Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how far the distribution of super micro people's business credit funds is in improving people's welfare. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the data collection technique was carried out by interviewing related parties, namely the head of the BRI unit in the province of Gorontalo. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the People's Business Credit Program at BRI units in the community has been going well where the down payment is <10,000,000 with a loan fee of 6%, by visiting from door to door directly, can strengthen the community's economy in developing their business.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of work professionalism and auditor competence on audit quality. using primary data through a questionnaire of 52 respondents, the determination of respondents using a purposive sampling technique consisting of auditors and Supervisors for the Implementation of Regional Government Affairs (PPUPD). Data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that: (1) Work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality in the inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province; (2) Auditor competence has a positive and significant effect on audit quality at the inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province; (3) Work professionalism and auditor competence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on audit quality in the inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management dan skill terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Instansi Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber daya yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier bergandaDapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara knowledge management dan skill terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Instansi Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan angka koefisien regresi X1 berada di daerah Ha diterima dan menolak Ho. Sedangkan koefisien regresi x2 berada di daerah Ha diterima dan menolak Ho. Secara parsial t hitung untuk x1 terdapat hubungan signifikan terhadap knowledge management dan t hitung untuk x2 terdapat hubungan signifikan terhadap skill.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income on family welfare through financial management as an intervening variable in Tonasa Village, Pangkep Regency. This type of research is quantitative using a questionnaire to 90 respondents. Data collection techniques are library research and field research. Data are processed using path analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t-test, and sobel test using SPSS 25.0. The results of the first study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of income on family welfare. The results of the second study showed that there was no effect of income on financial management. The results of the third study showed that there was no effect of financial management on family welfare. Furthermore, the results of the fourth study showed that financial management was not able to be an intervening variable between income and family welfare.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan hilirisasi pisang merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan potensi pisang. Aktivitas usahatani tanaman pisang oleh petani sebagai usaha tani produktif belum terlalu memberikan dampak yang signifikan secara ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu peningkatan pemanfaatan sumberdaya lokal, meningkatakan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya Hilirisasi tanaman pisang dengan diversifikasi produk yaitu keripik stik pisang dan keripik Gedebog/Batang Pisang (Bongpis) untuk Meningkatkan nilai tambah komoditi pisang, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan sumberdaya daya lokal. Tahapan metode kegiatan pengabdian yaitu: 1) Sosialisasi; 2) Pelatihan; 3) Penerapan Teknologi; 4) Pendampingan dan evaluasi; 5) Keberlanjutan program. Terdapat 2 pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini yaitu pelatihan pengolahan produk kerik stik pisang dan keripik gedebog/batang pisang (bongpis) dan pelatihan kemasan dan label produk.  Hasil Pre dan post test kepada peserta menunjukkan bahwa peserta meningkat pengetahuan serta keterampilannya terkait dengan cara pengolahan keripik stik pisang dan keripik gedebog/batang pisang dan mengenai pengemasan serta label produk setelah mengikuti pelatihan.  Anggota KWT Cahaya Tani Lappo Ase memahami dan menguasai cara mengolah keripik stik pisang dan keripik gedebog/batang pisang (bongpis), memahami dan menguasai tentang kemasan dan pelabelan dan puas terhadap materi yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: Diversifikasi, Produk, Pisang  ABSTRACT The development of banana downstreaming is a strategic step to increase added value and optimize the utilization of banana potential. Banana farming activities by farmers as a productive farming business have not yet had a significant economic impact.  The purpose of this service activity is to increase the utilization of local resources, increase public awareness about the importance of downstreaming banana plants with product diversification, namely banana stick chips and Gedebog / Banana Stem chips (Bongpis) to increase the added value of banana commodities, increase public awareness about the utilization of local resources. The stages of the service activity method are: 1) Socialization; 2) Training; 3) Application of Technology; 4) Assistance and evaluation; 5) Program sustainability. There are 2 trainings carried out in this PKM activity, namely training on processing banana stick chips and gedebog/banana stem chips (bongpis) and training on product packaging and labeling.  Pre and post test results to participants showed that participants increased their knowledge and skills related to the processing of banana stick chips and gedebog/banana stem chips and regarding product packaging and labeling after attending the training.  Members of KWT Cahaya Tani Lappo Ase understand and know how to process banana stick chips and gedebog/banana stem chips (bongpis), understand and know how to package and label their products. Keywords: Diversification, Products, Banana

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of road infrastructure budget management at the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Land and Transportation Agency (PUTRPP) of Maros Regency. This study uses a quantitative research type with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data in the form of financial reports and other important documents such as agency history and organizational structure that support this research. Data collection techniques use observation or observation and interviews. The analysis method uses the effectiveness and efficiency ratio formula. The results of the study show that in the last 5 years the management of the road infrastructure budget is in the very effective category with an average of 112.89% and a budget growth rate of -0.56%. Meanwhile, the efficiency ratio shows that in the last 5 years the management of the road infrastructure budget is in the very efficient category with an average of 4.45% and a budget growth rate of -13.3%.
