Abstract

Midwife is a health workers which is included in nursing and has an authority to give midwifery directions, such as in communication, information and education (known as therapeutic). Therapeutic communication is obliged to be done by midwife on behalf resurrection. This research aims to analyze the correlation between several factors with therapeutic communication of midwife in community health centre in giving health service in community health centre Semarang. This research is conducted in Observational Analytic way and uses Cross Sectional Study. Population of the research are 96 midwifes; using 40 samples. The analysis comprises of univariat and bivariat descriptive (crosstab). Bivariat analytic uses Chi Square Test (Pearson, Fisher Exact Test) (α=5%).Univariat test shows respondents percentage are equal for all three major matters, included: young adult (50%) and mature adult (50%), new midwife (50%) and incumbent midwife (50%), good working regulation (50%) and bad working regulation (50%). Most of respondents are coming from bachelor program (97,5%), less acknowledged (55%), good trust (87,5%), good manner (70%), good external (coworker and manager) encouragement (70%), and good therapeutic communication (55%). Bivariat analysis shows correlation between knowledge (p= 0,048), external encouragement (p= 0,002) with therapeutic communication of midwife in giving health care. It is suggested that Health Department of Semarang arise awareness of therapeutic communication. Moreover for community health centre, giving socialization and periodic monitoring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wass to determine whether or not effect of academic stress levels on the learning outcomes of VI grade of SD 3 Bacin students. The subjects of this study consisted of 27 students of VI grade SD 3 Bacin. The method used inthis study is quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Then the data obtained will be analized using a simple linear regression tes with the help of SPSS version 21 program. The results of data analysis show that the calculated f value = 7.552 and the sig. 0.011. If the sig. < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conversely, if the sig. > 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Based on the result of the hypothesis that has been formulated, it can be concluded that there is significant effects between the level of academic stress on the mathematics learning outcome variables for VI grade SD 3 Bacin because the value is 0.011 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method using a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool which is then tested using SPSS 24 software. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed via a google form link. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Head Office of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo, totaling 363 people. The sample size in this study was 190 determined using the slovin formula. The sampling method used is non probability sampling using proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the magnitude of the contribution of work-life balance variables, employee involvement and job satisfaction affects employee performance variables by 46.7% and the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
