Abstract

The background of this research is the presence of the serial film Upin Ipin is one of the da'wah strategies that can convey messages of kindness to others. Because in the Upin Ipin series there are many moral values, which invite goodness. The purpose of this research is to describe the moral values in the television series Upin Ipin among children. In this study, the theory used is social learning theory (Albert Bandura) which is an individual's cognitive process that plays a role in learning. with the stages of attention, memory, reproduction, and motivational. From the results of research on the Upin Ipin series, there are several moral values that teach us, especially children who watch to always do good and perform fardhu prayers, Koran, taraweh and fasting in the month of Ramadan. Thus, children who watch the Upin Ipin series will pay attention to behavior and words and imitate or imitate the behavior found in the series. From the results of the analysis, there are three moral values contained in the Upin Ipin series, including moral values towards God (taqwa), moral values towards family (obedience to parents, mutual love), moral values towards society (tolerance and friendliness to friends). The conclusion from the results of this study is the positive value that can be drawn from the Upin Ipin serial program, namely in the aspect of moral values, this event shows learning with social learning theory used, children can pay attention to the Upin Ipin serial they watch, and they can learn various things, especially in religion, namely prayer, taraweh, fasting, by paying attention to the behavior in the series. Children remember in their memory the positive lessons in the series and will practice them in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Communication Planning in the moral development of students at SD Fatma Kenanga Foundation Bengkulu. This study uses a qualitative method using descriptive analysis. In this study, Scoot M. Cutlip & Center's communication planning theory is used as an analytical tool. The results of the study that communication planning plays an important role in fostering student’s morals at Fatma Kenanga Foundation Bengkulu as follows: Fact Finding, regarding the findings of student’s problems related to moral development. The problem is that there are still students who are still rude, speak impolite, and are indifferent to their teachers. Planning, the planning program implemented by SD Fatma Kenanga Bengkulu is communication planning using 5 language continuums and the application of children's character pillars. tolerant and peace-loving. Communication Action, in terms of communication action, teachers apply a 5-continuum language learning system in classroom learning. This 5 language continuum is very effectively applied to students at SD Fatma Kenanga Bengkulu. Evaluation, communication planning programs are always evaluated by holding regular meetings with the principals and teachers. For student evaluation, namely with report cards, questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to parents and peers.

Abstract

Film is one of the mass communication media that very effectively conveys communication messages for humans. Boruto: Naruto the Movie is one of the films resulting from the process of visualizing comics (manga) which has become a favorite film in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the meaning of moral messages contained in the anime film Boruto: Naruto the Movie. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with Roland Barthes' Semiotic analysis approach. Data collection in this study used two techniques, namely observation and documentation. The results showed that the meaning of the moral messages contained in the anime film Boruto: Naruto the Movie includes: 1) cooperation, 2) the importance of the process in education, 3) caution in speech, 4) persistence, 5) mother's attention to her child, 6) father's attention to her child, 7) prohibition of cheating, 8) concern, 9) apologizing, 10) self-confidence, 11) mutual understanding, 12) pronouncing in, and 13) firm stance. The meaning of denotation, connotations and myths conveyed by the director and writer make Boruto: Naruto the Movie worth watching for viewers because it contains a moral message that is familiar with our daily lives.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled The Impact of Dilan 1990 Movie on students’ behavior of at SMA Negeri 1 of South Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the impact of Dilan 1990 Movie on students’ behavior of at SMA Negeri 1 of South Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative research. The object of this research is the students of SMA Negeri 1 of South Bengkulu, the method used by the writer in this research is survey and documentation, the theory used in this research is the theory of Television Watching Pattern and theory Attribution. The data analysis technique used is the Likert Scale where the author uses the scale to determine the results of the answers from the respondents. The next stage in this test, the writer uses the correlation coefficient test to measure the strength of the correlation between the two variables based on the correlation coefficient interpretation, after that the correlation significance and determination coefficient test is carried out to see the effect of Dilan 1990 Movie on students’ behavior of at SMA Negeri 1 of South Bengkulu. In this study, the writer used the SPSS 26 application for the test. Based on the results of research and discussion on the Impact of Dilan 1990 Movie on students’ behavior of at SMA Negeri 1 of South Bengkulu, the correlation between the two variables is very low, insignificant and not unidirectional. This is shown from the results of the Correlation Coefficient test, the value obtained is -0,202 with a significance number of 0.05 (very low). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no impact on students’ behavior of SMA Negeri 1 of South Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe or find out how PT Zafa Mulia Mandiri Bengkulu Region manages communication in order to serve consumers during departure delays and after being allowed to return to depart for Umrah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research focuses intensively on a particular object that is studied as a case. Data collection techniques in this study were (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) verification/conclusion. The results of the study show that (1) the company determines the criteria for consumers who are healthy and have financial ability, (2) the company prioritizes service to consumers, (3) the company conducts interviews during registration to find out current conditions, (4) the company provided services before the pandemic, during a pandemic, and after a pandemic in accordance with applicable regulations, (5) the company informs about delays in departure, due to current conditions, (6) when it is permitted to return pilgrims, in terms of service, the company prioritizes consumers whose departure is delayed, and (7 ) The company is moving quickly in response to the current situation, namely by dispatching pilgrims as soon as permission to depart has been obtained. The research results are based on the Management by Objectives (MBO) concept which includes: (1) understanding the desired goals, (2) finding facts about current conditions, (3) comparing the desired goals with existing facts, (4) looking for causes of problems, (5) having alternative solutions to problem solving, (6) alternative decisions by setting decision criteria, and (7) making decisions that have been determined.

Abstract

On 01 September 2022, the government began to require the use of the MyPertamina application in the process of purchasing subsidised fuel oil, the policy implemented by the government will cause a variety of public receptions regarding the MyPertamina application. This application is relatively new to use and sophisticated so that the author is interested in conducting research to find out how the public reception analysis of the MyPertamina application. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this study the authors chose 6 informants who had used the MyPertamina application with different backgrounds. Then the researcher will analyse the interview results using 3 audience positions in Stuart Hall's reception theory. The results of this study indicate that 4 informants are in the Negotiated Reading position, namely the audience accepts the policies applied because this is required by the government in purchasing subsidised fuel oil but provides input and suggestions according to what they want, namely if in the future the application of using this application is no longer required then they will not use it again and in the future the performance of the MyPertamina application can be improved so that consumers have no difficulty in using it. And 2 informants in the Dominant Hegemonic Reading position where the audience fully accepts the policies applied because with this application the oil can be distributed on target. The author does not find the third position, namely Oppositional counter Hegemonic Reading, which is the audience fully rejects the policies implemented because the MyPertamina application users have felt the positive impact and benefits of using this application. This means that the results show that the audiences in this study agree with the policy of using the Mypertamina application in Bengkulu City in purchasing subsidised fuel oil (BBM).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Public Relations Framing of PT. Angkasa Pura II Fatmawati Soekarno Airport Bengkulu. This study uses a qualitative approach, focusing on the general principles that underlie the embodiment of a meaning from social phenomena in society. The object of analysis in a qualitative approach is the meaning of social and cultural phenomena by using the culture of the community concerned to obtain an overview of certain categorizations and this research is qualitative in nature in that its implementation is carried out more on the meaning of the text. This analysis is not used to look for frequency data, but to analyze from the visible data, so this analysis is used to understand facts and not to explain these facts. Difine Problem or problem definition, congestion that occurs at the airport as a result of the imposition of non-cash parking rate regulations at the airport is more intended so that the party targeted by PT.Angkasa Pura II can follow up on the congestion that occurs and receive input from one of the airport visitors involved in the traffic jam. Diagnose Couses The traffic jam that occurred at the airport, written by the Bengkuluinfo Instagram account, occurred because there were several visitors who did not have parking access cards, causing traffic jams. Make Moral Judgment in this news Bengkuluinfo wrote down the input and criticism of one of the airport visitors who was involved in a traffic jam and hoped that the parties involved would be PT. Angkasa Pura II can solve congestion problems that occur due to the imposition of non-cash parking rates. Treatment Recommendation from PT. Abstract

The importance of a democratic country that upholds people's sovereignty which basically aims to realize good governance in the process of making KTPs at the Office of Population and Civil Registration. This study aims to determine the management of Public Information Disclosure at the Central Bengkulu Civil Registry Service in making e-KTPs. This study uses the Dipopramono theory in Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure and the type of research used is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 things that support the disclosure of information at the Central Bengkulu Dukcapil Service in the Making of E-KTP, namely the first, information that must be provided and announced periodically that the announcement of the dukcapil information is conveyed to the village head who gets a circular letter given by the dukcapil to the head villages in the Central Bengkulu region, Facebook social media, whatsapp groups, and through the website, secondly, information that must be announced evenly that it is carried out with fast and targeted action so that in terms of the needs needed by the community can be realized properly, provision services are carried out quickly and evenly through social media, dukcapil info and the Central Bengkulu dukcapil telephone number which can be accessed via the website, the third is information that must be available at any time that this information applies through circular letters delivered by dukcapil to the Central Bengkulu district village head, the media social, wa groups, websites and direct actions of officers at the Central Bengkulu dukcapil office, which means that dukcapil information service actions are available at any time, so that the public does not have to worry about this information not being available because dukcapil information can be accessed through social media circulars, wa groups, websites and You can go directly to the Central Bengkulu Civil Registry Office

Abstract

Research on effective communication in the promotion of historical tourism in Bengkulu Province on the Kakaotalk chat feature, aims to find out how effective communication is carried out by the Tourism Office to prospective South Korean tourists using the Kakaotalk application, the type of research method used is descriptive qualitative method, in finding data researchers use interviews, documentation and data analysis methods. In view of the theory used, namely, the effective communication process by Cutlip and Allen, shows that the first 7 factors are credibility, where the achievements to the form of cooperation built by the Bengkulu Province Tourism Office build strong credibility to attract South Korean tourists, secondly there is a context in this promotion which also explains the conditions or good times for tourists to come to Bengkulu and some of the things they can see in Bengkulu, thirdly this content is also one of the strong factors where the promotion uses several pieces of history to tell stories that make South Korean tourists interested and communicate with the promotion. fourthly clarity (clear message), The fourth is clarity (a clear message), with this translator it really helps the promotion with the tourists to convey the message well, the fifth is the continuity of communication that lasts until now shows that the message is conveyed well and effectively, the sixth is media, using Kakaotalk this really helps good communication and makes better service to South Korean tourists, and the last is understanding, both parties can be said to have effective communication with the same understanding or the message conveyed and received has the same meaning. From these factors contained in the theory after being researched and observed, the results are fulfilled or answered and it can be concluded that communication in the promotion of historical tourism on the kakaotalk chat feature carried out by the Bengkulu Provincial Tourism Office with South Korean tourists has been carried out effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of influencers on purchasing decisions at Xinonaboba Kapuas, Bengkulu City. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The number of respondents in this study were 93 consumers who shopped at Xinonaboba Kapuas, Bengkulu City and the data analysis technique used simple linear regression techniques and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression value Y = 14.904 + 0.386X ¬ with a positive regression direction, meaning that if the influencer increases, the purchase decision at Xinonaboba Kapuas Bengkulu City will also increase. Influencers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions of Xinonaboba Kapuas, Bengkulu City, because a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. This means that the more influencers increase, the purchasing decision of Xinonaboba Kapuas, Bengkulu City will also increase.
