Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dosis pupuk NPK(15:15:15) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kentang dan juga untuk memperolehpengaruh dosis pupuk NPK (15:15:15) yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasilkentang. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Tribaktimulya Kecamatan PangalenganKabupaten Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat. Waktu percobaan dari bulan Februari sampaidengan bulan Mei 2018. Daerah ini terletak pada ketinggian tempat ± 1.200 meter di ataspermukaan laut, dengan jenis tanah Andosol dengan pH 5,9 (agak masam). Curah hujan2.438,3 mm/tahun dan termasuk tipe C2 berdasarkan klasifikasi (Oldeman, 1975). Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri darienam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK (15:15:15) adalahsebagai berikut : A (0 tanpa pupuk), B (200 kg/ha), C (400 kg/ha), D (600 kg/ha), E (800kg/ha), dan F (1000 kg/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk NPK(15:15:15) pada dosis 400 kg/ha memberikan pengaruh yang paling baik terhadap jumlahumbi pertanaman. Sedangkan pemberian dosis 1000 kg/ha memberikan pengaruh yangpaling baik terhadap bobot umbi pertanaman.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to determine the interaction between chicken manure dose and NPK (16:16:16) and also to obtain the dose that can give the best effect on the growth and yield of potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L.) Varieties of Granola. The research was carried out on August to November 2020, in Pangkalan Kamojang, Laksana Village, Ibun District, Bandung Regency, West Java with an altitude of 1.500 m above sea level. This research used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications. Factor I: Dose of chicken manure (k1 = 5 tons/ha, k2 = 10 tons/ha, k3 = 15 tons/ha). Factor II: Dose of NPK 16:16:16 (n1 = 350 kg/ha, n2 = 400 kg/ha, n3 = 450 kg/ha). The results showed that there was an interaction between the dose of chicken manure and NPK (16:16:16) on the weight of tubers per plant. The best results were shown by the combination of k3n2 treatment (15 ton/ha chicken manure dose and 400 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16). Dose treatment of chicken manure gave effect on plant height, number of stems, number and weight of tubers per plant, and tuber weight per plot. Dose treatment of NPK (16:16:16) gave effect on plant height, number of stems, number and weight of tubers per plant, and tuber weight per plot. Keywords: Potato, dosage, chicken manure, NPK

Abstract

The productivity of soybean nowadays is inversely related to the harvest area. The increasing area of ??soybean crops is not matched by production. Based on this, research was needed to increase soybean production, especially for soil types with low C/N ratio. The choice of this soil type is because soybeans are generally cultivated intensively. The current productivity of soybeans was low is one of which is thought to be due to a lack of organic matter and too fast nitrogen losses. The research was conducted in a demonstration plot (in a polybag in a plastic house) using a randomized complete block design, consisting of 7 treatments (A = control; B = 30 g vermicompost/polybag; C=60g vermicompost/polybag; D = 90 g vermicompost/polybag; E = 30 g poultry manure/polybag; F = 60 g poultry manure/polybag; G = 90 g poultry manure/polybag), with 4 repetitions. The results showed that the treatment of vermicompost and poultry manure significantly increased the growth and yield of soybean when compared to the control. A dose of 90 g poultry manure is recommended for applicated in farm because it can significantly increase soil C/N ratio, growth and yield of soybean.

Abstract

Corn is still the second strategic commodity after rice because in some areas, corn is still the second staple food after rice. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best effect of the combination dosage of Mycorrhizal Vesicle Arabuscula (MVA) and SP 36 fertilizer on growth. and sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.) of Talenta variety. The experiment was carried out in Pangkalan Village, Bumiwangi Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. With an altitude of 702 meters above sea level, with a rainfall of 2,417.40 mm/year including the type of C3 rainfall according to Oldeman (1975). With a soil pH of 6.8. The experiment was carried out from April 2021 to June 2022. The research method used was an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of six treatments and was repeated four times, namely: A (10 g MVA and 0 g SP36), B (0 g MVA and 2.81 g SP36), C (5 g MVA and 1.41 g SP36) D (5 g MVA and 2.81 g SP36), E (10 g MVA and 1.41 g SP36) and F (10 g MVA and 2.81 g SP36). The number of plants in this experiment was 768 plants. The results showed that the combination dosage of 10 g MVA and 1.41 g SP36 (75 kg/ha) gave a better effect on: plant height, number of leaves,  length of ear without stalks, and weight of cobs without husks per plot of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) Talenta variety.   Keywords: corn, dosege, fertilizer, mocorrhiza, SP36

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh BAP terhadap pertumbuhan subkultur kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) varietas Granola dan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh BAP yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan subkultur kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) varietas Granola. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Balai Benih Kentang, Desa Sukamanah, Kecamatan Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan suhu ruangan 22-25?, kelembaban 60-70% dan intensitas cahaya 3000-5000lux. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dengan empat ulangan dimana perlakuan A (0 ppm), B (0,75 ppm), C (1,50 ppm), D (2,25 ppm), E (3,00 ppm), dan F (3,75 ppm). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian konsentrasi BAP (Benzyl Amino Purine) memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda pada pertumbuhan subkultur kentang dan pada pemberian konsentrasi BAP 0,75 ppm memberikan pengaruh lebih baik terhadap jumlah daun, tinggi planlet dan panjang akar pada subkultur kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) varietas Granola. Kata Kunci : Beras Ketan, Nilai Tambah, Pendapatan,                        Rengginang.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi nutrisi organik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jamur merang (Volvariella volvaceae L.) varietas Maja dan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi nutrisi organik yang paling baik yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jamur merang (Volvariella volvaceae L.) Varietas Maja. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dusun Pasirbuah Desa Pasirmulya Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 7 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Adapun taraf perlakuan konsentrasi nutrisi organik yaitu : A (kontrol), B (50 ml/l air leri ketan cucian pertama), C (50 ml/l air leri ketan cucian kedua), D (50 ml/l air leri ketan cucian ketiga), E (50 ml/l air leri inpari cucian pertama), F (50 ml/l air leri inpari cucian kedua) dan G (50 ml/l air leri inpari cucian ketiga). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi nutrisi organik 50 ml/l Air Leri Inpari Cucian Pertama yang di coba memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap tinggi badan buah jamur, diameter badan buah jamur, bobot badan buah jamur per sampel dan bobot badan buah jamur per plot. Kata kuci : jamur, konsentrasi, air leri, pertumbuhan, hasil Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organic nutrient concentration on the growth and yield of edible mushroom (Volvariella volvaceae L.) of the Maja variety and to obtain the best concentration of organic nutrients that could affect the growth and yield of edible mushroom (Volvariella volvaceae L.) Maja variety. The research was carried out in Pasirbuah Hamlet Pasirmulya Village, Majalaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java Province. The research method used was an experimental method using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 7 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment levels of organic nutrients concentration were: A (control), B (50 ml/l first washed glutinous leri water), C (50 ml/l second glutinous leri water), D (50 ml/l glutinous leri water third wash), E (50 ml/l leri inpari first wash water), F (50 ml/l second wash inpari leri water) and G (50 ml/l third wash inpari leri water).The results showed that the concentration of organic nutrients 50 ml/l inpari the first leri water gave a better effect on mushroom fruiting height, mushroom fruiting body diameter, mushroom fruit body weight per sample and mushroom fruit body weight per plot. Abstract

This research aims to determine the growth and yield response of Edamame (Glycine max L. Merrill) cv. Ryoko to plant spacing and chicken manure dosage. This research was conducted in Margahurip Village, Banjaran District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province with an altitude of 800 m above sea level, pH 6.06 (slightly acidic) and rainfall of 2,481 mm/year. This research used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) method with 3 replications. First factor: Planting Distance (j1= 30 cm x 10 cm, j2= 30 cm x 20 cm, j3= 30 cm x 30 cm). Second factor: Chicken Manure Fertilizer Dosage (k1 = 0 tons/ha, k2 = 10 tons/ha, k3 = 20 tons/ha). The results of the research showed that there was an independent effect in the 30 cm x 30 cm planting spacing treatment which had a better influence on plant height, number of branches, number of planted pods and weight of planted pods. Meanwhile, the chicken manure dose of 10 tonnes/ha had a better effect on the number of pods planted and the weight of the pods planted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi dalam pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk daun Growmore, serta untuk memperoleh dosis yang dapat memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil Tanaman Bawang Daun (Allium fistulosum L.) Varietas Jafra. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Cirawa, Desa Cibeureum, Kecamatan Kertasari, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Ketinggian tempat ± 1500 m di atas permukaan laut,  Dengan curah hujan 2354,2 mm/tahun termasuk curah hujan tipe agroklimat C3 menurut Oldeman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor I: pupuk kandang ayam (k1= kontrol, k2= 15 ton/ha, k3= 30 ton/ha).  Faktor II:  Pupuk daun Growmore (g1= kontrol, g2= 2 gram/l, g3= 4 gram/l). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antar pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk daun Growmore terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang daun. Pengaruh mandiri  pemberian pupuk kandang ayam 30 ton/ha memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dan berbeda nyata terhadap bobot bawang daun pertanaman dan bobot bawang daun perplot varietas Jafra
