Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara digitalisasi marketing dan brand image dengan keputusan pembelian. Objek studi penelitian ini adalah Panda Lovely yang merupakan usaha kosmetik yang memiliki berbagai cabang di seluruh jawa timur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan produk Skintific yang berbelanja di Panda Lovely, dan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkanc bahwa digitalisasi marketing dan brand image berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Kajian ini memiliki sasaran untuk menelaah besaran dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh kedisiplinan dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi performa karyawan pada Departemen Rotto Cast PT. Langgeng Buana Jaya Gresik. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Proses akuisisi data untuk kajian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode distribusi kuesioner kepada 111 orang Karyawan Departemen Rotto Cast PT. Langgeng Buana Jaya Gresik. Studi ini mengaplikasikan metodologi kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Partisipan dalam riset ini berjumlah 111 orang, dengan proses perolehan data yang memanfaatkan instrumen angket. Pengujian data dieksekusi melalui penerapan serangkaian tes asumsi klasik, yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, serta linearitas, dengan bantuan piranti lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0. Temuan dari analisis mengindikasikan bahwa secara bersamaan, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja memberikan kontribusi positif serta signifikan pada Performa Karyawan di Departemen Rotto Cast PT. Langgeng Buana Jaya Gresik. Lebih lanjut, pengujian secara individual menemukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja mempunyai dampak yang positif juga signifikan terhadap Performa Karyawan. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh konstruktif dan nyata atas Performa Karyawan. Maka karena itu, implikasi dari temuan riset ini adalah sebuah rekomendasi bagi pihak manajemen perusahaan untuk senantiasa mengoptimalkan Disiplin Kerja serta Kepuasan Kerja demi mendukung elevasi Performa Karyawan pada Departemen Rotto Cast PT. Langgeng Buana Jaya Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teamwork, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Berkah Kawan Setya, a medium-sized construction company. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 47 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the contribution of each independent variable to employee performance. The results showed that all three independent variables—teamwork, work motivation, and work discipline—have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Of these, work discipline exerts the most dominant influence, followed by teamwork and work motivation. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 81.8% indicates that the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three behavioral factors, with the remainder influenced by other variables outside the model. These findings emphasize the importance of developing a disciplined, collaborative work environment that sustainably motivates employees. In the context of construction companies facing the challenges of dynamic teamwork and tight project targets, a human resource development strategy focused on behavioral aspects is crucial. This research provides empirical insights for HR management in designing policies that can increase productivity and support project success. Recommendations for companies include strengthening a culture of discipline, building strong team synergy, and providing incentives and rewards to enhance employee motivation.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan reward system berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di SDIT AL Ibrah Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 pegawai SDIT Al Ibrah dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh (Sensus). Alat yang digunakan menganalisa data adalah SPSS. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, reward system berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, komunikasi dan reward system berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan simultan.

Abstract

Distribution inefficiencies remain a persistent challenge for firms operating in geographically dispersed and infrastructure-limited markets such as Indonesia. Companies must navigate logistical complexity while maintaining service reliability and cost-efficiency. This study focuses on PT. SINJ, a major distributor of automotive spare parts headquartered in Gresik Regency, which addresses these challenges through a hybrid distribution strategy. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were gathered through interviews, direct observations, and document analysis involving internal managers and regional agents. The findings reveal that PT. SINJ utilizes multiple distribution levels—ranging from direct-to-consumer to agent-based and multi-tier intermediary systems—based on regional infrastructure and accessibility. While this approach enables broad market coverage, it also produces operational constraints, including frequent stockouts, delayed deliveries, and weak coordination between central and field operations. The study recommends actionable improvements, such as implementing real-time inventory tracking across agents, establishing micro-warehouses in underserved regions, integrating automated restocking protocols, and formalizing logistics partnerships with multiple freight carriers. These measures are essential to enhancing PT. SINJ’s distribution resilience, reducing lead time variability, and sustaining competitive advantage in Indonesia’s fragmented logistics landscape.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) activists in Tirem Village, Sittingsampeyan District, Gresik Regency focuses on enriching literacy in order to develop the businesses of MSME activists so that they play an active role in expanding employment opportunities, increasing competitiveness and being export-oriented, meanwhile business elaboration The micro scale is aimed at leveraging community income, especially those with low incomes, especially in agricultural and fishing areas in rural areas. This service activity was held offline, involving 37 participants, including MSME activists in the Tirem Village environment. This activity was carried out smoothly according to schedule. Training and discussion are the methods chosen in this activity, with material on business permits, finance and business marketing for MSME activists. The output of this activity is an increase in the participants' understanding of how to independently apply for a business permit (NIB), manage business finances appropriately and analyze business marketing, so that business continuity and income can increase.
