Abstract

Antenatal care merupakan pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk ibu hamil yang harus dilakukan sesuai standar, yaitu minimal 4 kali selama masa kehamilan. Setiap kehamilan dapat berkembang menjadi masalah atau komplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil survey pendahuluan dan data PWS KIA di Kabupaten Jember tahun 2014, cakupan pelayanan antenatal di Kabupaten Jember masih rendah, kunjungan ibu hamil ke 4 belum mencapai target SPM yaitu 75% dari target 94% pada tahun 2014. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi cakupan antenatal, yaitu SDM, sarana dan prasarana, ketersediaan dana, dan masyarakat itu sendiri, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis pelayanan antenatal dan faktor – faktor yang berkaitan dengan cakupan pelayanan antenatal oleh Bidan Desa di Kabupaten Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada 8 informan utama dan 4 informan triangulasi.  Terdapat 2 puskesmas yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu Puskesmas Arjasa dan Puskesmas Kencong. Variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu SDM, dana, sarana dan prasarana, metode, perencanaan, penggerakan, dan penilaian. Cakupan pelayanan antenatal di Kabupaten Jember masih rendah karena beberapa faktor yang berkaitan yaitu, Jumlah SDM yang masih kurang serta  dana yang tersedia belum mencakup kebutuhan yang ada, sehingga bIdan Desa menggunakan uang pribadi untuk menutupi kekurangganya. Sarana dan prasarana masih perlu dikembangkan karena beberapa kondisi alat yang kurang layak. Perlu adanya perencanaan untuk mengatur penggerakan dan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh Bidan Desa. Guna meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan antenatal dan kualitas pelayanan antenatal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari health consciousness terhadap psychological wellbeing yang dimediasi perilaku olahraga pada orang yang obesitas di Bandung raya. Partisipan (N= 125, usia dewasa awal; jenis kelamin; jenis kegiatan/pekerjaan; status pernikahan; kemauan berolahraga dan kondisi kesehatan) mengisi kuesioner yang berisi instrumen Sikap Olahraga untuk mengetahui tentang caranya menyikapi olahraga; dan Health Consciousness Scale untuk mengukur tingkat kesadaran untuk menjaga kesehatannya, dan Six Dimensions of Psychological Wellbeing Scale untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis yang dimiliki. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Causal Analysis Mediation. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan tingkat health consciousness dapat memengaruhi tingkat psychological wellbeing dengan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 13.1% dan signifikansi sebesar <0,001. Sikap olahraga ditemukan berfungsi sebagai mediator dengan kategori partial mediation yang artinya ketika ada variabel olahraga akan menurunkan koefisien regresi pengaruh health consciousness terhadap psychological wellbeing dibandingkan ketika hubungan langsung tanpa variabel olahraga. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika responden sadar harus meningkatkan kesehatannya maka dia akan memiliki tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis yang tinggi dengan sikap olahraga yang positif.

Abstract

Cases of bullying or bullying in Indonesia claim many lives. The distribution of the 30 bullying cases included middle school (50%), elementary school (30%), high school (10%), and vocational school (10%). Of these 30 cases of bullying, there were cases that claimed lives, namely one elementary school student in Sukabumi Regency and one MTs student in Blitar (East Java). Both died after experiencing violence from peers within the educational unit (Rosa, 2023). The increasing number of reports of bullying against children is a serious concern for the Psychology Study Program at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI). This is in line with one of the study program's missions, namely realizing community welfare. Children's welfare is an integral part of society's welfare which can be measured through various indicators, including those regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. This law emphasizes that every child, including young children, has the right to grow and develop optimally. These rights must be guaranteed, protected and fulfilled by parents, family, society and the state. Unfortunately, aggressive behavior such as violence and bullying among children can have long-term impacts, including increased risk of psychological disorders, poor social functioning, and obstacles in the educational process. As an institution committed to the welfare of society, the UPI Psychology Study Program has an important role in providing education, intervention and research that supports efforts to prevent and handle bullying and violence against children. Based on the presentation of this case, the Psychology Study Program at the Indonesian Education University felt the need to carry out preventive efforts in the form of assertive communication training to minimize the increase in bullying behavior. The aim of this training is to provide training to elementary school teachers so they can train their students about the importance of assertive behavior and develop assertive behavior in an effort to prevent bullying behavior. The method used in this community service was providing material regarding assertive communication. The number of training participants was 116 people who were elementary school teachers spread across the Sukabumi Regency area. There is a pre-test and post-test to test the teachers' knowledge. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant increase in knowledge and the training participants gave a positive response in terms of teaching and implementation.

Abstract

The development of a child-friendly tourist village in Cikole Village cannot yet be carried out optimally. The aim of this service program is to analyze the problems that occur in Cikole village in developing a child-friendly tourist village based on the microsystem level of ecological theory. The method used in this service is through focus group discussions. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis based on the microsystem level of ecological theory. The results show that there are several main problems that are obstacles to the development of a child-friendly tourist village in Cikoleh Village, including the lack of a clear vision and mission, no organization capable of driving the program, lack of funding for program realization, and obstacles in mobilizing residents. Some of these obstacle points become initial data that can be used in designing further interventions. Based on analysis using ecological theory, it can be concluded that the problems faced in developing a child-friendly tourist village in Cikole Village occur at the ecological microsystem level so that intervention needs to be carried out comprehensively..
