, literature review, and questionnaire distribution. Data analysis is conducted using path analysis with the aid of SPSS version 3.0 software. The results indicate that leadership has a significant influence on work motivation, whereas job satisfaction does not significantly affect work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a significant impact on work discipline. Leadership also significantly affects work discipline through work motivation, while job satisfaction does not significantly influence work discipline through work motivation.
