Abstract

Abstract: This research highlights the problem of applying Charta Mediato improve students concept understanding on the material of governmentsystem in fourth grade at Public Elementary School 02MenukungAcademic Year 2012/2013. The type of research used wasClassroom Action Research. The subjects of the study are the fourth gradestudents of Public Elementary School 02 Menukung in the even semesterof the Academic Year 2012/2013 Sub District Menukung, MelawiRegency, which amounted to 22 people, consisting of 9 women and 13men. Data collection techniques were conducted using observation andtest techniques. The average test scores achieved by students on the precycle is 55.45, while on the first cycle it reached 65.45 and achieved78.18 on the second cycle. To conclude, the student learning resultshowed an increase from cycle I to cycle II. The implementation of RPPon cycle I with average percentage of implementation that includes 3activities (preliminary, core, closing) is equal to 68,42%. The details arepreliminary activity of 68.75%, and the core of 66.67% whiletheclosingof 75.00%. This figure increased on cycle II, with the averagepercentage of learning implementation rose to 80.55%, with details of75.00% in preliminary activities, 80.00% in core and 100.00% inclosing.Keywords: conceptual understanding, media chartaAbstrak: Penelitian ini menyoroti masalah penerapan media charta untukmeningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi sistem pemerintahandi kelas IV SDN 02 Menukung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Jenispenelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalahsiswa kelas IV SDN 02 Menukung semester genap Tahun Pelajaran2012/2013 Kecamatan Menukung Kabupaten Melawi, yang berjumlah 22orang, terdiri 9 perempuan dan 13 laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes. Rata-rata skortes yang diperoleh siswa pada pra siklus sebesar 55,45, siklus I sebesar65,45 sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 78,18. Ini berarti dari siklus I kesiklus II hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Keterlaksanaan RPPpada siklus I rata-rata persentase pelaksaanaan yang meliputi 3 kegiatan(pendahuluan, inti, penutup) adalah sebesar 68,42%. Rinciannya adalah kegiatan pendahuluan terlaksana sebesar 68,75%, inti 66,67% danpenutup 75,00%. Angka ini meningkat pada siklus II, rata-rata persentasepelaksanaan pembelajaran naik menjadi 80,55%, dengan rincian kegiatanpendahuluan 75,00%, inti 80,00% dan penutup 100,00%.Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep, media charta

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the student learning activity of the subject social science by using the discussion method. The research was taken over 15 students of grade V, public elementary school No.14 Oyah Kiri, Menukung District. In order to reach that purpose, the researcher did research action in class through 2 cycles. There was significant increase from the first cycle to the second cycle. First, the student activity in learning social science increased for about 11.27% in the first cycle. Second, the student activity in learning social science increased for about 21.26% from the first cycle to the second cycle. Therefore, the student activity in learning social science was increased for about 32.53%.Key words: The Increasing Learning Activity, Social Science Subject

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a study on the development of material in the subjectof National Insight based on the character of Pancasila which is referred fromthe National Higher Education Standard (SNPT) and the Indonesian NationalQualification Framework (KKNI). The data were collected from students ofPG-PAUD Study Program, Lecturers of Education Faculty of FKIP Untan,and PG-PAUG Teachers who attended Strata One (S1) in PG-PAUD studyprogram at FKIP Untan. The study material was analyzed based on theinstrument which were filled by 42 respondents, and the result is as follows;(1) On the aspect of Pancasila Philosophy, the respondent's statement (itemscore according to 120) is in scientific study. (2) In the sociology aspect ofrespondent's statement (item score according to 128) in reviewing theapplication of the 1945 Constitution. (3) On the psychological aspect ofrespondent's statement (item score is very suitable 80 and 100) in studyingnational culture of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. (4) In the aspect of Pancasilacharacter behaviour respondents statements (item score 94 is very suitable andsuitable 89), in reviewing to maintain the integrity of NKRI. (5) Then to thelecturer of the respondent's statement about the teaching materials given in thelearning (item score is suitable 109). The suitability of lecturers who teach thesubjects of National Insight in teaching in PG-PAUD. Then, the researcheralong with the lecturers in the research seminar jointly formulate thesuitability of the material that is based on Pancasila character. For materialharmoniousness developed according to the learning achievement based onKKNI or the Indonesian National Qualification Framework and SNPT orNational Standards of Higher Education. Then as a whole will be produced aLearning Curriculum which is part of curriculum of National Insight subjecton PG-PAUD study program.Keywords: SNPT, KKNI, National Insight, Pancasila Character, learningachievement in PG-PAUD.Abstrak:Penelitian ini merupakan kajian mengenai pengembangan Materibahan ajar pada mata kuliah Wawasan Kebangsaan berbasis karakter Pancasilayang dirujuk dari Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SNPT) dan KerangkaKualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). Data dikumpulkan dari mahasiswaProdi PG-PAUD, Dosen Ilmu Pendidikan FKIP Untan, serta Guru PG-PAUGyang mengikuti Strata Satu ( S1) pada Prodi PG-PAUD FKIP Untan. Bahankajian dianalisis berdasarkan instrument yang diisi responden dari 42 orang,hasilnya sebagai berikut; (1) Pada aspek Filsafat Pancasila pernyataan responden (item skor sesuai 120) dalam mengkaji secara ilmiah. (2) Padaaspek sosiologi pernyataan responden (item skor sesuai 128) dalam mengkajipenerapan UUD 1945. (3) Pada aspek psikologis pernyataan responden (itemskor sangat sesuai 80 dan sesuai 100) dalam mengkaji budaya nasionalBhinneka Tunggal Ika. (4) Pada aspek pengetahuan berprilaku karakterpancasila pernyataka responden (item skor 94 sangat sesuai dan sesuai 89),dalam mengkaji untuk menjaga keutuhan NKRI. (5) Kemudian kepada dosenpengajar pernyataan responden tentang materi ajar yang diberikan dalampembelajaran (item skor sesuai 109). Kesuaian dosen yang mengampu matakuliah Wawasan Kebangsaan dalam mengajar di PG-PAUD.Kemudian,peneliti bersama teman dosen dalam seminar hasil penelitian secara bersamasama merumuskan kesesuaian materi yang berbaisis karakter Pancasila. Untukkesuaian materi yang dikembangkan sesuai dari capaian pembelajaranberdasarkan KKNI atau Kerangka Kwalifikasi Nasional Indonesia dan SNPTatau Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi. Kemudian secara keseluruhan akandihasilkan Kurikulum Pembelajaran yang merupakan bagian dari kurikulummata kuliah Wawasan Kebangsaan pada program studi PG_PAUD .Kata kunci: SNPT, KKNI, Wawasan Kebangsaan, Karakter Pancasila,capaian pembelajaran pada PG-PAUD.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the student performance result on the subject Social Science through cooperative learning model, where the research its self was taken in grade V Public Elementary School 06, Tanjung Sokan. The method used in the research was the qualitative approach, with the result found that the number of student performance in learning process increase for about 65% (18 students) in the first cycle, and 75.50% (22 students) in the second cycle. In addition, the teacher performances also increased from score 41 or about 75% in the first cycle to score 45.5 or about 81.25% in the second cycle. It is found also that the student performance in first cycle increased for about 6.25%, with the number of student passed the subject was 16 students or 57.15% from 28 students. The second cycle shown that the numbers of student passed the subject was 23 students or 21.43%.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Student Learning Result.
