Abstract

In today's digital era, effective inventory management is essential to ensure smooth business operations and meet customer demands. The system is designed to facilitate stock monitoring, real-time inventory updates, allowing store owners to manage inventory more efficiently. This study aims to design an Android-based inventory management information system for Toko Bintang Jaya in Simpang Hilir District. The methods used in this study include object-oriented analysis and design techniques, with system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system analysis process involves mapping user needs, designing workflow diagrams, and identifying features that will be implemented in the system. The application was developed using android studio as the main text editor, with the Java programming language. For database management, use Firebase Realtime Database, which allows the system to store and access data in real-time. In addition, this system also uses the concept of NoSQL for more flexible and efficient data management in Android-based applications. The results of this study are expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, minimize stock recording errors, and improve the quality of service to customers. With the implementation of this system, inventory management will become faster and more reliable, thereby reducing the risk of excess or shortage of stock. Overall, this research contributes to the development of information technology in the retail sector and supports businesses in optimizing inventory management processes.

Abstract

Toko Herik is a business engaged in the sale of daily necessities located in Entikong District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province. In its operational activities, Toko Herik still uses manual methods for recording inventory and sales, such as bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel. These methods often lead to various issues, including data recording errors, delays in report generation, and difficulties in monitoring stock in real-time. This study aims to identify the existing problems and design an information system that can assist in managing inventory and sales more effectively and efficiently. The research method used is descriptive, which involves describing and analyzing the current system conditions by collecting data such as product data, sales data, stock data, and supplier data. The analysis of this data is used to design an information system that meets the operational needs of Toko Herik. As a solution, a web-based inventory and sales information system is designed. This system is developed using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, with Bootstrap used to create a responsive user interface. The main features of the system include product data management, sales transaction recording, stock management, and the generation of inventory and sales reports. With the implementation of this information system, Toko Herik is expected to manage its inventory and sales activities more quickly, accurately, and in a more organized manner, thereby increasing operational efficiency and supporting better decision-making.

Abstract

Pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat Desa Engkersik yang masih manual menyebabkan keterlambatan, kurang transparan, dan kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi pengaduan berbasis web mobile untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta perancangan menggunakan UML dan diimplementasikan dengan Laravel, XAMPP, MySQL, dan Visual Studio Code. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu menggantikan proses manual menjadi terkomputerisasi dengan fitur pengajuan, verifikasi, pengelolaan data, pengumuman, artikel informasi dan laporan PDF sehingga pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, terstruktur, dan transparan. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakat berbasis web mobile mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan publik Desa Engkersik. Sistem ini mempermudah interaksi masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Pengembangan selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan fitur notifikasi otomatis serta penilaian layanan dan fitur chat langsung ke perangkat desa.

Beauty clinic is a place that provides various beauty treatment and skin health services for the people around Pontianak City. Some customers have limited access to information and the locations of beauty clinics around them. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based Location Information System by utilizing the Google Maps API to map beauty clinics in Pontianak City. Additionally, the system offers a comparison feature between clinics based on distance, type of services, and customer reviews, making it easier for users to make informed decisions. The aim of this study is to develop a Location Information System website that displays the locations of beauty clinics in Pontianak City. This website is expected to be a solution for the people of Pontianak in finding beauty services that match their needs. Moreover, this system is expected to improve time efficiency and customer accessibility in obtaining beauty service information.

Abstract

Griya Anak adalah lembaga yang fokus pada layanan terapi anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus merekam data medis dan data monitoring perkembangan hasil terapi anak secara digital. Pencatatan yang rapi dan pembaharuan progress hasil terapi anak perlu membutuhkan pengerjaan yang tanggap dan professional. Tujuan PKM adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada staff admin dan team terapis di Griya Anak Gang Sehat mengenai penggunaan sistem digital rekam medis. Fitur yang dibahas adalah fitur-fitur seperti riwayat sesi terapi tiap anak, grafik perkembangan anak, reminder terapi dan rekap laporan otomatis untuk orang tua atau psikolog.  Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan secara langsung kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu tes dan survei tingkat kepuasan kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi berupa pretes dan posttes menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sesudah mengikuti kegiatan sebesar 14,20%. Nilai survei kepuasan peserta adalah 73%. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dapat membantu pemahaman fitur-fitur digitalisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemampuan membuat media pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi komputer adalah kemampuan pedagogik yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang guru. Tujuan pelatihan adalah meningkatkan kemampuan softskill kreativitas dan hardskill desain grafis peserta dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Metode pelatihan adalah workshop onsite dengan praktek langsung. Tim memberikan materi pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva untuk pembuatan media pembelajaran kepada para guru-guru SMP sebanyak 16 orang. Hasil pelatihan akan dievaluasi dengan angket tertutup. Angket evaluasi kegiatan diukur dengan 2 parameter, yaitu pengujian pretest dan posttest, serta survei tingkat kepuasan pesera. Hasil evaluasi pretest dan posttest menunjukkan kenaikan nilai sebesar 10,1 %. Ini berarti peserta memahami dengan baik materi yang disampaikan. Hasil evaluasi survei tingkat kepuasan peserta yang kami lakukan menunjukkan bahwa 55,56 % peserta sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan tim menunjukkan performa yang baik.Abstract: The ability to create learning media by utilizing computer applications is a pedagogic ability that a teacher must master. The training aims to improve participants' creativity and graphic design skills in creating learning media. The training method is an onsite workshop with hands-on practice. The team provided training materials on using the Canva application to make learning media for 16 junior high school teachers. The results of the training will be evaluated with a closed questionnaire. The activity evaluation questionnaire was measured using two parameters, namely pretest and posttest testing, and a survey on the level of customer satisfaction. The results of the pretest and posttest evaluations showed an increase in scores of 10.1%. The score means that participants understand the material presented well. The results of our assessment of the level of participant satisfaction survey we conducted showed that 55.56% of participants strongly agreed that this activity was beneficial and that the team showed good performance.

Abstract

Math games are educational games that contain a collection of math questions that aim to learn math in a fun way. This paper has the title "Designing Applications for Learning Operations Mathematics Operations for 3rd Grade Children Using Unity". This paper shows a report on the results of a math game called "Math Quiz". The purpose of this paper is to show a math quiz game made using unity. Math quiz game is made using unity 3D. Unity is an application for creating or developing games for both beginners and professionals. Unity can create 2D and 3D games, as needed. This math quiz game is made in 2D. Unity is very suitable for use by beginners because it has a simple interface and Unity is easy to learn for beginners. The result of the math quiz game made using Unity 3D is that it has a simple interface, has a few features that still need development so that the features are more and better, and games are made suitable for elementary school children. Keywords: Game, Mathematics, Unity 3D, Elementary School

Abstract

Information systems are a very broad field of science because they exist in all areas of human life. Examples of areas of human life such as health, education, geography, politics and so on are in dire need of a clearly mapped information system so that it can run well. In mapping the information system in the organization's system requires good methods such as benefit methods, activity decomposition and resource allocation, recording, processing, recording and reporting activities. In addition, the boundaries between organizational systems and information systems must be clarified so that the design of software supporting information systems can be developed objectively according to needs. The complexity of organizational systems and information systems must be clearly mapped in one analysis document so that it can be used as a foundation for building software systems that support computerization of information systems for the organization's systems. In addition, the analysis document is also the basis for building the database system and network system. The skill of mapping the complexity of organizational systems and information systems can be started by understanding the specific methods that are intended for the complexity analysis activities. Abstract

Tour guide is a profession in the field of tourism. Tour guides are responsible for accompanying tourists and providing directions and guidance to tourists. The tour guide must be able to explain the ins and outs of the places visited during the tour. Tour guides contain things that can guide visitors in exploring the entire area of tourist attractions and providing information about rides. Tourist guides are considered important because they are the reference for visitors in traveling at tourist sites. Tourism is everything related to tourism, including entrepreneurs of tourist objects and attractions and related businesses in that field. While traveling is a travel activity or part of these activities which is carried out voluntarily and temporarily to enjoy tourist objects and attractions. West Kalimantan is one of the tourist areas that has a variety of interesting tours. Most tourists visit West Kalimantan to see the natural and preserved culture and tourist attractions. Therefore, an Android-based application is designed to introduce these various tourist attractions to users, so new and appropriate innovations are needed to be better understood. So that users know some tourist attractions in West Kalimantan. This is the background for designing an application with the title "Designing an Android-Based Tourist Guide Application in West Kalimantan". The result of the research is to create an Android-based tourist guide application in West Kalimantan, which is expected to be able to provide convenience for users to find out tour guides and tourist information for West Kalimantan. The conclusion obtained by the author is that this application can display logins, registers, location of tourist attractions, show tour guides, verified status of tour guides and display detailed tour guide information.  Keywords: Apps, tour guides, Android, smartphones
