Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini berjalan dengan cepat dan merubah perilaku konsumen. Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan ini, salah satunya dengan mengadopsi digital marketing. UMKM yang merupakan mayoritas pengusaha di Indonesia juga harus mengikuti perkembangan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adopsi atau implementasi digital marketing diantara para pelaku UMKM binaan KADIN kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan objek penelitian adalah pemilik UMKM yang menjadi binaan KADIN Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya ketertarikan pelaku UMKM untuk menggunakan digital marketing dalam memasarkan produk UMKM. Kemampuan, kesadaran akan manfaat digital marketing dan juga implementasi digital di UMKM sudah cukup baik, terutama bagi generasi yang lebih muda. Peran pemerintah, perguruan tinggi dan organisasi lainnya dibutuhkan oleh para pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengimplementasikan digital marketing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen hammerstout di kota bandung. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan dan harga sebagai variabel bebas. Sedangkan minat beli kembali merupakan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Hammerstout yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi pada taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa store atmosphere, service quality dan price dapat mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen hammerstout, store atmosphere, service quality dan price mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 58,2%, sedangkan sisanya 41,8% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak termasuk. dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The pandemic has given tremendous pressure and blows on MSME actors. Traditional marketing strategies can no longer be expected. MSME actors need new ways and breakthroughs to deal with this situation. One of the technologies currently developing in the world of marketing is the use of digital technology in marketing, which is then known as digital marketing. This is the background behind this community service activity to train MSME actors in the city of Bandung to understand and implement digital marketing. The activity was carried out on July 14, 2022. The activity has been going well. This training needs to be followed up by providing assistance to further enhanced MSME actors’ capability in designing and implementing digital marketing in their businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much the influence of discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bandung Tegallega Primary Tax Service Office. The population of this study is 75 employees of the Bandung Tegallega Primary Tax Service Office. To meet the number of samples, the sampling method in the field uses random sampling techniques. The researcher determined a sample of 75 respondents who were employees of the Bandung Pratama Tax Service Office. As a result, the work motivation of employees is still in the sufficient category, so it needs to be improved so that the performance of employees who are also in the sufficient category can increase. Discipline and Work Environment are classified as good and need to be maintained. Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation each have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, with Discipline and Work Environment making a major contribution to improving Performance. Overall, these three variables affect Employee Performance by 82%, while the remaining 18% is influenced by other factors that are not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the benefits of the characteristics of management accounting information in several types of companies in the city of Bandung according to the perceptions of employees in these companies. Management accounting information systems are a type of accounting that is often ignored in various companies. The management of a company certainly requires relevant and accurate information when making decisions, this information is provided by the management accounting information system. The research results show that managers perceive the characteristics of management accounting information in the form of scope, timeliness, and aggregation as more than useful, while the characteristics of integration are considered very useful.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan terjadinya variasi nilai marketing performance pada perusahaan UMKM dengan menggunakan individual demensi market orientation. Dimensi market orientation yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa customer orientation, competitor orientation dan inter-functional coordination. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan UMKM binaan Kadin kota Bandung. Penentuan sample menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 200 subyek sampel. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk membuktikan bahwa individual demensi market orientation mampu mempengaruhi marketing performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer orientation dan inter-functional coordination berpengaruh positif terhadap marketing performance, sedangkan competitor orientation tidak mampu mempengaruhi marketing performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence and transformational leadership on employee performance, as well as the role of work motivation as a mediating variable, in the context of a state-owned company managing water resources, namely Perum Jasa Tirta II. The background of this research is the stagnation of employee performance that occurs despite policy changes and increasing demands for professionalism. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification designs, using data from 222 respondents analyzed through Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance, and work motivation is able to mediate the relationship between competence and performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership only has a weak effect on performance and is insignificant on work motivation, and does not have a significant indirect effect on performance through motivation. In conclusion, competency development is more effective than the transformational leadership approach in improving employee performance in BUMN managing water resources.

Abstract

Abstrak Tantangan para UMKM untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya adalah memuaskan pelanggannya. Untuk memuaskan pelanggannya para UMKM harus dapat mengetahui dengan pasti yang menjadi kebutuhan dan keinginan dari pelanggannya. Sehingga produk dan layanan yang diberikan dan dikembangkan dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan para pelanggan. Menciptakan produk dan layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan tentunya tidaklah mudah. Bila tidak benar-benar dipahami tentunya akan terjadi pemborosan dalam melakukan pembuatan produk atau layanan yang akan diberikan. Oleh karena itu para UMKM perlu diberi pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang Design Thinking, Lean Startup dan Agile. Supaya para UMKM dapat mengetahui kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, sehingga akan membuat desain produk atau layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Hal ini juga akan berdampak pada penurunan pemborosan saat melakukan perancangan, pembuatan dan penyampaian produk dan layanan kepada pelanggan. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberi pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang Design Thinking, Lean Startup dan Agile. Dan mempraktekkan menyusun design thinking lean startup, dan agile. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sebanyak 30 UMKM Binaan Kadin Kota Bandung. Metode kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek. Dari kegiatan ini para UMKM dapat menyusun rancangan design thinking dan cara untuk mengurangi/menghilangkan pemborosan dan teknologi yang tepat untuk membuat usaha para UMKM dapat bertumbuh dan berkembang. Kata Kunci: agile; design thinking; lean startup Abstract The challenge for MSMEs to maintain and develop their businesses is to satisfy their customers. To satisfy their customers, MSMEs must be able to know for sure what their customers need and want. So that the products and services provided and developed can be in accordance with the needs and desires of customers. Creating products and services that are in accordance with the needs and desires of customers is certainly not easy. If it is not truly understood, of course there will be waste in making the products or services that will be provided. Therefore, MSMEs need to be given knowledge and insight about Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile. So that MSMEs can know the needs and desires of consumers, so that they will create product or service designs that are in accordance with the needs and desires of consumers. This will also have an impact on reducing waste when designing, making and delivering products and services to customers. This PkM activity is carried out with the aim of providing knowledge and insight about Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile. And practicing compiling lean startup design thinking, and agile. This activity involved 30 MSMEs fostered by the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The method of this activity is Training then continued with practice. From this activity, MSMEs can create design thinking plans and ways to reduce/eliminate waste and the right technology to make MSME businesses grow and develop.Keywords: agile; design thinking; lean startup.
