Abstract

Muara Tami Jayapura City is a District that has great fishery potential. This is also supported by the area of ​​land that can be managed. Empowerment of coastal communities is an absolute thing that must be pursued to increase the community's economic income. Training is one of the efforts that can be done to achieve these efforts. Besides increasing people's income, training can also increase knowledge and encourage people to be more empowered and economically independent. For this reason, training on milkfish cultivation is carried out for coastal youth to be more economically empowered. This training was held in Holtekam, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City, using lectures and practical methods. This method is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of coastal youth in the field of milkfish cultivation. From the results of the implementation of the activities, it is known that the understanding of the community increased by 65% ​​compared to before participating in the training activities. This was obtained from the results of the pre-test assessment before participating in the training and the post-test after participating in the training. After attending the training, participants have a better understanding of milkfish cultivation. They can prepare the land from the hatchery, rearing, preparing good feed to harvest, and marketing it. --- Muara Tami Kota Jayapura merupakan District yang memiliki potensi perikanan yang besar. Hal tersebut ditunjang pula dengan luasnya lahan yang dapat dikelola. Pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir merupakan hal mutlak yang harus diupayakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pencapaian upaya tersebut. Selain bertujuan meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat, pelatihan juga mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan mendorong masyarakat agar lebih berdaya dan merdeka secara ekonomi. Untuk itu maka dilaksanakan pelatihan budidaya ikan bandeng untuk pemuda pesisir pantai sehingga dapat lebih berdaya secara ekonomi. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Holtekam Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura, dengan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek. Dengan metode ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemuda pesisir dalam bidang budidaya ikan bandeng. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diketahui pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat sebesar 65% dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil penilaian pre-test sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dan post-test setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai budidaya ikan bandeng, mampu menyiapkan lahan mulai dari lahan pembenihan, pembesaran, penyiapan pakan yang baik sampai dengan panen dan pemasarannya.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 that occurred in Indonesia is a complex health problem and requires fast handling and collaborative solutions from various disciplines. Covid-19 patients who receive treatment in hospitals have different conditions and severity. This affects the treatment actions that will be carried out by medical officers. The large number of patients and the lack of medical personnel have resulted in the need for technological support to help classify patient status based on their condition so that treatment is concentrated on patients who are very critical and require rapid treatment. The number of employees at the Jambi District Attorney's Office were exposed to the Covid-19 virus in particular, and it is necessary to predict PCR results. This study applies a prediction technique from the data mining discipline section to classify the status of employees at the Jambi District Attorney's Office who are confirmed to be Covid-19. Classifiers using the Naive Bayes method were applied to build a model based on a dataset of patients infected with Covid-19. The Covid-19 PCR result dataset was obtained from the Jambi District Attorney and was applied using RapidMiner. The model built can predict the confirmed status of Covid-19 based on age, gender, health condition, and vaccinations. The results of this study indicate that the classification of the Naive Bayes method has a high level of accuracy in classifying the confirmed status of Covid-19, namely 97%.

Abstract

Health is one of the most expensive assets that no one can buy. So that health is the most important thing for every human being, which is priceless. One of the important organs in the human body that greatly affects health is the lungs. The lungs are a part of the human body that plays a role in the respiratory system. Where the respiratory system holds the main control in human life after the heart. at the time of examination of the lungs, the costs required are relatively expensive. So because of the high cost of inspection and the lack of funds owned by the community, so that in the end the community becomes hesitant to carry out an examination. To help the community in dealing with these problems, a system is needed that can help the community diagnose or find out the disease that is being experienced by the community. The system is an expert system. An expert system is a system developed by experts using technology. Expert systems need methods. The method used in this study is the Bayes Theorem. The main function of this Bayes Theorem is to calculate the probability of an event or event occurring through the basis of the effect resulting from an observation or observation. After carrying out calculations based on this method, information was obtained that 90% of patients who consulted had Lung Cancer.

Abstract

In determining the considerations for determining employees, there are many criteria that must be owned by an employee. Each company has different criteria for determining considerations and considerations, to make employees more active and get a clear position. To determine the decisions of employees who deserve to be permanent employees, a decision support system is needed. This study aims to determine the best alternative based on predetermined criteria by applying the Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method and the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. The research was carried out by finding the values for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely determining the considerations to be carried out. As for those who are eligible to become permanent employees, alternative A6 with the acquisition value of the WASPAS method is 7.175147 and the acquisition value of the MOORA method is 0.37077. So it can be said that the methods that are suitable for application in WASPAS and MOORA are methods that are one of the appropriate methods WASPAS and MOORA are suitable methods for calculating an event.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is active in the livestock sector, one of which is cattle farming. However, not many cows are affected by mad cow disease where this disease can be transmitted to humans by consuming the beef itself. This Gina cow disease, if it has been infected with humans, is called Creutzfeld-Jakob disease, where this disease can attack any part of the human body, namely the nervous tissue in the human brain so that it can destroy human brain cells and cause small holes in the brain automatically. gradually, the severity of this disease can claim a person's life if proper medical treatment is not carried out. This disease can cause death within one year after the symptoms are indicated as creutzfeld-jakob disease. To make it easier for an expert to diagnose a disease, a system can be used, namely an expert system with a certainty factor algorithm that determines the confidence value based on the percentage of the final Cfcombine value of the various types of symptoms that exist, so that the percentage value of the resulting confidence level is 89%.

Abstract

The technology that people are most interested in is mobile phones. Apart from being a tool for exchanging information and as a means of communication, mobile phones are also used as entertainment tools such as playing games. The large number of HP brands confuses potential buyers in determining which HP brand is good. To help the public in choosing the best HP Gaming brand, this can be done by using the SPK. SPK is a system where the procedure for working is to use a computer working procedure. In using SPK, must use the method. In this study the method used was the WASPAS method. The WASPAS method is a method that uses 2 steps, where the first step is to calculate normalization by carrying out the division operation. By implementing the WASPAS method, a value of 2.9710 is obtained as an alternative to A2 as the best HP Gaming brand with the Infix Zero 20 brand.

Abstract

Apprentices are employees who work within the context of a real learning process in the workplace to hone skills and self-quality in achieving maturity in learning science in the world of education, apprentices are also commonly referred to as temporary employees who have a short period of time permitting work in a company , it is not uncommon for a company to appoint an apprentice immediately to become a permanent worker because it is considered capable of minimizing the time in the process of selecting new employees needed to fill employee positions required by a company, several companies also collaborate a lot with a university to accept participants educate them to be able to work in the company they want. In determining an apprentice to become a permanent employee of the company, of course, careful assessment and consideration is needed as is done in other employee selection processes, to eliminate subjective and unfair selection and to improve the quality of the company's assessment of target apprentices who will be appointed as permanent employees. need to build a decision-making system. This is widely applied by other leading companies. In this research, the application of a decision support system was carried out in determining the apprentice's assessment to be selected as a permanent employee of a company using the combination method by applying the weight of the data assessment using the ROC method and the MOORA method ranking method, the results obtained were 0.365 the highest point from the acquisition of the value obtained out of 10 apprentices, the highest score is data recommended by the system as interns who have the best potential to become permanent employees of the company.
