Abstract

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia is an IT campus in Denpasar. STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has vision to create a study program which form bachelors of computer science who have ability to make use of smart technology system and digital system to support the development of tourism industry with cultural insight. From direct observation, it was obtained some findings, such as lack of knowledge of marketingship from the performer of the marketing activity of STMIK STIKOM Indonesia about campus life, especially the information about the study program. The effect is lack of knowledge or understanding of the prospective students about the activity done in the process of education in terms of payment, teaching and learning process, up to supporting facilities in STMIK STIKOM campus environment. Most of prospective students have tendency to come to STMIK STIKOM Indonesia to know directly the profile of TI and SK study program rather than only know through information media and its promotion. In the previous research, it has been made the design of information media study program based on desktop, and augmented reality through android application. In the next research, it is developed an information media based on android by combining information system application study program based on desktop with augmented reality which later produce new information media based on android. This new media has advantage with based on android, thus it can be accessed by anyone through android handphone. Interactive multimedia based on android is a proper way to answer the problems. Android technology gives help in the process of presentation about STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The application that is installed in the students handphone can inform freely and detail about important information in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. This modern technology can be downloaded in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia website and can be accessed by the prospective students everywhere they are.

This situation makes queue time longer and the fatigue level of the officer tends to decrease the satisfaction. Communities have been involved in the planning mechanism, although only limited to the situational analysis phase. The Health Office is expected to facilitate the addition of PHC personnel and PHC also have to fulfill the need of human resources through the plans that have been done.

Abstract

Coverage of K4 in Semarang district in 2009 had not reached the target (90.1%). Preliminary study indicated that the average village midwives compliance to the implementation of antenatal service based on the standard of 7T was only 70%. The objective of this study was to know psychological and organizational factors that influenced midwives compliance to the operational standard of 7T in antenatal services in Semarang district. This was an observational study with analytical characteristic and using cross sectional approach. Data were collected by doing observation and interview using structured questionnaire. Dependent variable in this study was midwives compliance and independent variables were attitude, motivation, supervision, leadership, communication and facilities. The study subjects were 71 village midwives that were selected randomly and proportionally. Bivariate analysis was done using Rank Spearman test and multivariate analysis was done by applying logistic regression. Results of the study showed that most of respondents were between 25 and 46 years old with average of working period of 13.3 years. The average of village midwives compliance was 76%. Psychological factors, attitude and motivation of respondents, were mostly good. Organizational factors: perception towards supervision of coordinator midwives, perception on the head of puskesmas leaderships, perception on the midwives coordinator communication and facilities, were all good. Results of correlation test showed that attitudes, motivation, leaderships, communication and facilities variables were associated with compliance to the operational standard of 7T. On the other hand, perception on supervision was not related to the operational standard of 7T. Result of logistic regression test indicated that motivation, facilities and communication perception variables jointly influenced village midwives compliance.Village midwives compliance to the operational standard of 7T, especially hemoglobin and protein in the urine examinations, needed to be improved. Motivation of village midwives needed to be increased by conducting refreshing related to antenatal services. Sanction for midwives who did not comply the standard of 7T had to be applied. The number of facilities especially hemoglobin, protein in the urine examination tools and counseling media, had to be added gradually. Key words : Operational standard of 7T, antenatal services, village midwives, compliance

Abstract

The infant mortality rate is the important things to measure health status and achievement of Sustained Development Goals (SDGs). It can be used to audit the cause of perinatal death and used to planning program to prevent the death. In addition, data on perinatal deaths must be recorded in terms of population administration. The problem is underreported perinatal death so that data not valid. This is because many government stakeholder such as Health Office, Administrative Village, Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK), and the Information and Communication Department has reported and recorded perinatal death themself but not integrated. This study aims to develop a concept of integrated perinatal death report and record. This research is qualitative research with following steps advocation, initial assessment, and development models through interview, observation, and Focus Group Discussion methods. The result of this study is existing condition and concept model that can integrate of  perinatal death record and reported. The concept model in Semarang City, Indonesia can be done in two ways. First, data comes from the Health Office (SIM-KIA). Second, data comes from Administrative Village and Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK). All of the data forwarded to the Integrated Data Integration System (SIDADU) in Information and Communication Service in Semarang City. To support the validity of data, the Health Office should identify all public and private health facilities related to perinatal care. The local government should release Circular Letter concerning the notification of services regarding the recording and reporting of perinatal deaths in Administrative Village.

Abstract

The high ratio of refeffals at the Public Health Center of Neglasari is 23,43% which exceeds the standard more than 5%. The results of the preliminary study indicate that the referral in the Neglasari Community Health Center is due to the condition of the patient who is required to be referred, the absence of a change in the condition of the patient causing the patient to be referred, the incomplete medication, the limited health equipment facility in the health services for the BPJS Health participants. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of first referral to BPJS Health participants at Neglasari Public Health Center Tangerang City. This research includes descriptive research using qualitative method. The results showed that most diseases that had to be referred are hypertension, diabetes melitus, heart disease, and leprosy. The availability of doctors is not sufficient if seen from the ratio of the number of doctors to the number of registered participants. The availability of drugs is broadly available, but there are still some drugs that are inadequate supplies such as sugar remedies, heart medicine, high blood pressure medicine, and painkillers. Completeness of health equipment facilities is not yet complete. The doctor’s understanding as a gatekeeper is good. If a patient asks for referral, but if the patient still wants to be referred, the doctor will add “On Request” notes In the referral letter. Suggestion from this research is hopefully Public Health Center of Neglasari can improve health service quality to patient especially BPJS Health patient with addition of health equipment facility. In addition, Puskesmas Neglasari is also expected to assist BPJS Health in socializing the First Outpatient Referral Regulation (RJTP) regulation in accordance with prevailing regulations in BPJS Health. And for the BPJS Health is to review the contents of the credential form on the part of health equipment facilities, and reprogram the primary-care application so that doctors can refer patients appropriately.
