Abstract

Abstract DKI Jakarta Province has the highest number of Covid-19 pandemic data in all regions of Indonesia. Jakarta is the main entrance from various countries in the world to Indonesian territory, both by sea and air. The high data on Covid-19 victims made DKI Governor Dr Anis Baswedan impose the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions). People who work in the private sector are very affected by the PSBB Policy. The education sector has felt the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. The transition from online to online learning is not an easy thing, not all teachers and students can carry out online learning properly. Many obstacles are experienced when implementing online learning in DKI Jakarta schools. Of the various problems above, UNJ through LPMM, has the responsibility of the Tridarma of Higher Education, in carrying out community service activities to residents of Jakarta who are affected by the Covid 19 Pandemic in the DKI Jakarta area. The service location that we do is in the Rawasari Family, Central Jakarta, RT. 001 / RW 08.

The emergence of the samin movement or better known as geger samin is the movement of samin surosentiko or raden kohar who is believed to have one lineage with the king of Majapahit. Abstract

The development of learning tools is one of the efforts to improve the quality of education as an effort to provide complete and systematic learning tools. One of them is the development of learning tools including (RPS) Semester Learning Plans and (RTM) Student Assignment Designs according to the KKNI in introductory geography courses. The development of learning tools in this study used the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluations) model, with data collection instruments through questionnaires and validation sheets with descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the needs analysis showed that 74.4% needed an RPS adjustment and 78.9% needed the development of teaching materials in a social study program (PIPS), while the evaluation of the development validity (RPS) of Semester Learning obtained an average score of 3.59 while for the average instrument assessment (RTM) the Student Assignment Plan was obtained. the mean score is 3.75 with a mean value of 3.67 with valid criteria. These results indicate that the development of learning tools is following the KKNI and is ready to be implemented in learning activities.
