Abstract

Sunda Kelapa Harbor as a branch of PT. PELINDO II, which is located in North Jakarta and is one of the ports where cargo ships berthed in Jakarta apart from Tanjung Priok port. Along with the development of the pattern of transporting goods using containers, PT IPC Sunda Kelapa Port provides services to containers by providing container stacking field facilities for loading and unloading, stuffing and stripping. This activity will provide an overview of the conditions of Throughput, Dwelling Time and Yard Occupancy Ratio. And these three elements will be the object of this research. The research objective was to determine how much influence the Throughput and Dwelling Time have on the Yard Occupancy Ratio. The research analysis method is Linear Regression analysis.The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between Throughput, Dwelling Time, on the Yard Occupancy Ratio.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out and analyze the company’s internal and external strategic factors in optimizing warehouse usage at PT. Birotika Semesta.  The method used in this study was the SWOT analysis method.  The result of the study shows that by internal and external matrix (IE), PT Birotika Semesta is at the cell / quadrant IV with total internal strategic factors of 3.21 and the total result of external strategic factors of 2.65 that the company is in developing state.  Therefore, the strategy applied in the company is Grow and Build.  Based on the research analysis result from 4-quadrant SWOT matrix, the position of the company is at quadrant I, formed from the intersection of the positive horizontal axis, which is the company’s strength factor at 0.62 and positive vertical axis which is business opportunities at 0.58.  The most suitable strategy is used by the company; S-O (Strength – Opportunities) strategies which is relying on the company’s strengths to maximize all the available business opportunities.

Abstract

Abstract: Pulogebang Integrated Terminal is one of the largest bus terminals in Jakarta which has an important role in serving community mobility. However, in recent years, passenger interest in using this terminal has decreased. Pulogebang Integrated Terminal to increase passenger interest in 2023. Analysis of Integrated Terminal Facilities and Services to Increase Passenger Interest in 2023 is a research article within the scope of the field of marketing management. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media.  This research method uses quantitative methods with surveys to obtain samples to be calculated, and then data tabulation and statistical calculations are carried out to test existing hypotheses. The results of this article: 1) Facilities affect increasing passenger interest, and 2) Integrated Terminal Services affect Increasing Passenger Interest.
