Abstract

The teacher's role is very important in the creation of successful learning and the achievement of learning objectives. In the classroom, teachers not only teach but also have skills in classroom management. Classroom management is the duty and responsibility of a teacher in the classroom. Classroom management is useful for creating and maintaining an atmosphere and conditions in the class and restoring class conditions to be optimal. The intended condition is a comfortable, safe, and pleasant condition that is felt by students and teachers. Classroom management which emphasizes on how to manage existing individuals will be more helpful and support personal development, both personally for students and personal teachers. Classes that are managed in this way, students will not only develop intellectually, but also affective, conative, and social aspects.

Abstract

Learning is a process that an individual experiences from time to time. During the learning process, students have different characteristics and learning methods. To maximize the learning process, many learning theories that can be applied later to understand and support the student's learning process are created. One of them is Jean Piaget's cognitive learning theory. The cognitive view of learning assumes that the most important thing in learning is not only the result but also the process. . Cognitive learning theory focuses on examining individual differences to assist in the interpretation of learning outcomes. Cognitive psychologists have used a much wider range of research methods to study learning. This includes ways students need to explain their mental processes during learning.

Abstract

Learned is a process of changeds one's behaviored towards a certain situations caused by repeated experiences in thats situation. Where the change in behavior can not be explained. Well, in learning activities, of course, there are many theories that can be used to achieve maximum results, one of which is by using cognitive social theory. Which theorys was develop by A. Bandura. Social cognitives theory is that emphasizes the idea that most humans learng occurs in a social environment. By observed other people, humans got knowledge, rules, skills, strategies, beliefs and attitudes. In learning activities, of course, it is necessary to apply this cognitive social learning theory considering that many students learn from observing the surrounding environment, both observing teacher, parent, and the community as models. So its is important to created and explore a good environment in learning at MA level.

Abstract

Learn as a lasting change in observable behavior that occurs as a result of experience. Early research on classical behavioral learning studied the effect of stimulation on reflexive behavior. Contributes to the notion of classical conditioning, whereby an initially neutral stimulus (NS) becomes a conditioned stimulus (CS) that evokes a conditioned response (CR) because of its temporal proximity to an unconditioned stimulus (AS) that triggers a similar unconditioned response (UR). Behavioral application using a systematic approach to applying the principles of operant conditioning to modify student behavior is known as applied analysis. Confidence needs to be owned by every individual. Self-confidence is formed from the realization that if you decide to do something.

Abstract

Cognitive learning theory is one of the popular learning theories and has developed rapidly in the world of science, especially in the fields of education, psychology and medicine. This theory emerged as an answer to the dissatisfaction felt by many experts against the previous theory, namely the behavioristic theory. Cognitive theory emphasizes the mental processes that underlie the processing of new information, such as paying attention to an explanation, interpreting an image or associating a new concept with pre-existing knowledge. Cognitive theory defines learning as a relatively long-lasting change in an individual's mental structure that occurs as a result of the individual's interaction with the environment.

Abstract

In the learning process in the classroom, there are many methods that can improve and achieve maximum learning goals. Of the many existing methods to increase student learning activity in the classroom, namely the active learning strategy. Moving on from the observations the researchers did related to the activeness of students in the class, it was still not optimal. It can be in the form of still a few students who are independent in learning, less asking the teacher or asking the teacher during the learning process. To increase student activity in the learning process in this class, the researchers conducted research related to the application of active learning strategies as an effort to increase student activity in class. In its implementation, the learning model can be developed in 8 stages of the learning process, namely: (1) Orientation, (2) Group Formation, (3) Group Work Assignments, (4) Exploration, (5) Presentation of material in class (6) Understanding Checking and Material deepening, (7) Reflection and feedback, (8) Formative Evaluation.

Abstract

Learning is a process carried out to change behavior carried out by the learning process. To create a learning process that can be applied and assist students in learning is to use constructivist theory. Constructivistic theory is a learning theory that builds students' thinking and understanding to make it easier to understand learning. One of the models that can be applied is using constructivist theory, one of which is the cooperative learning model. This model involves actively being able to develop oneself and involves good social relations and social interactions in the classroom to create good effectiveness in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to obtain new information and understanding so that it can be applied in the learning process. The research methodology used is a literature study. Based on this research, it is understood that constructivist theory with cooperative learning model is considered appropriate to be applied in learning to achieve learning objectives.

Abstract

Character education is one of the important and needed educations in the development of students, for that we need to instill this intelligent character education, of course, intelligent character education cannot just grow within students, we need several approaches, one of which is an approach In learning, the purpose of this research is to find out how approaches in learning can shape intelligent character education. The methodology used in this research is a literature study with a descriptive narrative approach. The results of this study are approaches in learning that can support the formation of intelligent character education, namely quantum learning which is based on suggestions that can and will definitely affect learning outcomes, active learning which has the principle of optimizing the use of all the potential that exists in children, accelerated learning which is a A learning technique that adopts the concept of using various inputs in parallel, the last one is hypno teaching where this learning aims to reduce the frequency of brain waves so that students become comfortable and more receptive to suggestions in accepting positive values from the learning process.

Abstract

Learning is an effort to master something new through the process of interaction due to encouragement and responses from individuals. The concept of behaviorism is a concept to explore human behavior caused by the stimulus and response . Skinner argues that learning is a reciprocal relationship between stimulus and response caused by interaction activities with the environment, therefore behavior changes occur in individuals. Therefore, this behavioristic learning theory emphasizes the process of forming individual behavior from bad behavior to good behavior.

Abstract

A success of guidance and counseling services is inseparable from the existence of facilities and infrastructure that support the provision of guidance and counseling services. Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 of 2007 concerning Standards for Facilities and Infrastructure for Schools firmly states that in education units it is mandatory to have the necessary facilities to facilitate the learning process. Therefore, schools strive to prepare facilities and infrastructure that are in accordance with standards, thereby facilitating the realization of optimal educational goals (Kemendiknas, 2007). The success of providing guidance and counseling services in schools is certainly greatly influenced by the utilization of the function of all guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure in schools effectively and efficiently.
