Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyse and decide the factors of uncollected and dense delivery in Warehouse Line I at Soekarno Hatta airport. The study is a descriptive explorative using Cube per Order Index (COI). The data analysis used Fishbone and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The result shows that the warehouse operator still needs to upgrade the way of handling, storing, and cargo expenditure by coordinating with other related institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Service Quality could increase customer loyalty which in this study shown by Grab service customer satisfaction. This research method used path analysis techniques (path analysis). Path analysis is an extension of regression analysis, to estimate the causal relationship between pre-defined variables. The results of statistical calculations show that the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a coefficient value of 0.893 and a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable with a coefficient value of 0.204. Moreover, the Customer Satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable with a coefficient value of 0.668. Based on those results, the Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.204 and a significant value of 0.000 (sig probability <0.05). The other result of indirect testing effect between the Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction shows the path coefficient of 0.596524 which means the indirect effect is significant. Thus, it could be concluded that the Service Quality could increase Customer Loyalty or act as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Facing  the challenges of Globalization Era and Readiness to enter the era of Asean Economic Community (AEC) Economic Market, Indonesia seems to be in doubt. Due to the availability of experts in the field of Transport and Logistics is still very inadequate, one of the toughest challenges facing the Asean open market is the use of experts in the field of Transport and Logistics. The reason, foreign logistics companies that will open operations in Indonesia will participate scramble to find reliable personnel in the field of Transport and Logistics services nationwide. The need for logistics experts is around 17,000 people per year, to meet a minimum of two logistics experts in every large and medium-sized company engaged in manufacturing, trading, retail and distribution, various industries in need. Therefore, Trisakti responds to the challenges in the business world of Transportation and Logistics in the provision of education to create a curriculum of education of logistics experts who are reliable and globally reputable. That is by realizing Trisakti Institute of Transport and Logistics (ITL).

Abstract

As a lecturer, you are required to the three dharma of higher education. One of them is community Service (PkM). On this occasion we will hold a PkM at SMA YANIIC, North Jakarta which is located at JlTeluk Semangka No 103 Komp. BPP Sukapura Kec. Cilincing. School as educational institutions also need to develop a culture that is friendly to their customers namely students and stakeholders. Thuscreating conditions for effective teaching and learning activities because based on pleasant and friendly feelings among all academics and school staff and management. Based on this, we strive to provide training on the most important services namely, Smile, Regards and Greetings(3S) to improve the application of Smile, Regards and Greetings(3S) culture in the school environment. It is hoped that through this training, the teachers and the students will be able to provide Smile, Regards and Greetings which are the most important services. So that learning and teaching activities are expected to be fun.

Abstract

Online travel agents are increasingly in demand in line with the needs of society in the digital era who tend to want everything to be done practically. Purchasing decisions taken by consumers is an important factor in maintaining the existence of the company. This study aims to discuss how brand image and e-service quality influence consumer purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the online travel agent tiket.com using the Partial Least Square (PLS) research method with a total of 210 respondents. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. E-service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, the better the quality of online services provided by the company, the higher the level of customer satisfaction and previous consumer transactions have an effect on subsequent consumer purchasing decisions, on the brand image variable, namely ticket reputation ticket.com among the public, in the e-service quality variable, namely the products offered by tiket.com are incomplete when compared to online travel agents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the opportunities and challenges that occur in the implementation of halal logistics in the logistics industry in Indonesia. In its implementation, there is still a lack of compatibility between realization and halal logistics goals. Halal logistics companies still have opportunities because the number of Muslims is large and the need for halal products is increasing. The method used begins with the steps in the form of literature studies, existing contitions and previous research studies, data collection with FGDs, identification of opportunities and challenges and the last stage is conducting studies or analysis to obtain strategies for developing innovation using PEST analysis from three logistics companies that have has carried out halal logistics and has a halal certificate. The results of this study show that the biggest challenge in implementing halal logistic is government regulation that is still incomplate and consistent and the adoption of technology by halal logistic perpetrators is uneven.

Abstract

Abstract: Pulogebang Integrated Terminal is one of the largest bus terminals in Jakarta which has an important role in serving community mobility. However, in recent years, passenger interest in using this terminal has decreased. Pulogebang Integrated Terminal to increase passenger interest in 2023. Analysis of Integrated Terminal Facilities and Services to Increase Passenger Interest in 2023 is a research article within the scope of the field of marketing management. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media.  This research method uses quantitative methods with surveys to obtain samples to be calculated, and then data tabulation and statistical calculations are carried out to test existing hypotheses. The results of this article: 1) Facilities affect increasing passenger interest, and 2) Integrated Terminal Services affect Increasing Passenger Interest.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) by ITL Trisakti aims to improve student driving safety through the socialization of Safety Riding and the implementation of the School Safe Zone (ZOSS). This activity involved students of SMPN 3 Mande, Jamali Village, as the main participant. Through an educational approach, this program provides technical training on safe driving and infrastructure improvements around schools. The results of the activity showed an increase in student understanding from 50% in the pre-test to 90% in the post-test. This program is expected to reduce the number of accidents and create a safe driving culture among students. This activity has a significant positive impact on students' understanding of driving safety. This activity not only increases students' knowledge but also forms their awareness of the importance of applying safety principles in daily life. This activity succeeded in increasing the understanding of SMPN 3 Mande students about Safety Riding and ZOSS. This is evidenced by an increase in post-test scores by 40% compared to pre-test results. The interactive socialization method has proven to be effective in providing driving safety education. The use of visual media, interactive discussions, and question and answer sessions make it easier for students to understand the material. Jamali Village has great potential to be an example of successful ZOSS implementation. Support from schools, communities, and students can strengthen the implementation of ZOSS in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAK Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) oleh ITL Trisakti bertujuan meningkatkan keselamatan berkendara siswa melalui sosialisasi Safety Riding dan implementasi Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZOSS). Kegiatan ini melibatkan siswa SMPN 3 Mande, Desa Jamali, sebagai peserta utama. Melalui pendekatan edukatif, program ini memberikan pelatihan teknis berkendara aman serta perbaikan infrastruktur di sekitar sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dari 50% pada pre-test menjadi 90% pada post-test. Program ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka kecelakaan dan menciptakan budaya berkendara aman di kalangan pelajar. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa mengenai keselamatan berkendara. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tetapi juga membentuk kesadaran mereka akan pentingnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keselamatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMPN 3 Mande tentang Safety Riding dan ZOSS. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor post-test sebesar 40% dibandingkan dengan hasil pre-test. Metode sosialisasi interaktif terbukti efektif dalam memberikan edukasi keselamatan berkendara. Penggunaan media visual, diskusi interaktif, dan sesi tanya jawab membuat siswa lebih mudah memahami materi. Desa Jamali memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi contoh penerapan ZOSS yang berhasil. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah, masyarakat, dan siswa dapat memperkuat implementasi ZOSS secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This scientific journal explores the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation on the logistics management of supply chain enterprises. The research aims to assess the significance of Human Resource Competency and Employee Training in relation to ERP-based automation implementation. Additionally, it investigates the influence of ERP implementation on logistics activities' efficiency, effectiveness, increased company profit, enhanced employee productivity, and potential employee restructuring. The study utilizes Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze the data. The ERP system has become crucial in modern businesses due to the rapid development of information technology and the need for improved logistics efficiency. Establishing a logistics management information system using ERP provides a competitive advantage for companies in managing their logistics operations effectively. The study analyzes complex logistics business processes and designs an ERP-based logistics information management system to enhance customer satisfaction significantly.
