Abstract

Stages in the growth and development is marked by the presence of similar characteristics / common traits that appear at nearly the same age period.The existence of similar characteristics in each stage of life was the template for kids, parents and teachers about the skills that must be mastered by children at that age. Within each developmental period in its path, a child should achieve development objectives in accordance with the development period. The whole purpose of development, from early days up until the time is continuous, the achievement of development goals in the previous period became the basis for achieving development goals in the next period. Or in other words, if the purpose of development in the previous period is not achieved by good, feared the achievement of development goals the following term will be disrupted.Keywords: task development, early childhood

Abstract

Supervisory Madrasah is functional official who serves as technical executor in carrying out surveillance of Education with the main task to assess and foster education at a Madrasah, given both public and private that is its responsibility, as stipulated in the decree Mendiknas number 020 / U / 1998 and SK Menpan number 091 / Kep / M.PAN / 10/2001 and SK Mendiknas number 097 / U / 2002.                In performing its duties Madrasah Supervisors have the authority to select and define working methods in order to achieve optimum results in accordance with the code of professional conduct. Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 19 of 2007 on the management standards by educational units include 1. Planning program. 2. Implementation of the work plan. 3. Monitoring and evaluation. 4. Leadership Madrasah / madrasah. 5. The management information system. 6. Special Rate.                The term supervision comes from two words, "super" and "vision". In webstr's new world dictiori term super mean "higher in rank or position than, superior to (superintendent), a greater or better than other" (1991: 1343) while the word vision means "the ability to perceive something not actuality visible, as a trough acutness mental or keen foresight (1991: 1492)                This research is an action research (action research) that aims to improve the administrative management of Madrasahs through supervision along with race engineering administration. Actions to be carried out assessing the completeness of the administration. This type of research is the kind of action that have emancipatory. Emancipatory kind was considered the most appropriate for this study was conducted to solve the problems on their own researchers working area based on everyday experience.                From the first cycle to the second cycle and observations indicate mental readiness Madrasah head completeness administrrasi 86.36% 70.21% and 89.36% holder staek support assessment of the team is not good supervesor showed 3.68% 1.23% quite good 41, 18% very good 46.32%. It can be concluded that supervision along with race administration Madrasah Madrasah improve the quality acceptable.

Abstract

Abstract : Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) sangat cekatan dalam mengolah kata. Lantaran ucapan atau perbuatannya acapkali memicu kontroversi, ia sering berlindung di balik kata-kata (hedging), dan membuat analogi yang powerful dalam bereaksi terhadap persoalan dan tuduhan yang dilontarkan padanya. Dia melakukan hedging sehingga bisa menghindari sesuatu yang tidak menyenangkan atau tidak diinginkan terhadapnya. Dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau kalimat tertentu, ia mengangkis pertanyaan atau menjelaskan kebijakannya, tanpa membuat si penanya atau pemrotes tersinggung. Tanpa perlu berdebat panjang, jawaban Gus Dur tadi telah bisa ‘membungkam’ si penanya. Kata kunci: Hedging, Aksi, dan Keputusan.

Abstract

This article attempts to portray the competition of forces in the Indonesian democratic system, with the Ahmadiyya movement as the test case for the “contestation”. This article takes into account the reformation era as the landscape of the study, since this era opens a relatively wider opportunity for many entities to freely express their ideas and actions. Exploring the socio-political approach, this study comes up with the following findings: first, in the sociological domain, as predicted by Dawam Rahardjo, moderates defeat radical Indonesian Islam as the former outnumber the latter. However, in the political domain, as pointed out by Martin van Bruinessen, since the moderate Islam is just a silent majority, then the radical Islam wins the competition - marked by the issuance of the SKB Tiga Menteri, because the factor at work in the winning of this political competition is more on the “logic of power”, rather than the “power of logic”. The victory of the radical Islam in the political domain in turn implies at the failure of the Ahmadiyya movement in its struggle for survival in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis regulasi mengenai zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan untuk menganalisis peran Baznas Kabupaten Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan melalui penerimaan zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Pendekatan penelitian hukum empiris pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan konsep hukum yuridis sosiologis. Setting penelitian ini meliputi 1) dimensi tempat, yaitu BAZNAS Kabupaten Sukoharjo; 2) dimensi pelaku, yaitu pengelola/amil zakat, yaitu pimpinan dan para staff di BAZNAS Kabupaten Sukoaharjo, serta muzakki, yaitu Aparatur Sipil Negara; dan 3) dimensi kegiatan, yaitu yang berhubungan dengan zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian hukum pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Regulasi mengenai zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah berdasarkan Surat Edaran Bupati Sukoharjo Nomor 451/3029/2022 menunjukkan komitmen pemerintah daerah untuk mendorong ASN dalam menunaikan zakat profesi sebagai bagian dari kewajiban religius. Regulasi ini mengatur kewajiban ASN untuk membayar zakat sebesar 2,5% dari penghasilan bagi yang memenuhi nisab dan 2% bagi yang belum; (2) Peran pemerintah Kabupaten Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan melalui penerimaan zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negara yaitu melalui BAZNAS Kabupaten Sukoharjo memainkan peran sentral dalam mengelola dan mendistribusikan zakat profesi yang diterima dari ASN. Dengan memanfaatkan dana zakat secara efektif, BAZNAS dapat memberikan bantuan langsung kepada mustahik, termasuk fakir miskin dan gharimin, yang sangat membutuhkan dukungan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar mereka.

Digital learning platforms and educational apps have become integral parts of the curriculum, offering possibilities for students to learn independently and collaboratively. Developing these skills is seen as essential preparation for students to succeed in a rapidly changing world. However, educational transformation is not just about adapting the curriculum; it also involves teacher training and close collaboration between educational institutions and the industry. The article highlights the importance of constant adaptation in education to meet the demands of the times. Aligning curricula with current needs, providing necessary training for educators, and fostering collaboration with the industry sector are crucial steps in ensuring that education equips future generations with relevant skills. Through the integration of digital trends and 21st century competencies, education can become a strong foundation for individual progress and success in facing increasingly complex challenges in today's global era.
