Abstract

The teacher's role is very important in the creation of successful learning and the achievement of learning objectives. In the classroom, teachers not only teach but also have skills in classroom management. Classroom management is the duty and responsibility of a teacher in the classroom. Classroom management is useful for creating and maintaining an atmosphere and conditions in the class and restoring class conditions to be optimal. The intended condition is a comfortable, safe, and pleasant condition that is felt by students and teachers. Classroom management which emphasizes on how to manage existing individuals will be more helpful and support personal development, both personally for students and personal teachers. Classes that are managed in this way, students will not only develop intellectually, but also affective, conative, and social aspects.

Abstract

Cyberbullying among teenagers is increasingly common and is disturbing the world of education. Cyberbullying has a severe negative impact on the psychological, emotional and social fields, which leads to fear, anxiety and suicide. This research aims to produce a product in the form of a digital cognitive behaviour modification module to reduce cyberbullying behaviour, which has been tested as valid and can be used by guidance and counselling teachers and counsellors. This research uses a type of research and development using the ADDIE procedural model. The module material was obtained from an analysis of students' cyberbullying behaviour needs; then, a module feasibility test was carried out by 2 material experts and 2 media experts. Usability test by 3 guidance and counselling teachers. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The techniques used to analyze the data are descriptive analysis and non-parametric analysis. The results of this research are that the digital cognitive behaviour modification module to reduce cyberbullying behaviour is in the very appropriate category from experts and has received results. The practicality test results of the digital module are in a very good class. It was concluded that the digital module prepared was suitable for implementation or use by guidance and counselling teachers and counsellors. The implication of this research is that the digital module developed helps counselors and guidance and counseling teachers in providing services to their clients.

Abstract

Konseling merupakan hubungan antara konselor dan klien yang sifatnya terapeutis. Proses terapeutis menekankan pada pengembangan hubungan terapeutis dengan klien dan mengembangkan tindakan strategis yang efektif untuk memfasilitasi terjadinya perubahan. Konseling tertuju kepada kondisi pribadi yang mandiri, sukses, dan berkehidupan efektif dalam kesehariannya. Kondisi-kondisi yang dimaksudkan itu tidak datang dengan sendirinya, melainkan melalui pengembangan yang terarah. Konseling akan berhasil jika konselor dan klien bekerjasama dalam mencapai tujuan konseling yang telah disepakati bersama, serta menghindari hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam proses konseling. Hambatan itu salah satunya adalah resistensi klien, yaitu sikap penolakan atau pertahanan klien yang tidak sejalan dengan tujuan konseling. Konselor dituntut untuk dapat mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan baik, agar tercapainya tujuan dalam konseling.

Abstract

In educational institutions, teachers are a very important asset because with teachers the school will be able to achieve educational goals. Therefore, foundations and schools need to pay attention to one of the fulfillment of teacher needs, namely job satisfaction so that teachers can enjoy their work activities better. This study aims to test the effect of work engagement and social support on job satisfaction in teachers. This study involved 103 high school and junior high school teachers in the provinces of DKI Jakarta, West Java and Banten with multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is an effect of work engagement and social support on job satisfaction in teachers.

Abstract

Bullying is something that demages and hurts someone, both physically and psychologically. In the last few decades the phenomenon of bullying has gotten worse, causing problems for individuals, families, and the educational environment. Basically bullying is when someone does or says something on purpose, intended to hurt or embarrass another person. Bullying happens from time to time, and is ongoing. It rarely happens only once, besides bullying there is always someone who feels stronger (the perpetrator) and someone who is weaker (the victim). Victims of bullying experience many impacts, such as stress, skipping school, anxiety, depression and the desire to commit suicide. Therefore it is necessary to prevent student bullying behavior, one of which is the use of innovative creative counseling based on cognitive behavior. This writing aims to explore student bullying behavior and develop innovative creative counseling based on cognitive behavior. This writing uses the method of study literature. The results of this study indicate that cognitive-behavioral-based innovative creative counseling is effective for preventing student bullying behavior.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja merupakan masalah sosial yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat, mencakup berbagai tindakan, seperti berkendara tanpa menggunakan SIM, kebiasaan berkelahi, saling ejek (bullying), corat-coret di sekolah, melakukan pemerasan, mencuri, membantah guru, tidak pernah mengerjakan tugas sekolah, bolos sekolah, bahkan yang menghawatirkan adalah minum-minuman keras, penyalahgunaan narkoba, geng motor dan seks bebas. Masa remaja umumnya dimulai sekitar usia 13 tahun, dan berakhir sekitar usia 21 tahun. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan agar peserta didik mengetahui tentang kenakalan remaja dan cara mencegahnya. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini adalah SMP Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta Timur.  Sosialisai ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan menggunakan media infocus projector pada saat sosialisasi dan membagikan kuesioner pre-test sebelum sosialisasi dan kuesioner post-test setelah selesai sosialisasi tentang kenakalan remaja, serta kuesioner tingkat kepuasan peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil yng di dapatkan setelah kegiatan sosialisasi adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan peserta didik SMP Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta Timur tentang bentuk-bentuk kenakalan remaja dan cara mencegah, serta mengatasinya.

Abstract

The increasing academic and psychosocial pressures experienced by junior high school students highlight the importance of understanding factors that influence stress levels, particularly emotional regulation. This study aimed to identify the levels of emotional regulation and stress among students at SMPN 243 Jakarta and examine the role of emotional regulation in predicting students’ stress levels. A quantitative correlational design was employed involving 133 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using normality and linearity tests, followed by Pearson correlation and simple linear regression analyses. The results revealed that emotional regulation had a significant effect on students’ stress levels (p < .001). The regression equation obtained was Y = 121.606 − 0.481X, with a standardized beta coefficient of β = −0.391. These findings indicate a negative relationship between emotional regulation and stress, suggesting that students with better emotional regulation tend to experience lower levels of stress. Emotional regulation accounted for 15.3% of the variance in students’ stress levels, while the remaining variance was explained by other factors not examined in this study. The findings emphasize the importance of implementing social-emotional learning programs, stress management training, and preventive counseling services to strengthen students’ emotional regulation skills and help them cope more effectively with academic and psychosocial demands. _____________________________________________________________Tekanan akademik dan psikososial yang semakin meningkat pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama menjadikan pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat stres, khususnya regulasi emosi, semakin penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat regulasi emosi dan stres siswa SMPN 243 Jakarta serta menguji peran regulasi emosi dalam memprediksi tingkat stres siswa. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 133 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi emosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat stres siswa (p < 0,001). Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 121,606 − 0,481X dengan koefisien beta terstandarisasi sebesar β = −0,391. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara regulasi emosi dan stres, yang berarti siswa dengan kemampuan regulasi emosi yang lebih baik cenderung mengalami tingkat stres yang lebih rendah. Regulasi emosi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 15,3% terhadap variasi tingkat stres siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan program pembelajaran sosial-emosional, pelatihan manajemen stres, dan layanan konseling preventif untuk memperkuat kemampuan regulasi emosi siswa dalam menghadapi tuntutan akademik dan psikososial.
