Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal: 1) How does the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance Transport Department of Communication and Information Agam; 2) How does organisasit commitment on employee performance Transport Department of Communication and Information Agam; 3) How does the influence of job satisfaction and organisasit commitment  on performance Department of Transportation employee Agam Communications and Information Technology.Object of study is the Department of Transportation employee Agam Communication and Information. The study population was all employees of the Department of Communication and Information Agam numbering 70 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.Results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on job performance at the Department of Communication and Information Agam with regression coefficient 0.206. Means to increase employee performance can be done by improving the job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Information Agam, 2) There is a positive and significant effect between organizational commitment on job performance at the Department of Communication and Information Agam with regression coefficient 0.109. Means to increase employee performance can be done by improving the organization’s commitment to the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Agam. To achieve high performance, the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees in Agam District should be improved. Keyword: Job Satisfaction, Organisasit Commitment, Employee Performance multiple regression.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerpindahan merek merupakan salah satu objek yang menarik untuk diteliti. Perusahaan perlu mengetahui apa saja yang memotivasi masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan produk pesaing. Terutama di jasa telekomunikasi yang berbasis seluler dengan memunculkan berbagai kartu seluler Indonesia. Kartu seluler termasuk kategori low involvement yang mana produk tersebut  tidak terlalu beresiko bagi konsumen maka dengan mudah bagi konsumen berpindah merek jika konsumen tidak puas maka konsumen akan mencari informasi dan evaluasi  terhadap berbagai alternatif  lain dari merek yang digunakan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menguji model perilaku berpindah merek pada produk kartu seluler. Model ini menekankan pada pengaruh dari ketidakpuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikan 0,041< alpha 0,05 sehingga keputusannya ketidakpuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perpindahan merek sim card simpati di kota padang artinya hipotesis pertama diterima, kebutuhan mencari variasi nilai signifikan 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga keputusannya kebutuhan mencari variasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perpindahan merek sim card simpati di kota padang artinya hipotesis ke dua diterima  dan  uji signifikan simultan menghasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 21,343 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 kecil dari sig < 0,05 dapat dikatakan ketidakpuasan dan kebutuhan mencari variasi secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap memprediksi perilaku perpindahan merek sim card simpati dikota padang artinya hipotesis  ketiga diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian dapat diterima. Kata Kunci: ketidakpuasan konsumen, kebutuhan mencari variasi, brand switching, alat analisis regresi linear berganda

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap perusahaan bertujuan untuk mencari profitabilitas. Untuk mencapai laba yang diharapkan manajemen harus dapat mengambil kebijaksanaan yang tepat dalam menginvestasikan sumber dana yang ada sehingga akan diperoleh likuiditas dan solvabilitas yang cukup memadai dan efisiensi modal kerja serta akhirnya akan diperoleh profitabilitas yang diharapkan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas terhadap profitabilitas yang dipresentasikan dengan Inventory Turnover (ITO), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Total Asset (DTA), dan Return on Equity (ROE). Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Semua data di analisis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, uji t statistik, dan uji F statistik serta data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS for windows Release 16. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Efisiensi modal kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,015. (2). Likuiditas tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,323. (3). Solvabilitas tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,500. (4). Efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas dan solvabilitas signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan tingkat signifikan 0,94.

Abstract

ABSTRACT          The survival of a company is determined by the human resources support that have high quality and capability. This study aims to analyze: 1) The extent to which the influence of the work environment on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 2) The extent to which the effects on the productivity of labor discipline employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 3) The extent to which the influence of the work environment and work discipline to employee productivity PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra.This type of research is descriptive associative. The population of this study were all employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, amounting to 87 people with a total sampling techniques Sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that, (1) the work environment have a significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (2) the discipline of work have a significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (3) environmental and labor discipline together have a significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. Based on the research leader of the company must be careful to understand the factors that can affect employee productivity. And in a company leader must first know what you want employees to support the work carried employees so employees can work productively produce, because the work environment and work discipline are considered to have a strong positive influence on employee productivity. And the company has always apply the principles of caring, honesty, sincerity, and professionals who became the core of the success of a company.

Main Supervisor : Yolanda Hayu Utami, SE, MBA Secon Supervisor : Arnaldi, SE, M.Si.This study aims to analyze: 1) The extent to which the effect of promotions on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 2) The extent to which the influence of interpersonal relationships on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 3) The extent to which the effect of promotion and interpersonal relationships on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra.This type of research is descriptive associative. This research was carried out for 1 month. The population of this study were all employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra totaling 87 people. The sampling technique of this study is total sampling technique that means the whole population sampled, because its population is less than 100 respondents, the sample size was 87 employees. This type of data is the primary data (ie, questionnaires) and secondary data. Data analysis was descriptive and inferential analysis through hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with α = 0.05. The results of this study menunjuikkan that: 1) a significant difference between Interpersonal Relations Campaign Against Occupation in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, significance of 0.000, 2) a significant difference between Interpersonal Relations Against Employee Satisfaction in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, significance of 0,000, 3) Promotion of Employment and Relations Intepersonal significant effect simultaneously on Job Satisfaction in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, significance of 0.000.In this study the authors suggested that among employees further enhance interpersonal relationships with employees, namely mutual respect among fellow employee or supervisor and filled with a sense of responsibility towards the mandated employment and occupation, so that the boss can give promotions to employees in a fair, trust is based on the formation and procedures in accordance with the relevant agencies. In cooperation should be compact and harmonious team. As such conditions as it will directly impact both for employee satisfaction in PT. Abstract

In Economics Education Program Students STKIP PGRI West Sumatra . 3 ) The extent to which the influence of design and price of Samsung galaxy Tablet PC Product Purchase Decision Against Students In Economic Education Program STKIP PGRI West Sumatra .This type of research is descriptive associative . This research was carried out for 1 month . The population of this study is a proportion of students Prodi Economic Pendidian STKIP PGRI West Sumatra totaling 100 people . The sampling technique of this study is accidental sampling technique which means sampling technique based on chance , ie anyone who by chance or accidental meeting with researchers can be used as a sample , if it is deemed that the person who happened to be found suitable as a source of data ( Sugiyono , 2011:124 ) . This type of data is the primary data ( ie, questionnaires ) and secondary data . The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Atra Mart Inderapura District of South Coastal District Problem beheaded . Technique of sampling is non -probability sampling is purposive sampling technique which amounts to 80 people . Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested validity and reliability . The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis . To test the hypothesis used t test and f test . Based on the results of t-test of hypothesis testing products and a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty in Atra Mart with a coefficient of 0.167 , t-test positive and significant price effect on consumer loyalty in Atra Mart coefficient value of 0.117 , t test locations and significant positive effect on loyalty Atra Mart consumers on the value of the coefficient of 0.136 , t-test campaign positive and significant effect on customer loyalty tehadap Atra Mart with coefficient of 0.144 , t test person / employee positive and significant effect on customer loyalty tehadap Atra Mart with coefficient of 0.095 , t test process positive and significant effect on customer loyalty tehadap Atra Mart with coefficient of 0.144 , t-test physical evidence tehadap positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Atra Mart with coefficient value of 0.194 . While the f test positive and significant effect between marketing mix to customer loyalty in Atra Mart with a significance level of 0.000 . The magnitude of the effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty in Atra Mart is 92.8 % and the remaining 7.2 % is influenced by other variables not included in the research model .

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of services Marketing Mix Decision Against Customer For Saving Simpedes PT . BRI (Persero) Tbk Branch Painan Cotton Trunk UnitThe population in this study are all customers who save Simpedes in PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Branch Painan Cotton Trunk Unit, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is porposive Sampling. The type of data used are primary and secondary data. To analyze the effect of services Marketing Mix Influence Customer Decision Against For Saving Simpedes PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Cotton Trunk Branch Unit Painan using multiple linear regression models with SPSS V.16.0 analysis tools .Based on the results of the hypothesis test is carried out partially can be seen that price, promotion, and process, does not have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to save Simpedes in PT. Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, promotion and distribution of the purchasing decisions in the CV. Hayati  Padang. Where the independent variable is the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and distribution (X4) influence the purchase decision (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study is that consumers CV. Hayati  Padang. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using a technique nonprobality sampling (non-probability sampling). Data was collected using a survey method through questionnaires filled out by consumers. Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Regression Analysis, Test Classical Assumptions, Hypothesis Testing through F test and t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). Based on the research results, obtained by the regression equation: Y = 6,623 + 0.247 X1 - 0.273 X2 + X3 + 0.376 X4 0494. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, normal distribution, does not occur heterosdastisitas, regression models multikolonieritas free and linearity test revealed a linear form. Individually, the variables that have the most impact is the variable distribution of the regression coefficient of 0.494, followed by promotion variables with regression coefficient 0.376, then 0.273 and the final price is variable products with regression coefficient 0.247. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the variables of product, price, promotion and distribution is found to significantly affect the dependent variable purchase decision. Then through the F test can be seen that the independent variables to test the dependent variable worth purchasing decisions. Figures Adjusted R Square of 0.871 or 87.1 units indicates that the variable purchase decisions can be explained by the variable product, promotion, price and distribution, while the rest of 12.9 units is explained by other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

                                            ABSTRACT The formulation of the issues raised in this study is "The Effect of Communication And Work Discipline Against Employee Job Performance". The variables of this study are: Communication, Work Discipline and level of education (as independent variables) and Job Performance (as dependent variable). This study analyzed how much influence communication on employee performance, discipline working on employee performance and discipline of communication and work together on employee performance.This study aims to reveal (1) the influence of communication on employee performance, (2) the effect of labor discipline on employee performance, (3) the effect of educational level on employee performance (4) the effect of communication, work discipline and level of education collectively same on employee performance.This research was conducted in PT. Fruit Oil (SBS) Kec.Kinali, Kab. Pasaman West. The population in this study amounted to 92 employees. sample in this study amounted to 75 employees. This type of research is descriptive and associative data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques, asumsiklasik test and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed overall that ( 1 ) the level of communication and a significant positive effect on employee performance with communication coefficient is positive 0.414 and 3.431 tcount with significant 0.001 < 0.05, (2) labor discipline and a significant positive effect on achievement working with labor discipline coefficient is positive 0.272 and 3.748 tcount with significant 0.000 < 0.05, ( 3 ) education level but not significant positive effect on job performance with work discipline coefficient is positive 0.090 and 0.533 tcount with significant 0.596 > 0.05, ( 4 ) communication , work discipline and education levels , and a significant positive effect on job performance . Based on the results of the ANOVA test or Ftest Fhitung obtained at 882.776 with a significant level of 0.000 . Due to the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. As for the suggestion that the writer can convey to future studies is recommended to add other independent variables besides kominikasi , work discipline and education level , which of course can affect employee performance dependent variable in order to further complement this study because there are other independent variables outside this study that might affect their job performance and look for the scope of the wider population in this study population .
