Abstract

This article explains the concept of Living curriculum in the world of education which has implications for character and skills through the process of coaching and habituation of students about the values, goals and meaning of life. Through this curriculum students can realize how important it is to behave based on good rules and values. The Life Curriculum is also an activity to develop or strengthen the character and good values possessed by students, this makes students have complex principles for harmonious relationships between humans and their environment. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis, which collects data from several national and international articles related to the living curriculum.

Abstract

Kuala Lumpur Indonesia School is developing the Living curriculum. They aim to equip their students to compete in the future era. Therefore, students must have cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. The development of the Living Curriculum at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesia School emphasizes character building and life skills. Another goal of development is to foster collaboration between parents and schools in educating children, so that they have the ability to have life skills and good character, at home, at school and in the community.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan di PT. Prima Kreasindo mengalami penurunan yang kemungkinan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor  Reward dan Punishment. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif dengan populasi berjumlah 32 orang karyawan serta dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil pengujian persamaan regresi linear ganda yaitu Ý = 11,545 + 0,489X1 + 0,346X2 dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan bentuk hubungan linear antara Reward dan Punishment dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Persamaan regresi linear ganda Ý = 11,545 + 0,489X1 + 0,346X2 menunjukkan bahwa apabila Reward dan Punishment serta Kinerja Pegawai diukur dengan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, maka setiap kenaikan satu unit skor Reward (X1) akan diikuti oleh kenaikan skor Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,4898 dengan konstanta 11,545. Dan setiap kenaikan satu unit skor Punishment (X2) akan diikuti oleh kenaikan skor Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,346 dengan konstanta 11,545.

Abstract

This article explores digital trends impacting the educational process and the importance of integrating 21st century competencies within today's educational environment. With the introduction of technology into learning, online education has become a norm, allowing broader access to education. Digital learning platforms and educational apps have become integral parts of the curriculum, offering possibilities for students to learn independently and collaboratively. The importance of 21st century competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy is increasingly evident in education. Developing these skills is seen as essential preparation for students to succeed in a rapidly changing world. However, educational transformation is not just about adapting the curriculum; it also involves teacher training and close collaboration between educational institutions and the industry. The article highlights the importance of constant adaptation in education to meet the demands of the times. Aligning curricula with current needs, providing necessary training for educators, and fostering collaboration with the industry sector are crucial steps in ensuring that education equips future generations with relevant skills. Through the integration of digital trends and 21st century competencies, education can become a strong foundation for individual progress and success in facing increasingly complex challenges in today's global era.

Abstract

Bahwa kepuasan kerja yang tinggi berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan karyawan akan merasa puas sehingga cenderung bekerja lebih efisien dan menghasilkan kualitas kerja yang lebih baik. Selin itu karyawan yang lebih puas cenderung akan tetep bertahan diperusahaan dan bahkan karyawan akan merasanyaman dalam melaksanakan tugas.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Alam Jaya Graha. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor transportasi yang memiliki setidaknya 71 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan populasi tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Alat analisis yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini merupakan regresi linear sederhana dan arithmetic mean sehingga penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Alam Jaya Graha dengan prob. 0,00 atau lebih kecil daripada alpha 0.05. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 94% yang menunjukan kesesuaian model yang cukup besar. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah variabel pengamatan dan menggunakan alat analisis lain untuk mengisi kesenjangan literatur.

Abstract

The disciplin and employee performance are a unit in the family of human resources science which certainly affects employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. In this study, work discipline plays an important role in determining the level of performance. The performance of the employee in question can be seen from the work results achieved by employees in terms of quality and quantity in accordance with the employee's duties and responsibilities. Performance is something that can affect the achievement of the company's goals and progress in increasingly fierce competition. In this research, employee work disciplie suggests that performance is one of the elements used in employee assessment which includes discipline to their work, position and organization. This discipline is reflected by the employee's willingness to protect and defend the organization inside and outside of work from being undermined by irresponsible people.

Abstract

Work motivation is the best performance effort given by an employee to achieve maximum standards to the company. Performance appraisal is a management activity to evaluate employee performance behavior and determine subsequent policies. The method used in this research is a survey method, which will collect data from the company by distributing questionnaires or conducting structured interviews as part of the data collection process. This aims to make it easier for respondents to answer than statistical analysis methods. Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique, the influence of performance appraisal  on employee performance can be explained by the following simple linear regression equation: Y = 2.945 + 1.075X. This can be interpreted as follows: if there is no performance appraisal, the value of employee performance is 2.945. If there is a performance appraisal of one unit , the employee's performance will increase by 1.075X. In this study, the author created 20 questionnaire statements for the performance appraisal variable, and the calculated r-value from the questionnaire was greater than the r-table value, so the questionnaire was concluded to be valid, with the highest calculated r-value being from questionnaire no. 3, which had a calculated r-value of 0.498

Abstract

The environment and employee loyalty are a unit in the family of human resources science which certainly affects employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. The results of the study are, it can be seen that the results of testing the work environment hypothesis have a significance level of 0.000 and a calculated t value of 5.351 > t table 1.66757. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, so it can be said that compensation (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty because the level of significance of the compensation variable is < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the calculated t value is > t table ( 5.351 > 1.66757) In this research, employee work loyalty suggests that loyalty is one of the elements used in employee assessment which includes loyalty to their work, position and organization. This loyalty is reflected by the employee's willingness to protect and defend the organization inside and outside of work from being undermined by irresponsible people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pertamina EP Cepu pada Head Office Kuningan Jakarta Selatan. Gaya kepemimpinan memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan arah dan efektivitas suatu organisasi, serta dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 35 karyawan sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik, termasuk regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pertamina EP Cepu. Koefisien regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam gaya kepemimpinan akan berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien korelasi juga mengindikasikan hubungan yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 46% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 54% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti kompensasi, motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja. Uji t juga mengkonfirmasi bahwa pengaruh ini signifikan secara statistik. Kesimpulannya, gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di PT. Pertamina EP Cepu memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu terus memperkuat dan mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang positif, serta memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Saran-saran meliputi pelatihan kepemimpinan, manajemen faktor-faktor lain, umpan balik dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, investasi dalam pengembangan karyawan, komunikasi internal yang efektif, dan pemantauan terus-menerus terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut. Dengan demikian, PT. Pertamina EP Cepu dapat terus meningkatkan kinerja organisasinya dan memastikan pencapaian tujuan bersama.
