Abstract

Growing media is very important for optimal plant growth and production, especially for planting media that have just been transplanted, so that suitable growing media is needed. The planting medium that is commonly used is top soil, because it contains many nutrients derived from the decomposition process of leaves that have fallen and root. However, the availability of top soil is limited to only + 30 cm from the soil surface. Whereas Sub soil is horizon B layer which is available in greater quantities but needs to improve the physical properties of sub soil so that it approaches the top soil properties, among others by adding compost. This purpose to determine the growth of rubber plants with composotion different planting media on rubber seed after transplanting. This research was in the Production Laboratory of the Study Program of Cultivation of Agriculture Plant in The State Agricultural Polytechnic at Samarinda for 4 (four) months. The treatment in this study was the comparison of the transplanting media of rubber seed, each repeated 5 (five) times, with 4 (four) treatment levels, are p0 = no treatment (control), p1 = comparison of planting media of rubber seed from top soil with sub soil of 1: 1, p2 = comparison of planting media of rubber seed from compost soil with sub soil of 1: 1, and p3 = comparison of planting media of rubber seedlings from compost soil with sub soil of 1: 2. The results of the study showed that the growth of rubber plant seedlings in the parameters of the number of leaves, stem deameter and plant height after transplanting using planting media from a mixture of sub soil with compost with a ratio of 1: 1 and 1: 2 is the same as the growth of rubber seedlings in the planting media of sub soil mixed with top soil.

Abstract

This research was aimed to prove that it was significantly effective to teach reading comprehension by using story mapping strategy of narrative text to the tenth grade students of MAN 2 Lubuklinggau. This research used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The population of this research was the tenth grade students of MAN 2 Lubuklinggau that consisted of 288 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with the method of paper roll and the sample selected was X 2 class consisted 35 students. The data for this research was collected by using a multiple choice test. The result of this research proved there was significant difference between the mean score in the pre-test and post-test. The students mean score in the pre-test was 68.45 and in the post test was 77.25. The t-obtained was 5.86, it was higher than 1.699 as the critical value in t-table. Finally, the researcher found that Teaching Reading Comprehension by using Story Mapping Strategy to the Tenth Grade Students at MAN 2 Lubuklinggau was effective. Therefore, it was clearly stated that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected.

Abstract

One of the health services affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is the toddler posyandu, because that the implementation of toddler growth and development screening was non-optimal. The management of the Toddler Posyandu during the Covid-19 pandemic has its challenges to comply with the established health protocols. There is a need for education and training programs that can improve the ability of cadres to manage toddler posyandu during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to look effectiveness of the cadre refresh program in increasing the ability of cadres to manage the toddler Posyandu during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design was quasi-experimental with one group pretest posttest approach. The population in this study was 140 toddler cadre Puskesmas Baron Nganjuk with total sampling and using T-test data analysis. The ability of cadres to manage the toddler Posyandu showed an average score of 13.25 before the intervention and 14,75 after program. The result of data analysis indicates there is an effect of online refreshment program on capacity building toddler cadres with ρ-value = 0,000. It is indicate that the cadre refresh program has an impact on increasing the ability of toddler cadres. It was concluded that the cadre refresh program has an impact on increasing the ability of toddler cadres. Re-education will provide a learning experience again so cadres will recall the material they have learned and can broaden their understanding of the material presented by paying attention to updated knowledge and experience that they have experienced.

Abstract

The Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail (KCJB) project is one of the strategic infrastructure initiatives resulting from the output of cooperation between Indonesia and China following the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) policy. Although the project is promising in improving transportation efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and the potential for regional economic growth, its implementation is inseparable from various challenges, one of which is geopolitics. This research aims to find out the geopolitical dynamics that arise due to China's incentives in financing and mastering KCJB technology, and also examine Indonesia's position in the midst of regional conflicts, one of which is the South China Sea dispute. The method in this research is qualitative based on literature study. This research reveals that the KCJB project is not just technical cooperation, but reflects a struggle for strategic influence. Indonesia's dependence on financing and technology from China creates potential asymmetry in bilateral relations and risks to sovereignty. The findings are expected to enrich the discourse on foreign policy and national infrastructure in the face of increasingly complex regional or global challenges.
