Abstract: Modern Islamic boarding schools are also called pesantren kholaf (modern) as acronyms of salaf or ashriyah. The model of integration of Islam, science and culture is contained in the conditions of the Islamic boarding school, the methods, traditions and intellectual spirit of the santri in the pesantren Khalaf with all the combination of Islamic values ​​and culture, having challenges that must be overcome in facing challenges in the global era. With its very integrated the slogan, al muhafadhah 'ala al qadim al shalih wa al-ahdz bi al-jadid allashlah (holding good old things and taking new things better. This slogan can be the key to reconciling tradition and modernization: Modernization in Islamic education is a renewal that occurs in Islamic boarding schools, at least it can erase the image of some people who consider Islamic boarding schools to be traditional educational institutions, now they want to produce true scientists who are able to produce ulama. protect the people and advance the nation and state. Penelitian dengan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko yang terkait dengan perencanaan pengadaan barang dengan fokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan baterai UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) di Perusahaan Gas Negara. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan para informan. Data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan dokumen terkait proses pengadaan barang, kebijakan perusahaan, dan catatan kinerja baterai UPS sebelumnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko pada perencanaan pengadaan barang menjadi faktor kritis dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan baterai UPS. Risiko yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterlambatan pengiriman baterai, ketidaksesuaian spesifikasi, harga yang tidak stabil, dan kualitas yang kurang memadai. Untuk mengelola risiko ini, strategi yang disarankan meliputi diversifikasi pemasok, penggunaan kontrak yang jelas dan terperinci, pemantauan kinerja pemasok, serta pemilihan baterai UPS yang berkualitas. Studi ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya manajemen risiko dalam perencanaan pengadaan barang, khususnya dalam konteks pemenuhan kebutuhan baterai UPS di Perusahaan Gas Negara. Diharapkan temuan dari studi ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengadaan baterai UPS, serta mengurangi risiko yang terkait dengan proses tersebut.

The Independent Curriculum was introduced as an effort to increase the relevance of education by focusing on developing student competencies through more contextual learning. This research aims to explore the preparation and experience of teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Baiturrahman Private Islamic Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies as a method to explore deep understanding from the teacher's perspective. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with several teachers who were directly involved in the curriculum implementation process. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive analysis approach to identify patterns, perspectives, and challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that teachers' understanding of the Independent Curriculum varies. Most understand the basic concepts, but some still require additional training. Pancasila student profile learning is well implemented through project and collaborative methods. However, the understanding of 21st century learning needs to be improved. Identifying learners' potential is good, but there are obstacles to curriculum implementation, including a lack of training, resources, and effective communication

This research aims to determine the effect of using video media on student learning outcomes in science and science learning for grade 4 students at SDN 15 Sungai Raya. The research approach is quantitative, while the type of research is quasi experimental design. The independent variable (X) is video media, while the dependent variable (Y) is learning outcomes. The population in this study were students in class 4 A and class IV B. Class IV A consisted of 30 students consisting of 16 boys and 14 girls. Meanwhile, class IV B has 30 students consisting of 18 boys and 12 girls. The samples in this research were students in class IV A (experimental class) and IV B (control class). The technique used is Clear Sampling. The collection technique uses tests. Hypothesis testing uses the Independent Sample T-test formula which is preceded by a normality test and a homogeneity test. The research results showed that there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes in science learning between the experimental class which used animated video media and the control class which used Power Point media. This is shown by the T-test results, namely Sig with a value of 117 < 0.05. The average post-test score for the experimental class was 80.00, better than the average post-test score for the control class, which was 61.67 at the specified KKM, namely 70

Asesmen diagnostik merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk melihat kompetensi, kelemahan dan kesulitan peserta didik, sehingga tenaga pendidik bisa menyesuaikan materi yang akan diajarkan sesuai kompetensi dan kondisi peserta didik. Pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses yang bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah dirumuskan, oleh sebab itu tujuan pembelajaran harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap individu, karena kebutuhan setiap individu berbeda maka perbedaan ini harus menjadi perhatian tenaga pendidik dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran semestinya memperhatikan kemampuan tiap individu, baik perbedaan kecerdasan, emosi, sosial, bahasa, lingkungan dan sebagainya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apakah terdapat assessment diganostik terhadap kognitif peserta didik? (2) Jika ada maka seberapa besar pengaruhnya? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif analitik korelasional yaitu suatu penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data secara rinci serta menganilisa antar kedua variabel. Peneliti memperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh Assestment Diagnostik terhadap Motivasi Belajar sebesar 0.521. Hasil tersebut didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Assestment Diagnostik yang sedang/cukup terhadap Motivasi Belajar di SMAN 1 Pare. Tingkatan korelasinya sedang/cukup sebesar 0,40 - 0,70. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan data angket, peneliti mendapatkan jawaban penyebab terjadinya korelasi yang sedang/cukup yaitu budaya disebabkan karena dengan adanya assetment di awal dan di akhir pembelajaran mendorong peserta didik untuk mandiri dalam belajar. Serta menjalankan perannya dengan baik tanpa harus menunggu perintah.

Kehadiran anak dalam sebuah pernikahan merupakan salah satu sarana mencapai kebahagiaan yang sangat dinanti oleh pasangan suami-istri pada umumnya. Bagi pasangan suami-istri yang belum memiliki keturunan terkadang terasa hambar kehidupan dalam keluarganya. Kehadiran anak sejatinya memberikan warna tersendiri dalam sebuah keluarga. Hanya saja belakangan ini jagat dunia maya sempat dihebohkan dengan istilah Childfree, bahkan di beberapa media sosial di Indonesia, di Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube maupun platform media online lainnya sempat menjadi trending topik perbincangan masyarakat digital. Childfree merupakan sebuah kesepakatan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan suami-istri untuk tidak memiliki anak karna berbagai alasan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menimbang faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi seseorang untuk memilih childfree dengan pendekatan fiqh al-aulawiyyat sehingga bisa menjadi panduan untuk menempatkan tingkat urgensi atas pilihan childfree dalam sebuah keluarga.

ABSTRACTLand registration is a mandatory process for landowners to acquire ownership status of land controlled by the state. This study aims to describe the process of registering ownership rights for state-controlled land and identify obstacles encountered at the Pemalang Land Office. The research method employed is field research with an empirical juridical approach, using interview data collection techniques and qualitative analysis. The findings revealed that applicants must be aware of the legal status of the land before submitting an application. One major obstacle is the prevalence of state land being occupied by impoverished communities, resulting in difficulties due to the BPHTB tax burden on applicants. This research serves as valuable information and insight for students, academics, practitioners, and other relevant stakeholders.Keywords: Ownership Rights; Land Controlled by the State.ABSTRAKPendaftaran hak atas tanah adalah kewajiban pemilik tanah untuk mengajukan pendaftaran guna mendapatkan status kepemilikan atas tanah yang dikuasai negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses pendaftaran hak milik atas tanah yang dikusai negara dan mengkaji hambatan dalam prosesnya di Kantor Pertanahan Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum mengajukan permohonan, pemohon harus mengetahui status hukum tanah yang akan dimohon. Salah satu hambatan adalah banyak tanah negara yang dikuasi oleh masyarakat tidak mampu, yang sulit diproses karena pajak BPHTB yang dibebankan kepada pemohon. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan pihak lain yang membutuhkannya.Kata Kunci: Hak Milik; Tanah Dikuasai Negara
