Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of the quality of financing risk management performance in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri represented by Non Performing Financing (NPF) profit sharing principle and Non Performing Financing (NPF) non-profit sharing principle. This study is also to determine the effect of the quality of financing risk management performance against Return on Assets (ROA) in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. ROA is more appropriately used to measure performance or achievements that are affected by the NPF, because one of the elements ROA is financing. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that the quality of the risk management performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri decreased. Then NPF profit sharing principle has no effect on ROA, while NPF non-profit sharing principle has a negative effect on ROA. Abstract

Transaction costs include negotiation, the cost of doing every exchange transaction and usually occur outside the production costs. Transaction costs arise because of the inability to meet the requirements of the salt farmers in making passes. This study aims to identify the cost implications of the independence transksi salt farmers in the Village Pesanggrahan District Kwanyar Bangkalan. The research method in this study is a qualitative method of data collection techniques on interviews and field notes. This study has two types of key informants and informant informant supporters. Results from this study is the existence of transaction costs initiated by salt farmers who do not have passes. Letters road normally used in order to sell directly to the salt production salt factory. The transaction costs in the form of rental fees permit to the owner of the letter. It starts from the farmers who decide to execute contract so that all circuit buying and selling going on striving to independence salt farmers.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah Dinas Cipta Karya dan Kawasan Perumahan Kabupaten Gresik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, terampil, dan berdaya saing sehingga dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh pengetahuan, budaya, dan lingkungan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai satu atau lebih variabel independen tanpa melakukan perbandingan atau melihat hubungannya dengan variabel lain. populasi terdiri dari 130 individu, dan 100 responden adalah sampel. Data primer dan data sekunder atau kuisioner dikumpulkan. Metode analisis data meliputi koefisien determinasi, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskriptif korelasi, normalitas klasik, multikolinearitas, heteroaskedastisitas, autokorelasi, regresi linier berganda, uji T dan F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan, beban kerja, dan pengetahuan mempengaruhi kinerja pada Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Cipta Karya Kabupaten Gresik (DKPKP) secara bersamaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel. Sedangkan secara parsial masing-masing variabel lingkungan, beban kerja dan pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya antara lain lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, beban kerja yang optimal dan pengetahuan yang relevan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab pegawai.

Abstract

Badan ISO Dunia menyatakan bahwa sistem manajemen mutu (ISO) berpengaruh positif kepada perilaku konsumen. Dengan demikian seharusnya sistem manajemen mutu juga mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap penjualan dan kinerja perusahaan. Perusahaan Konstruksi di Surabaya selanjutnya disebut CC adalah Perusahaan di bidang konstruksi yang berlokasi di Surabaya yang telah mengimplementasikan system manajemen mutu sejak tahun 2015. Pada tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2023 mengalami kinerja menurun. Pada saat itu di CC ada indikasi karyawan stres dan tidak puas dalam bekerja. Padahal stres dan kepuasan karyawan berdampak pada kinerjanya. Penulis melakukan penelitian berjudul "Kontribusi Sistem Manajemen Mutu Pada Kepuasan Kerja Dimediasi Stres Kerja," berdasarkan fenomena ini. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan. Data diperoleh melalui survei. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, sistem manajemen mutu memberikan pengaruh menguntungkan yang cukup besar terhadap kepuasan kerja dan stres terkait pekerjaan. Sistem Manajemen Mutu, melalui variabel mediasi, tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Model yang dibangun menunjukkan kelayakan yang cukup besar, dengan indeks berikut: GFI = 0,895; CFI = 0,991; TLI = 0,988; RMSEA = 0,031; dan CMIN/DF = 1,153. Kata kunci: Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja.

Abstract

Abstract: The library is an institution that provides books including books on science and technology to its members so that these members can add to their knowledge and technology. Roomo Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency has provided a village library so that the people of Roomo Village can add to their knowledge and technology. Science and technology will drive the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Roomo Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency is an advanced village that has a Village Library as a pilot in Gresik Regency. The current existence of the library is less than optimal due to the inadequate condition of the library as a library. This community service program aims to optimize the function of the Roomo Village library. After evaluation, to optimize the function of the library, it is necessary to: 1. Improve book administration; 2. Arrangement of books; 3. Improvement of Facilities. This community service program is very important because the results make it optimal for the library to improve science and technology for the people of Roomo Village. Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged Generation Z to utilize TikTok as a strategic medium to build authentic personal branding to support career opportunities. This study aims to explore how Generation Z leverages TikTok as a medium for personal branding that can support long-term career. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, data collected through content observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through source and method triangulation. The key informant in this study was Shelma Ayu Desearsa (@Shelmadess) a content creator from Gresik who is active on TikTok with a focus on bodycare, education, and motivation content. The results showed that strategies such as niche selection, content authenticity, and visual consistency play a role in forming a strong professional image. High engagement, trend adaptation, and audience interaction also strengthen the success of personal branding. Credibility and value congruence with the brand open up opportunities for professional cooperation and support career development as a content creator. Sustainable personal branding is a strategic asset in the digital era. TikTok proves to be a potential space for Generation Z in building professional identity and expanding career opportunities.

Abstract

In the era of disruption, employee engagement has emerged as a strategic imperative for organizational resilience and productivity. This study explores the role of organizational culture in sustaining employee engagement amid technological transformation, remote work, and economic uncertainty. Using a qualitative exploratory method, data were collected through in depth interviews with managers and employees from a private organization in Gresik, Indonesia. The findings reveal that core cultural values agility, inclusiveness, and empowerment play a crucial role in enhancing employees’ emotional commitment and motivation during times of change. These values foster psychological safety, proactive behavior, and organizational belonging. The study further demonstrates that organizational culture serves as both a mediator and moderator in the relationship between external disruptions and employee engagement. Theoretically, this research contributes to engagement literature by contextualizing it within culture driven frameworks, while practically, it offers HR professionals and leaders a roadmap for shaping adaptive cultures that preserve engagement during uncertainty. The study also discusses the limitations of its qualitative approach and recommends future research to validate the findings across various industries.

Abstract

This study explores how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia transform their business strategies in response to economic uncertainty and technological change. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, data were collected through in depth interviews with MSME owners and managers across various sectors. Thematic analysis revealed three main patterns of strategic transformation: resource reallocation, innovation in products or services, and digital operational restructuring. Findings highlight that digital capability plays a moderating role, enabling MSMEs with higher digital literacy to respond proactively and maintain business continuity, while those with limited digital competence face greater difficulty adapting. The study contributes to strategic management literature by integrating external pressures and internal digital capacity into a unified framework. Practically, it underscores the importance of digital empowerment policies to support MSME resilience in volatile environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising, product quality, and consumer preferences on the purchasing decisions of Honda motorcycles in Karanggeneng, Lamongan. The research seeks to understand consumer behavior in vehicle selection. This research employs a quantitative method with data analysis conducted using SPSS. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey distributed to Honda motorcycle users in Karanggeneng. The findings reveal that advertising, product quality, and consumer preferences all significantly affect purchasing decisions, with product quality emerging as the most dominant factor. Validity tests, reliability tests, and other classical assumption tests met the required criteria. These results provide practical insights for motorcycle manufacturers and marketers to enhance their strategies in product development and promotional approaches to better meet the needs of local consumers.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of internal quality audits, leadership, and madrasah commitment on service quality at MAN 1 Lamongan. In an era of increasingly fierce competition in education quality, madrasahs are required to continuously improve and innovate their educational services. Internal quality audits are an important tool for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of an institution, while effective leadership and madrasah commitment are the main pillars in fostering a culture of sustainable quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all educators and educational staff at MAN 1 Lamongan. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between independent variables (internal quality audit, leadership, and madrasah commitment) and dependent variables (service quality). The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, all three independent variables have a significant influence on service quality. Partially, internal quality audit has a positive influence through improved evaluation systems and continuous improvement. Effective leadership creates a conducive work environment and encourages active participation from all madrasah components. Meanwhile, the madrasah's high commitment to the institution's vision and mission further strengthens efforts to provide excellent service to students and the community. Thus, collaboration between the audit system, leadership, and madrasah commitment is a key factor in improving the quality of educational services at MAN 1 Lamongan. This study recommends the importance of strengthening quality management capacity and consistently involving all madrasah components in the process of improving service quality.
