Abstract

The purpose of the community service is to provide training in flannel handicrafts to students. The training activity is a follow-up to the previous training, and as a commitment of the community service that P.A & PonPes Bina Insani has been made a foster home, because skills training is not enough to be carried out only once, but will continue to be carried out every 6 months and evaluated the level of ability and interest of the participants. This activity is in collaboration with Rizqun Minallah (RizMina), which is a community empowerment in the field of skills and crafts. The products produced are key chains. There were 27 training participants. The stages carried out in the activity include the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, then providing ongoing training assistance in the form of consultation services via WhatsApp, and ready to be scheduled for ongoing activities. The overall training results received a good and satisfactory response, this can be seen from the presence of participants other than students, participants were very enthusiastic about taking the training seriously, making key chains and trying again with their own tastes and creativity. The results of this training activity are expected to inspire participants to become entrepreneurs, and be able to practice on their own without assistance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of organizational culture and career development on organizational commitment. The number of samples is 85 employees with saturated sampling technique. Data collection method with questionnaire. Data testing with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test (adjusted R2), partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (f test), and mediation test (sobel test). The results of the study indicate that: 1). Partial significance test: organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment; Career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; 2). Simultaneous significance test: organizational culture and career development have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; Organizational culture and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 3). Mediation test: job satisfaction is able to mediate organizational culture on organizational commitment; Job satisfaction is able to mediate career development on organizational commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik terhadap pengembangan karir dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 46 responden yang merupakan karyawan Balai Pengembangan Teknologi Tepat Guna (BPTTG) Kota Yogyakarta, Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinan (R2), sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (uji f), dan uji mediasi menggunakan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1). gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan seacra parsial terhadap motivasi kerja; 2). lingkungan kerja non-fisik memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja; 3). gaya kepemimpin memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pengembangan karir; 4). lingkungan kerja non-fisik memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pengembangan karir; 5). motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pengembangan karir; 6). gaya kepemimpinan lingkungan kerja non-fisik memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja; 7). gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pengembangan karir; 8). secara tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh mediasi terhadap pengembangan karir melalui motivasi kerja; 9). secara tidak langsung lingkungan kerja non-fisik memiliki pengaruh signifikan memediasi terhadap pengembangan karir melalui motivasi kerja. AbstracThis study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and non-physical work environment on career development with work motivation as a mediating variable. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 46 respondents who were employees of the Yogyakarta City Appropriate Technology Development Center (BPTTG), the analytical test tools used in this study were multiple linear regression tests, and determinant coefficient tests (R2), while hypothesis tests used partial significance tests (t test), simultaneous signification tests (f test), and mediation tests using sobel tests. The results of the study show that: 1). Leadership style has a significant influence on work motivation in some cases; 2). the non-physical work environment has a significant influence on work motivation partially; 3). leadership style has a significant influence on career development partially; 4). the non-physical work environment has a significant influence on career development partially; 5). work motivation has a significant influence on career development partially; 6). the leadership style of the non-physical work environment has a significant influence simultaneously on work motivation; 7). leadership style, non-physical work environment, has a significant influence simultaneously on career development; 8). indirectly leadership style does not have a mediating influence on career development through work motivation; 9). Indirectly, the non-physical work environment has a significant influence on mediating career development through work motivation

Abstract

The aim of this PKM activity is to provide training in decoupage technique skills for woven wallets and bags. The target audience for the activity was female students from the Bina Insani Orphanage & Islamic Boarding School, attended by 35 people. The method used in this activity is a lecture and discussion/question and answer, starting with a presentation of the initial material, namely an explanation of entrepreneurship to motivate participants to be interested in entrepreneurship, the next material presentation is an introduction to decoupage by providing an explanation of how to decorate wallets and woven bags using decoupage techniques, and continues with practice. This activity is in collaboration with Rizqun Minallah (RizMina), which is a community empowerment community in the field of skills and crafts as well as providing assistance to participants after the completion of this activity. The results of the skills training presented by many people showed that there were participants other than female students, because the types of activities provided by the service were very directly related to items used daily, namely woven wallets/bags, so they were very enthusiastic about taking part in this activity, and the participants were able to practice the explanations. from the theory given even though it is not perfect. This training inspired participants to become entrepreneurs, and was useful because participants gained additional knowledge regarding how to decorate woven wallets and bags using decoupage techniques
