Abstract

Sistem pelayanan persalinan dan nifas merupakan salah satu proses pelaporan yang dibuat oleh bidan. Laporan ini memuat data-data mengenai ibu nifas dan bayi yang berada di wilayah kerja bidan tersebut. Laporan ini dibuat dengan ditulis tangan serta dilakukan perhitungan secara manual. Laporan tersebut akan diserahkan ke puskesmas. Jika dalam laporan tersebut terdapat kesalahan, bidan desa perlu melakukan koordinasi kepada pihak puskesmas untuk segera diperbaiki. Kinerja bidan kurang efisien dan laporan yang dihasilkan akan rawan rusak serta kurang akurat karena dilakukan secara manual. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka penulis membangun rancangan prototipe aplikasi penyusunan sistem pelayanan persalinan dan menggunakan metode throwaway prototyping. Prototipe ini akan membantu bidan desa dalam mendapatkan gambaran awal mengenai aplikasi yang akan dibangun. Aplikasi berbasis website dapat dijangkau secara luas dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis perangkat teknologi. Website akan dirancang menggunakan prototipe throwaway sehingga mendekati hasil akhir yang diinginkan. Teknik perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan pembuatan prototipe menggunakan aplikasi Justinmind Prototyper. Rancangan website ini juga hanya memuat menu-menu fungsional saja dengan minim aksesori sehingga bidan dapat dengan mudah memahami aplikasi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan sosialisasi blended learning untuk mendukung pembelajaran dalam masa pandemi di SMPN 3 Sadaniang telah selesai dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 April 2022. Dalam kegiatan tersebut, tim menyampaikan materi tentang blended learning kepada para peseta. Pandemi virus corona telah berlangsung selama lebih dari 2 tahun dan memaksa dunia pendidian harus beradaptasi dan berinovasi dalam suatu metode pembelajaran sehingga pendidikan dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran sekolah tersebut. Tujuan dunia pendidikan adalah mencerdaskan manusia dari masa ke masa sehinga dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang sepanjang masa. Salah satu hasil adaptasi dunia pendidikan dalam masa pandemi adalah blended learning. Model pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan strategi penyampaian pembelajaran yang menggunakan kegiatan tatap muka dengan membelajaran berbasis komputer (online). Dari pelatihan yan sudah dilaksanakan, peserta mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai blened learning dilihat dari pretest sebesar 51% dan posttest sebesar 73%.Abstract: Blended learning socialization activities to support learning during a pandemic at Sadaniang Middle School 3 were completed on April 11 2022. In this activity, the team delivered material on blended learning to the participants. The corona virus pandemic has been going on for more than 2 years and has forced the world of education to adapt and innovate in a learning method so that education can achieve the school's learning objectives. The aim of the world of education is to educate people from time to time so that they can survive and continue to develop over time. One of the results of the adaptation of the world of education during the pandemic is blended learning. A learning model that combines learning delivery strategies that use face-to-face activities with computer-based (online) learning. From the training that has been carried out, participants get an increase in knowledge about blended learning seen from the pretest by 51% and the posttest by 73%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jaringan komputer merupakan suatu cabang ilmu pengetahuan di bidang komputer dan dianggap sebagai pengimplementasian yang sangat penting mengingat jaringan komputer banyak diterapkan di berbagai bidang. Jaringan komputer memiliki beberapa klasifikasi berdasarkan lokasi, salah satunya adalah jaringan local area network (LAN). Pembuatan jaringan LAN sangat sederhana. Pelatihan pembuatan jaringan LAN dilaksanakan di SMA Widya Pratama Kubu Raya pada tanggal 12 November 2022. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengenalkan kepada siswa bagaimana membuat sebuah kabel jaringan komputer lokal dan berbagi berkas di area lokal. Metode yang dilaksanakan berupa penyuluhan dan praktikum. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 27 siswa kelas XII. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dievaluasi dengan dua instrumen, yaitu tes dan survey kualitas PKM. Dari pelatihan yang sudah dilaksanakan, berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test siswa mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai jaringan komputer sebesar 70,1 % dan untuk tingkat kualitas kegiatan ini sebanyak 91,36 % menyatakan setuju bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat. Abstract: Computer network is a dicipline of science in the computers science and is considered a very important implementation considering that computer networks are widely applied in various fields. Computer networks have several classifications based on location/geography, one of which is a local area network (LAN). In order to make a LAN network is very simple. LAN network creation training was held at SMA Widya Pratama Kubu Raya on November 12, 2022. The purpose of this activity is to introduce students to how to make a local computer network cable and share files in the local area. The method implemented is in the form of tutorial and practicum. This activity was attended by 27 students of class XII. The results were evaluated with two instruments, the test and the survey to measure of quality. From the test that has been carried out, based on the results of the pre-test and post-test students get an increase in knowledge about computer networks by 70.1% and for the quality level of this activity as much as 91.36% agree that this activity is useful.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fungsi Google doc, Sheet dan Slide tentu cukup penting untuk menunjang pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan multimedia. Di era saat ini, hampir semua pembelajaran memerlukan program google doc, sheet dan slides dalam mendukung penyerapan materi pembelajaran. Adapun jenis aplikasi yang akan dikenalkan dalam pelatihan ini adalah Google Doc, Sheet dan Slide. Pelatihan dilakukan di sekolah menengah tingkat pertama (SMP) pada tanggal 12 Oktober 2023. Tujuan dari kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kemampuan softskill dan hardskill siswa-siswi SMP dalam menggunakan aplikasi google Doc, Sheet dan Slide untuk mengerjakan tugas sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan praktikum. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 44 siswa kelas IX. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu tes dan survei tingkat kepuasan kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi berupa pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sesudah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian sebesar 24%. Nilai 24% menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan telah memberikan manfaat bagi para peserta. Nilai survei kepuasaan peserta adalah 91%Nilai ini menunjukkan peserta sangat puas terhadap kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat (Pkm).Abstract: The Google Doc, Sheet, and Slide functions are essential in supporting learning related to multimedia. In the current era, almost all teaching requires Google Docs, Sheet, and Slides programs to support the absorption of learning material. The types of applications introduced in this training are Google Docs, Sheet, and Slide. The training was conducted at junior high schools (SMP) on October 12, 2023. The activity aimed to improve junior high school students' soft and hard skills using the Google Doc, Sheet, and Slide applications to do school assignments. The methods used are training and practicum. Forty-four class IX students attended this activity. Evaluation of activities uses two instruments: tests and activity satisfaction level surveys. The evaluation results in the form of pre-test and post-test showed an increase in participants' knowledge after participating in community service activities by 24%. A value of 24% indicates that the activities carried out have benefited the participants. The participant satisfaction survey value was 91%. This value shows that participants are delighted with service to society (Pkm) activities.

Abstract

Abstrak: Era digital yang menghasilkan generasi digital mendorong perlunya peningkatan dalam pola asuh para orang tua sebagai pendidik informal. Pola asuh yang tidak tepat dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kecerdasan anak. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah mengedukasi pengetahuan tentang pengasuhan digital bagi para orang tua dalam mendidik anak-anak digital native. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah seminar dan pelatihan. Mitra kegiatan adalah para orang tua dari Griya Anak dengan jumlah peserta aktif adalah 27 orang. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu tes dan survei tingkat kepuasan kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi berupa pre-tes dan post tes menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sesudah mengikuti kegiatan sebesar 51%. Nilai survei kepuasan peserta adalah 98%. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta. Capaian akhir kegiatan adalah kesadaran akan pengasuhan digital bahwa pengarahan dan pengontrolan akses digital oleh anak harus diikuti pengetahuan tentang perangkat dan aplikasi digital oleh orang tua.Abstract: The digital age, which has given rise to a digital generation, underscores the need for improvements in parenting practices as informal educators. Inappropriate parenting can lead to a decline in children’s intelligence. The objective of this community service activity is to educate parents on digital parenting as they raise digital native children. The methods employed were seminars and training sessions. The activity partners were parents from Griya Anak, with 27 active participants. The activity was evaluated using two instruments: a test and a satisfaction survey. The evaluation results, consisting of pre-tests and post-tests, showed a 51% increase in participants’ understanding after participating in the activity. The participant satisfaction survey score was 98%. The survey results indicate that the community service activity conducted was highly beneficial for the participants. The final outcome of the activity is an awareness of digital parenting: that parental guidance and control over children’s digital access must be accompanied by parents’ knowledge of digital devices and applications.

Abstract

The large number of smartphone variations available on the market makes it difficult for users to determine the choice that best suits their needs and preferences. The approach used in the study is descriptive, with data collection methods through literature studies. The system design is visualized using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and is planned to be implemented with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and a MySQL database. The study aims to design a web-based decision support system (DSS) to select a smartphone using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria processed in the DSS that were built were 7 consist of namely price, brand, processor, RAM, internal memory capacity, battery life, and main camera resolution. The system developed has features like user registration, data management, user login, weight preference setting, alternative assessment, and recommendations for the best types of smartphones. The results of data processing were carried out on 10 smartphone brands whose market share in Indonesia in the period 2020 to 2025, so that the number of smartphone units processed could be 100 smartphone units. The developed SPK can provide accurate recommendations and make it easier for users to choose a smartphone that suits their needs and preferences.

Abstract

In today's digital era, effective inventory management is essential to ensure smooth business operations and meet customer demands. The system is designed to facilitate stock monitoring, real-time inventory updates, allowing store owners to manage inventory more efficiently. This study aims to design an Android-based inventory management information system for Toko Bintang Jaya in Simpang Hilir District. The methods used in this study include object-oriented analysis and design techniques, with system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system analysis process involves mapping user needs, designing workflow diagrams, and identifying features that will be implemented in the system. The application was developed using android studio as the main text editor, with the Java programming language. For database management, use Firebase Realtime Database, which allows the system to store and access data in real-time. In addition, this system also uses the concept of NoSQL for more flexible and efficient data management in Android-based applications. The results of this study are expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, minimize stock recording errors, and improve the quality of service to customers. With the implementation of this system, inventory management will become faster and more reliable, thereby reducing the risk of excess or shortage of stock. Overall, this research contributes to the development of information technology in the retail sector and supports businesses in optimizing inventory management processes.

Abstract

Toko Herik is a business engaged in the sale of daily necessities located in Entikong District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province. In its operational activities, Toko Herik still uses manual methods for recording inventory and sales, such as bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel. These methods often lead to various issues, including data recording errors, delays in report generation, and difficulties in monitoring stock in real-time. This study aims to identify the existing problems and design an information system that can assist in managing inventory and sales more effectively and efficiently. The research method used is descriptive, which involves describing and analyzing the current system conditions by collecting data such as product data, sales data, stock data, and supplier data. The analysis of this data is used to design an information system that meets the operational needs of Toko Herik. As a solution, a web-based inventory and sales information system is designed. This system is developed using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, with Bootstrap used to create a responsive user interface. The main features of the system include product data management, sales transaction recording, stock management, and the generation of inventory and sales reports. With the implementation of this information system, Toko Herik is expected to manage its inventory and sales activities more quickly, accurately, and in a more organized manner, thereby increasing operational efficiency and supporting better decision-making.

Abstract

Pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat Desa Engkersik yang masih manual menyebabkan keterlambatan, kurang transparan, dan kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi pengaduan berbasis web mobile untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta perancangan menggunakan UML dan diimplementasikan dengan Laravel, XAMPP, MySQL, dan Visual Studio Code. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu menggantikan proses manual menjadi terkomputerisasi dengan fitur pengajuan, verifikasi, pengelolaan data, pengumuman, artikel informasi dan laporan PDF sehingga pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, terstruktur, dan transparan. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakat berbasis web mobile mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan publik Desa Engkersik. Sistem ini mempermudah interaksi masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Pengembangan selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan fitur notifikasi otomatis serta penilaian layanan dan fitur chat langsung ke perangkat desa.
