Abstract

Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA) merupakan metode baru mengukur kinerja perusahaan yang mendasarkan pada nilai. Pendekatan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA) dengan time series approach merupakan alat ukur kinerja keuangan untuk melihat sejauh mana efektivitas perusahaan dalam pengembalian atas investasi melalui ukuran kinerja yang dilihat dari nilai tambah (value based). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang masuk dalam LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama pandemi covid-19 tahun 2019-2020 dengan pendekatan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA) dengan time series approach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perusahaan Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, Ciputra Development Tbk, menghasilkan nilai EVA di bawah rata-rata industri, sedangkan Pakuwon Jati, Tbk menghasilkan nilai EVA di atas rata-rata industri. Nilai MVA untuk perusahaan Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk dan Ciputra Development, Tbk menghasilkan nilai di atas rata-rata industri, sedangkan Pakuwon Jati, Tbk dengan nilai MVA di bawah rata-rata industri. Rata-rata penilaian Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA) sebesar 383 menunjukkan nilai positif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sektor property and real estate secara keseluruhan berkinerja baik. Dengan mengetahui nilai EVA dan MVA mengidentifikasikan perusahaan mampu meningkatkan kinerja melalui keputusan investasi dan esejahteraan investor. Kata kunci : Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Kinerja Perusahaan Property and Real Estate, Covid-19

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of social media as a marketing medium for culinary business owners in the Surakarta Residency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being UMKMs located in the Surakarta Residency that have been marketing through social media.The results show that 62% of respondents still maintain their culinary business. As many as 68% of respondents have a decreased income during the pandemic, and 89% of respondents of culinary businesses have been supported in product marketing by utilizing social media so that they increase in resale.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of fundamental macroeconomic factors including inflation, the rupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate on Indonesia economic growth before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample determination is based on quarterly time series data for the period January 2018 to December 2020 using the saturated sampling method, which consist of 12 samples. The simultaneous test result indicate that inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate simultaneously effect on Indonesia economic growth. The partial test result, for inflation variable has a negative and significan effect on Indonesia economic growth. Meanwhile, the Rupiah exchange rate and the SBI interest rate has a negative but not significant effect on Indonesia economic growth. Efforts to control inflation, stablize exchange rate and interest rate through optimizing the use of domestic products, improving export performance, such as reducing export tariffs and restricting imports of goods.

Abstract

Indonesian society, especially in Java, still places women in a subordinate position. Women are placed in three functions, namely macak, cook, and manak. As a result, women become less developed even though they have great potential to support regional and national development. This journalism training was held in order to empower the role of women so that they are not always placed in domestic tasks. It is time for women to show their existence through positive things. One of them is by productively writing or creating media content. This service activity is aimed at Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Boyolali Central Java cadres, an organization that focuses on empowering women. This activity was carried out through three stages, namely the delivery of material, practice, and evaluation. The material presented was about the mass media and the power they have as well as an understanding of the need to utilize the power of the mass media through mastering skills in making media products. At the practical stage, exercises were carried out on making journalistic scripts, photos and videos, then at the final stage was an evaluation of the work produced by the participants. The results of this service activity showed an increase in the quality of women through mastery of knowledge and skills in making journalistic scripts, photos and videos.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kebijakan dividen, arus kas operasi, dan debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017 – 2021. Jumlah perusahaan perbankan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan, dengan periode pengamatan 5 tahun. Sehingga diperoleh data penelitian sebanyak 55 sampel data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hasil 3,725 dan signifikan 0,000. Arus kas operasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hasil 1,801 dan signifikan 0,078. debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hasil -1,715 dan signifikan 0,092. Hasil uji F (simultan) menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan besarnya variasi variabel independen dalam mempengaruhi model persamaan regresi adalah sebesar 25,1% dan sisanya 74,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model regresi.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and medical & non-medical performance on patient satisfaction at Banyu Bening Boyolali Islamic General Hospital. The research method used a quantitative descriptive. The population was all third class inpatients from January to March 2023. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula so that a total sample of 336 respondents was obtained. The results show that the variables of service quality and medical & non-medical performance affected patient satisfaction. Meanwhile the facility variable does not affect patient satisfaction. The most dominant variable in this study is medical & non-medical performance rather than the quality of services and facilities. The Adjusted R square value is 46.7%. The patient satisfaction variable can be explained by the variables of service quality, facilities, and medical & non-medical performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 53.3% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.Keywords: service quality, facilities, medical & non-medical performance, patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an opportunity for the banking industry in Indonesia to be more innovative in providing excellent service to all customers. Service innovation in the use of information technology encourages banks to enter the era of digital banking services. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of digital banking industry services in Indonesia. The rapid development of digital banking technology is a new challenge for the banking world. The banking industry as a service industry that is developing and capable of driving Indonesia's economic growth is faced with two choices, namely adopting digital technology so that banks can survive or remain conventional, but slowly die.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities are carried out outside campus with the aim of increasing the relevance of higher education to development and society's need for science, technology and art to carry out development which is increasing, where students' perceptions of the relevance of the curriculum studied on campus with the reality of development in society. Where the aim of the Real Work Lecture is to guide and direct students in increasing creativity through coloring competition activities and socialization through bullying films at Sindon 1 State Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative type of research in this activity, coloring picture competitions with plant and animal themes for grades 1-3 and screening of films about bullying for grades 4-6. The implementation method approach uses two types, namely the student education approach with the student companion model, while the data collection process is carried out using participant observation techniques and literature study using the Miles and Huberman analysis model but supplemented with data triangulation tests. The results of the activity showed that students' creativity with the picture coloring competition and socialization through showing films about bullying went according to expectations, as evidenced by the participation of all students in grades 1-3 and grades 4-6. The level of enthusiasm is high due to their participation in delivering material and practical activities and students are able to understand the theory and knowledge related to the process of coloring pictures and there is awareness among students to live in harmony, respect and help each other and not carry out bullying which is detrimental to friends.

Abstract

The development of technology that is increasingly advanced today has led to changes in consumer behavior in buying food. The phenomenon of food delivery services through applications has made it easier for people to buy food without having to leave home. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of customer rating and customer review variables on the purchasing decisions of food products through the Shopee Food delivery service in Solo City, Central Java. Respondents in this study are buyers who have used the food delivery service through Shopee Food, totaling 100 people. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the customer rating variable does not influence the purchasing decision, while the customer review variable affects the purchasing decision. The most dominant variable influencing this study is the customer review variable.
