Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had an impact on the current order of human life, so there must be a strengthening of the family by referring to the seven functions of the family. The problem in this study is that there is an influence of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on the order of family life, one of which is from family income, so this is important given the economic function in a family, and of course other family functions will also be affected. Abstract

Relationships that can strengthen fellow individuals or groups require a sense of togetherness that arises in the soul of each individual so that a moral bond is formed between each individual. Street vendors are traders who mostly sell by using the roadside area. With the number of traders in Taman Batu 10 as many as 30 people, including 22 men and 8 women, the street vendors also have different ethnicities, namely Javanese, Minangkabau, Sundanese and Malay. One manifestation of this form of street vendor solidarity is providing assistance to assist with buying and selling transactions if one of the traders is going to perform prayers or has a momentary need. In the Taman Batu 10 PKL community there is a structure, namely chairman, deputy chairman, treasurer and secretary. This research method was qualitative by interviewing 10 street vendors. The results of this research show that the solidarity that exists between street vendors in Taman Batu 10 is more dominant in organic solidarity than mechanical. Organic solidarity is a structured division of labor, where the street vendor community in Taman Batu 10 has a management structure which includes a chairman, deputy chairman, secretary and treasurer. In giving punishment or sanctions it is restitutive, namely providing sanctions in the form of returning the situation to its original state. If there is a problem within the Taman Batu 10 PKL community, it will be resolved through deliberation. The feeling of dependency is high as street vendors need other traders to help them lend small money.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause women to come into conflict with the law in the Tanjungpinang area, focusing on women as perpetrators of criminal acts. The research method utilized involved in-depth interviews with informants who have direct experience related to this issue. The findings indicate that economic factors, social environment, and family conditions are the main drivers of women's involvement in criminal activities. Urgent financial needs often force women to seek quick solutions through illegal avenues, such as fraud and theft. The social environment that permits and normalizes deviant behavior influences individuals' mindsets and actions, thus increasingly driving women to engage in illegal activities. Furthermore, the dynamics within the family, including internal conflicts and lack of emotional support, also contribute to women's decisions to confront the law. In addition to external factors, the psychological and emotional conditions of women, such as poor mental health due to stigma and discrimination, are significant factors that exacerbate their situations. This study emphasizes the importance of social support, appropriate rehabilitation, and educational programs for women involved in criminal behavior. Therefore, this research aims to provide valuable insights for policymakers and the community to develop more effective and inclusive prevention strategies for women in Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Handling of Social Conflict in the Community Through Restorative Justice (Restorative Justice) at the East Bintan Police. In this study, the sample consisted of 3 police officers from the East Bintan Police and 5 people from East Bintan who had undergone Restorative Justice. The sample in this study was 5 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Handling of Social Conflict in the Community Through Restorative Justice at the East Bintan Police has been running well, this can be seen from the police conducting investigations to collect evidence and information related to the reported cases, bringing in witnesses, listening to both parties. The police of course seek the best solution, especially in social cases that exist in the community. There are at least three focuses of restorative justice. First, repairing losses caused by crime by involving victims. Second, seeing the perpetrator's accountability. Finally, preventing similar losses in the future. Then there is a deliberation, Actually Restorative Justice is a method, not a form of decision on crimes as a resolution to solving problems by improving the situation or losses for victims. The principle of Restorative Justice is to restore good relations between the perpetrator and the victim, by paying attention to the victim's suffering.
