Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perjanjian outsourcing antara PT.sumber daya lombok sejahtera dengan PT. Bank Mandiri ( Persero) Tbk menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan bahwa proses pembuatan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu serta pelaksanaannya pada perusahaan PT. Sumber Daya Lombok Sejahtera,ini tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2012, undang-undang ketenagakerjaan, ketentuan upah minimum provinsi NTB dan ketentuan Pasal 1320 KUH Perdata. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian outsourcing antara antara PT. Sumber Daya Lombok Sejahtera, PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk dibagi menjadi dua dua faktor yakni faktor yuridis dan faktor non yuridis. Maka diharapkan kepada para pihak dalam membuat perjanjian outsourcing dapat sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Bogor Regency is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia because it has a lot of tourism potential, such as nature tourism, cultural tourism, and others. The Department of Tourism and Culture involves these Mojang Jajaka accompanying in every government activity and assisting in promoting tourism or environmental issues, where tourism and culture are one of the PAD in Bogor Regency. This research is expected to be able to formulate a tourism development model through the Mojang Jajaka event or a policy implementation model in the context of developing special knowledge related to public policy. The theory used in this research is Edward III Communication, Resources, Disposition, Implementation and Bureaucratic Structure. The communication referred to in this research is the Bogor Regency Tourism and Culture policy to socialize the objectives of implementing the Bogor Regency Tourism Office's policy. Management tools according to Harrington Emerson in Phiffner John (1960) have five elements (5M), namely: Men, Money, Materials, and methods. The tendency or attitude in implementing the policy plays an important role in the success of the policy, therefore the implementer of the tourism policy stated in Law Number 10 of 2009 is based on the attitude and views held. The processes that exist in the bureaucracy can run if they are consistent, efficient and efficient so that they do not conflict with the existing bureaucratic regulations into 2 SOPs and the Distribution of Responsibilities in the Context of Policy Implementation for the development of tourism in the Mojang Jajaka event.

Abstract

Community participation has an important role in being involved in the management of a tourist village, if the tourism village is managed properly by the community, the tourism village in Kabandungan village can attract tourists to visit it so that the surrounding community can feel the benefits. The purpose of this community service is intended to provide counseling on community participation in improving tourism villages in Kabandungan village which have the potential to be developed so as to increase people's income. The activity method used is counseling, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as well as pretest and posttest. The results in this service show that there is an increase in knowledge in the community to develop and improve further tourism villages. In the sense that the community has a high awareness of the potential of the village they have so that in the future it can increase people's income with an increase in tourism villages.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences high blood pressure, especially above 140/90 mmHg, and can cause stroke in around 60% of sufferers. To control hypertension and its complications, it is important to reduce risky behaviors. Prevention and control of risk factors can be done through healthy lifestyle changes. However, a survey conducted at the Dr. Clinic. Wulan Demak shows that many hypertension sufferers do not adopt a healthy lifestyle, such as not getting enough physical activity, poor diet, smoking and lack of sleep. This type of research is quantitative research, with a descriptive research design. The sampling technique used the Probability sampling method using the Slovin formula and the sample size was 150 respondents who met the inclusion criteria, namely 1) Patients suffering from hypertension 2) Patients who agreed to be respondents 3) Having a systolic blood pressure classification of >130 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 80 mmHg. 4) Patients who can communicate well. Data collection methods used IPAQ, FFQ, PSQI and Smoking History questionnaires. The data analysis used is univariate analysis to find the frequency distribution of each data. The characteristics of respondents from the results of the study were obtained that the majority were female with a total of 94 respondents (62.7%). The majority of respondents were aged 46 to 65 years as many as 109 respondents (72.7%). The majority of respondents with no education were 77 respondents (51.3). The majority of respondents worked as housewives as many as 83 respondents (55.3%). The majority of respondents had high blood pressure at HT Stage I as many as 117 respondents (78.0%). The majority of moderate physical activity with a total of 81 people (54.0%), the majority of poor diet with a total of 115 respondents (76.7%), the majority had bad sleeping habits with a total of 103 respondents (68.7%), and the majority did not smoke with a total of 107 people (71.3%). The lifestyle of hypertension sufferers is mostly moderate physical activity, poor diet, bad sleeping habits and did not smoke.
