Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat efikasi beberapa konsentrasi pestisidaberbahan aktif Bacillus thuringinensis dan Emamektin Benzoat yang dapat memberikanpengaruh paling baik terhadap pengendalian serangan hama Spodoptera exigua danpengaruhnya terhadap hasil tanaman Bawang Daun (Allium fistulosum L.). Penelitianberlangsung dari April-Juli 2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimendengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri dari A(Kontrol. 0,00ml/liter air), B(Florbac FC 0,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Bacillus thuringiensis), C (Florbac FC0,75ml/liter air bahan aktif Bacillus thuringiensis), D (Florbac FC 1,25ml/liter air bahanaktif Bacillus thuringiensis), E(Prothol 10 EC 0,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektinbenzoat), F (Prothol 10 EC 0,75ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektin benzoat) dan G(Prothol 10 EC 1,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektin benzoat). Hasil penelitianmenunjukan pemberian konsentrasi yang berbeda Bacillus thuringiensis dan emamektinbenzoat memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap jumlah anakan, jumlah daun,intensitas serangan, efektivitas insektisida, bobot tanaman per rumpun dan bobot tanamanper plot. Perlakuan G (Prothol 10 EC 1,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektin benzoat)memberikan nilai efektivitas yang lebih baik dalam pengendalian hama Spodopteraexigua dengan nilai efektivitas 44,50% dan perlakuan, D (Florbac FC 1,25ml/liter airbahan aktif Bacillus thuringiensis) dengan nilai efektivitas 37,78 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan jumlah benih terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) Varietas Paragon. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Sukamulya, RT 01 RW 11, Desa Cikoneng, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan bulan November 2021. Daerah ini terletak pada ketinggian ±700 meter diatas permukaan laut,dengan pH tanah 6,46. Curah hujan rata-rata adalah 2.598,4 mm/tahun ,termasuk curah hujan tipe B2 berdasarkan klasifikasi Oldeman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial dengan tiga ulangan dan terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah jarak tanam (j1 = 75 x 20 cm, j2 = 75 x 40 cm, j3 = 50 x 25 x 100 cm) dan faktor kedua adalah jumlah benih (b1 = 1 benih, b2 = 2 benih, b3 = 3 benih). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara jarak tanam dan jumlah benih terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays sacharata Sturt) varietas paragon. Perlakuan jarak tanam (j1) memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan perlakuan jumlah benih (b3) memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap bobot tanaman per petak. Abstract

This aims of this research to see the efficacy of several concentrations of pesticides with active ingredients Bacillus thuringinensis and Emamectin Benzoate which can provide the best effect on the control of Spodoptera exigua pest attack on onion plants (Allium fistulosum L.). The experiment was carried out in the Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. Located at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level (msl), the texture of the clay is dusty with a pH of 5.44 and a rainfall of 2904.7 mm / year, including type C2 based on Oldeman's 1975 classification. The trial period is from April to July. 2018. The research method used an experimental method with a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of A (Control. 0.00 ml / liter of water or without insecticide), B (Florbac FC 0.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis), C (Florbac FC 0 , 75 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis), D (Florbac FC 1.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis), E (Prothol 10 EC 0.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate), F (Prothol 10 EC 0 , 75ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate) and G (Prothol 10 EC 1.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate). The results showed that giving a concentration of Prothol 10 EC 1.25 ml / liter of water the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate gave a better effectiveness value in controlling the Spodoptera exigua pest with an effectiveness value of 44.50% and treatment of the concentration of Florbac FC 1.25 ml / liter of water as the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis with an effectiveness value of 37.78%.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of organic pesticides on suppressing the attack of yellow rice stem borer (Scirpophaga incertulas) and black rice yields (Oryza sativa.L). The research was conducted at the Al Mukhlis Agricultural and Rural Training Center (P4S), from December 2016 until April 2017, altitude + 700 meters above sea level, soil type Latosol, pH 5.7, rainfall 25458 mm / year including C3 based on Oldeman's classification. The research method used a separate plot design with 2 factors, namely 3 application times (U) as the main plot, namely: U1 (5,10,15,30,35 HST), U2 (10,20,30,40,50 HST), U3 (12,24,36,48,60 HST) and 4 concentrations (K) as subplots, namely: K1 (0 ml / l,) K2 (5 ml / l), K3 (10 ml / l) and K4 (15 ml / l). The results showed that the treatment time of application of organic pesticide U1 (5,10.15,30,35 HST) and K4 concentration (15ml / l) gave a better effect on the intensity of yellow rice stem borer (Scirpophaga incertulas) attack

Abstract

Produksi edamame (Glycine max L.) memerlukan input eksternal untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasilnya, salah satunya dengan memberikan pupuk nitrogen. Pupuk kandang ayam diketahui dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan pupuk nitrogen karena mengandung unsur yang sama dan meningkatkan aktivitas bakteri pemfiksasi nitrogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk nitrogen terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil edamame (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) varietas Ryokko serta pengaruh mandiri dari dosis pupuk kandang ayam atau pupuk nitrogen yang dapat memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) varietas Ryokko. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Margahurip, Kecamatan Banjaran, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan ketinggian tempat ± 800 meter diatas permukaan laut, dengan curah hujan C3 menurut Oldeman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan rancangan percobaan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kandang ayam yang terdiri dari 3 taraf (0 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha, dan 20 ton/ha), sementara faktor kedua adalah dosis nitrogen (0 kg/ha, 75 kg/ha, dan 150 kg/ha). Hasil penelitian tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan pemberian dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk nitrogen. Pengaruh mandiri pemberian dosis pupuk nitrogen berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 42 hari setelah tanam (HST) dan jumlah cabang pada umur 42 HST.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pupuk organik kasgot dan pupuk hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) varietas Balitsa 1. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Margahurip, Kecamatan Banjaran, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan ketinggian tempat ±800 meter diatas permukaan laut, dengan zona agroklimat C3 menurut Oldeman. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Pola faktorial dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor I: Dosis pupuk organik kasgot (k0 = 0 ton/ha, k1 = 5 ton/ha, k2 = 10 ton/ha). Faktor II : Dosis pupuk hayati (h0 = 0 kg/ha, h1 = 8 kg/ha, h2 = 16 kg/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan pupuk organik kasgot dan pupuk hayati dengan taraf perlakuan dosis pupuk organik kasgot 10 ton/ha dan dosis pupuk hayati 16 kg/ha pada jumlah daun pada umur 14 HST dan jumlah polong per tanaman. Secara mandiri perlakuan pupuk organik kasgot pada dosis 10 ton/ha berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah daun umur 42 HST dan jumlah polong per tanaman, sedangkan pengaruh mandiri perlakuan pupuk hayati pada dosis 16 kg/ha berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 14 dan 42 HST, jumlah daun 42 HST, jumlah polong per tanaman dan panjang polong per tanaman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concentration dose of liquid organic fertilizer, as well as to obtain the concentration that can have the best effect on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium cepa L.) Brebes variety. The study was conducted in Cibiana Village, Cikalong Village, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency , West Java Province, with an altitude of 995 m above sea level, with rainfall of 2,354.2 mm/year including type C2 rainfall according to Oldeman (1975), with a pH of 6.67 (neutral). This study used a randomized block design (RBD) method, which consisted of six treatments with four replications. The concentration treatment of liquid organic fertilizer is as follows: A (0 without fertilizer), B (2 ml/l), C (4 ml/l), D (6 ml/l), E (8 ml/l) and F ( 10ml/litre). Testing the difference between the two means was carried out using Duncans' multiple range test at the 5% level. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 10 ml/l had a better effect on plant height and tuber weight.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the growth and yield response of Edamame (Glycine max L. Merrill) cv. Ryoko to plant spacing and chicken manure dosage. This research was conducted in Margahurip Village, Banjaran District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province with an altitude of 800 m above sea level, pH 6.06 (slightly acidic) and rainfall of 2,481 mm/year. This research used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) method with 3 replications. First factor: Planting Distance (j1= 30 cm x 10 cm, j2= 30 cm x 20 cm, j3= 30 cm x 30 cm). Second factor: Chicken Manure Fertilizer Dosage (k1 = 0 tons/ha, k2 = 10 tons/ha, k3 = 20 tons/ha). The results of the research showed that there was an independent effect in the 30 cm x 30 cm planting spacing treatment which had a better influence on plant height, number of branches, number of planted pods and weight of planted pods. Meanwhile, the chicken manure dose of 10 tonnes/ha had a better effect on the number of pods planted and the weight of the pods planted.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the combination of Benziyl Amino Purine (BAP) and Naphtalene Acetic Acid (NAA) on the growth of Potato Subculture (Solanum tuberosum L.) Granola Variety Using the In Vitro Method, so that good potato seeds are obtained. This research was conducted at the Potato Seed Center (BBK) Laboratory, Sukamanah Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. West Java Province. This study used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial pattern, consisting of 9 treatments and 3 replications. The first factor is the concentration of Benzyl Amino Purine or BAP (B) which consists of 3 treatment levels, namely: b1 = BAP 1 mg / l b2 = BAP 1.5 mg / l b3 = BAP 2 mg / l. The second factor is the concentration of Naphthalene Acetic Acid or NAA (N) which consists of 3 treatment levels, namely: n1 = NAA 0.1 mg/l n2 = NAA 0.3 mg/l n3 = NAA 0.5 mg/l. The parameters observed were the Number of Leaves, Number of Roots, and Number of Shoots. The results showed that there was an interaction between BAP and NAA treatments on the number of roots in the b1n3 and b2n3 treatments
