Abstract

The research objective is to determine the amount of marketing margins received by marketing agencies involved in grain marketing. And knowing the price received by farmers in marketing grain to the selling price of traders. This research will be conducted at UD. NURUL in Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. The analysis method is marketing margin analysis and selling price analysis. The results of the study are the UD NURUL grain marketing channel in Bantimurung District, Maros Regency is a good marketing channel. This is caused by the marketing channel only slightly increasing marketing costs, namely transportation costs. The marketing margin that occurs for collectors 1, 3 and 5 is Rp 200 while the collecting traders 2 and 4 are Rp 100. The greater marketing margin occurs for collecting traders 1, 3 and 5 due to additional marketing costs incurred in the form of transportation costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of production and farming income of pummelo oranges in Attang Salo Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. This research will be conducted in Tanete Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. Knowing the factors that influence the production of pemelo citrus farming in Attang Salo Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. And knowing the factors that affect the income of pemelo citrus farming in Attang Salo Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. The research activity was carried out in Attangsalo Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. To determine the factors that influence farmer motivation, the data analysis used is income analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, the results of the study are that the average production and income of citrus farmers in Attang Salo Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency is a production of 1,641 fruits and an income of Rp. 4,197,591.11. The variables of land area, labor and organic fertilizers had a significant effect on the production of citrus plants. And the variables of land area, labor wages and NPK fertilizer have a significant effect on citrus farming income.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the 212 fried food production process from fried food business in Alauddin Makassar, and to know the amount of income earned by fried food entrepreneurs from fried food business results. This research will be carried out at 212 Alauddin's fried food businesses in Makassar. This location was chosen with the consideration that the business is increasing so it is necessary to know the income. Answering the problem and testing the hypothesis a profit analysis method will be used. The production process of the 212 Alauddin Makassar fried food business is the distribution of raw materials and is processed to produce raw materials that are ready to be fried and produce fried foods. The income earned by 212 Alauddin Makassar fried foods is Rp. 5,303,000.

Abstract

Research aims to understand factors that influences demand corn in south sulawesi and to know variable what most dominant impact on demand corn in south sulawesi. This research carried out in regions south sulawesi province about the request of corn and time used for the implementation of research this is more or less six months, from January until June 2017. Data used in this research was secondary data (time series) from year 2000-2015 to the source of data from central bureau of city makassar .The method of analysis the data used in research is regression analysis linear multiple. With using the tools microsoftt excel 2007 and SPSS (statistical product and service solution) version 16. This research result obtained the value of 0,992) r-squared (determination , this means 99,20 percent variable demand can be explained by the independent variable (production, the price of corn and PDRB), the remaining of 0,80 percent described by other variables that are not included in the model .Test results showing that the f count (α : 1 % ), of greater than f table 499,956 (19,43) means that the independent variable (demand ) had have real impact on the production , the price of corn and regional gross domestic product (PDRB). While the most dominant variable demand for corn is production of corn.

Abstract

The research objective is: to determine the income factors that affect large chilli farmers in Sawaru Village, Camba District, Maros Regency. The sampling technique in this study is all farmers who are trying to have large chillies of up to 45 people, out of the population the number of samples taken is 50% then the number of samples is 23 people with a random sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis presented in Table 1, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R-squared) of 0, 961, this means 96.10 percent of income variables large chili can be explained by independent variables (land area, age, and experience of farming). Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the factors affecting the income of large chili farmers are the area of land and the age of the farmer.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Batangase area, Mandai District, Maros Regency. This location was chosen with the consideration that it has long been producing snacks and cookies made from peanuts. There are two data used, namely: Primary data, namely data obtained from observations through direct interviews and also through the help of questionnaire lists and secondary data, namely data obtained from agencies / institutions that are related or related to this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the Prospect of Snack and Pastry Business Development (Case Study of Mother's Business at Btn Solindo Cooperation, Coop Stiper Yapim Maros Program) in the future. The results of this research can be seen that the strengths and opportunities that are owned by the mother's business are higher than the weaknesses and threats that will be faced in the future and the business of snacks and pastries for the mother's business deserves to be maintained

Abstract

In the evergreen farmer women's group Mattoangin village there is a community economic empowerment activity that aims to utilize and manage tea waste waste into bokashi fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic empowerment of the community in the utilization of tea pulp waste as a raw material for bokashi fertilizer in the evergreen women farmer group Mattoangin Village, Maros Regency. This research was carried out in January to June 2017 in Mattoangin Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the economic empowerment of the community in the utilization of tea pulp waste as a raw material for bokashi fertilizer in the evergreen farmer women's group Mattoangin Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency is at an average level of empowerment at 95.27%.

Abstract

Viewed from the side interest /, desire the big red pepper cultivation in south Sulawesi. is considered very good. Research purposes is to find factors influencing the interest farmers big red pepper in the Village Pattiro Deceng, Camba District, Maros Regency. This study was conducted in January to June 2018 in the Village Pattiro Deceng, Camba District, Maros Regency. The kind of research it uses secondary data and the analysis used is. multiple regression. The result that the variable, price , land , experience education had have real impact on interest farmers in the cultivation of big red pepper in the Village Pattiro Deceng, Camba District, Maros Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine community income through the use of the plot of land and to determine the potential of the yard as a source of additional income for the community in the village of Lekopaccing, Tanralili sub-district, Maros Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods with a population of 60 households / 120 people and a sample of 21 people using the Slovin formula, in data analysis using the percentage analysis method with the formula P = F / N x 100 and the income formula using π = TR - TC for Data collection using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there are many forms of land use developed by the community on the plots owned for example for agriculture or plantations such as banana, kale, spinach, long beans and chillies. Livestock such as cattle, chicken and duck farms. the use of the plot of land owned is very influential on increasing the income of the people in Lekopancing Village Based on the respondent's answer, after utilizing the yard the average income of the community increased by> Rp. 100,000 - Rp. 500,000 per month. The total community income from the use of the plot of land, namely vegetables (kale, long beans, spinach) is Rp.45,000 / month. Total income / income from raising native chickens is Rp.1,160,000 / 1 year. Total income / acceptance of farmers from raising ducks is Rp. 3. 556,000 / 1 year and the total income / income of farmers from raising cattle is Rp. 13,100,000 / 3 years.

Abstract

Potential cattle waste in the form of solid and liquid waste that can be detrimental and simple treatment of livestock waste. This study aims to determine the value added obtained in the processing of cattle waste into liquid fertilizer through the cattle urine urine system to find out the added value of cattle waste in Tamarampu Environment Bontoa Village, Mandai District, Maros Regency. This research was conducted in January - June 2017. The determination of the research site was based on the consideration that, in the Tamarampu Environment, there were so many cattle ranchers who did not yet know how to process their livestock waste which was of very high economic value. Respondents in this study were cattle breeders in the Tamarampu Environment. Determination of respondents was carried out on a primary basis. The process of making liquid fertilizer with a liquid fertilizer procurement system and the analysis used is the calculation of value added. The results of the processing of cattle waste provide an added value of Rp. 5,200 / liter through the processing and calculation of added value.
